McDonald's in Croydon

Foods cold because it's been sitting there for 25 minutes and whilst the manager exclusively works on bagging up the Uber orders leaving customers waiting

Went here a few times over the last few months. Could say all the things wrong from cold food, bad food, cold hot drinks, hot cold drinks, raw fries, filthy tables and toilets, surly unsmiling staff and a lot of issues and drama's every single occassion. Part of that is down to McDonalds, but honestly If I had to serve there I would probably be severely depressed also and within a month find a new job. There are just too many customers with poor behaviours and thats being polite. Not a place to take children and not a place to visit unless very very desperate.

Ordered on the app with table service. Food delivered quick. No problems.

Literally the slowest service in any McDonald's ever. It wasn't even busy and everyone was standing around for an eternity waiting for their orders. The staff were having a good old chitchat in the meantime, so at least they were happy.

Take away only, meal was served I. Time and wait time is very minimal

Wow what poor customer service went in for breakfast yesterday morning there was a small queue then people just decided to jump the queue and think its OK when my partner said hang on we have been queuing the response from the workers we're well you will all get served that's not the point the way this Mcdonalds works is absolutely ridiculous to then Lope who served us said can I help and as I started to tell her my order she rudely walked away started muttering to her supervisor. We placed our order said no ice in the drink hut still received with ice. She slammed our food on the tray we had to ask for condiments as but made us feel very uncomfortable. The customer service is shocking at this place the staff are rude and very unwelcoming but what do you expect when you have a supervisor who is treating customers in the exact same way. I work in a food establishment and no way would I treat the customers the way these 2 did it was appalling service these 2 staff members need to learn how to treat customers or get a new job as sealing with the public is definitely not there best asset not evening a smile good morning how can i help just simply next. Lope and her supervisor need re training and rememeber how to serve customers.

DO NOT ORDER. Philly stack is nothing like the picture that is advertised on the menu screen, £5.49 just for the burger, £6.99 for a medium meal, it's just to burgers stuck together even the bun was bigger than the burger, disgusting for the price.

I made my order at 20.30 I received my food at 23.00. I didn't want to cancel as 1 you say that I may be still charged if I was to cancel the order. 2 I used my last bit of money to make this order so if I had canceled I would then not have been able to eat. and to eat at 23.00 is way to late so all in all disgusted

I ordered through their app and they choose uber eats to deliver my food and the chips were missing, i’m trying to call them for 5 times they not picking the phone , im trying to call the person that delivered my food he’s not picking, what’s this cuz i spent £10 🤬

it was on time although the order kept being pushed back. delivery driver wouldn't bother pressing the bell, we had to come down and get it.

It's a mcd's. No parking. Love ordering via the app for collection. Delivery orders are often wrong, but they change it when informed. One member of staff didn't like the recycling, and tells people McDonald's throw it all in the same bin so there's no point. She actively stops you using the recycling bins and takes it from to to throw in the bin. Not sure what that's all about. Done it twice now.

It took a while (I don't think it was actually late though) and got here warm which is good in freezing weather. I really enjoyed my double cheeseburger. Warmed me up!

Ordered vanilla milkshake but some fruity kind of shake arrived … which is very annoying when you’ve been looking forward to something. Have requested a refund which I really do hope will come through. The rest of our order was correct and also still kind of warm.

charging service charge for fast food and barely any fries in the basket, rubbish this branch. the one from east Croydon was miles better than church street.

Not the delivery person’s fault, but the delivery time kept getting pushed and the food came cold. The fries were room temperature, hard and dry.

Thought i would try the McRib, it`s a saucy one, but was not too keen on it, plus the patty kept partially sliding out due to the amount of sauce.

The service and quality should be the same as in store or don’t do deliveries Like all it takes is one person on quality assurance before the order goes out to realise half the orders missing. A busy branch. Sometimes a bit lively of an evening. Pretty much always had a pelaton of delivery riders sculking. Maintains a quick service. Staff do their best.

My order was wrong. They’ve changed how you submit a complaint and I can’t request a refund.

This wasn't fast food it was so slow that I could of gone home cooked the same order myself come back and would still not be ready.

You never provided the sauce requested, it was on the actual order! This seems to be a regular occurrence.
