McDonald's in Croydon

Cold half cooked food. A disaster waiting to happen. After only eating half meal 13 hours later I felt very sick. It's over rated over priced disgusting food. Your meant to get cooked hot food. That's a joke

Ordered through Uber eats , work locally , not for the first time order horribly wrong , I can understand one item missing , I was missing 3 items and 5 sauces. The service and quality should be the same as in store or don’t do deliveries Like all it takes is one person on quality assurance before the order goes out to realise half the orders missing. On top of that the phone never answers

A busy branch. Sometimes a bit lively of an evening. Pretty much always had a pelaton of delivery riders sculking. Maintains a quick service. Staff do their best.

It's so annoying my friend and I have been waiting for literally 20 minutes and they have it on a random table not on the one u collect it from.

A black lady was very rude to me even she did not give me food when ready.

Appalling. If you're not a Deliveroo rider, they honestly don't care what you want or where you are in the queue. Avoid

This wasn't fast food it was so slow that I could of gone home cooked the same order myself come back and would still not be ready.

It's a mcd's. No parking. Love ordering via the app for collection. Delivery orders are often wrong, but they change it when informed. One member of staff didn't like the recycling, and tells people McDonald's throw it all in the same bin so there's no point. She actively stops you using the recycling bins and takes it from to to throw in the bin. Not sure what that's all about. Done it twice now.

The Hot Chocolate is good quality. The Service is better than the Food. The Staff of McDonalds do a great job.

McDonald's in Croydon is a very busy restaurant where long queues and long waits are quite common. Although it's a chain known for fast service, ordering here can be difficult, and the time you spend in line can get frustrating. Employees speak very slowly, which makes communication difficult and contributes to the lengthening of the ordering process. I opted for a children's menu. The fries were ok, crispy and well cooked, but nothing special. The cheeseburger was decent, good for a quick meal, but didn't stand out from other locations. However, the prices are quite high compared to other McDonald's restaurants, which is not justified by the quality of the service. Although the food is acceptable, the whole experience was overshadowed by the crowding and poor organization of the staff. If you don't mind waiting longer for a quick meal and don't stress efficient service, it may be an option to consider.

How hard is it seriously, full order wrong, stuff missing, stale 😷 avoid this one in future. Higher prices and lower quality food.

One of your colleagues remarked, “With only two hands, how can I manage this load?” While I understand the pressures of a busy environment, this kind of response is neither helpful nor acceptable, especially when it directly impacts the quality of service delivered to the customers. Moreover, I have noticed a troubling pattern where delivery partners are not being attended to in a timely manner, nor are we receiving the respect and communication that is essential for us to perform our roles effectively. As couriers, we are the front face and hands of your customers, and the way we are treated directly affects the overall experience for the end customer. This recent experience has led me to raise my concerns with you because the level of service I encountered does not align with the standards I expect from McDonald’s. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that all delivery partners are treated with the respect and efficiency required to maintain the high standards McDonald’s is known for. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Every MCdelivery is WRONG. HOW HARD TO PACK A BAG

Today Friday 16/08/24 at 12:10noon i did otdered food for 4xperson including drinks,before my order ready I did talked politely to the staff name RACHEL on her name badge if possible not to put ice on my drinks we don’t like too cold to drink this staff RACHEL was very rude she strongly declined and say no I cannot do it ice is already made in every drinks,when I looked at the drinks manchine my order is not even ready,it was awful & disappointed feeling staff especially RACHEL needs morel training for customer service.

the food was okay but I was missing chips, also the mac chicken tastes weird some kind of diff sauce didn't taste nice that twice now on my mc chicken a mc crispy not impressed putting of getting mac ds again.

the fries were not great at all, whatever changes was made put them back to how they were before.

my order was not delivered to me it was delivered to a neighbour.

Find was on time and would have been perfect, however, the drinks I ordered were not with the delivery. The person who delivered it said that the Mcds didn't give him any drinks. So I went round to church street mcds and said that my drinks hadn't come with my £30 order, they said that the driver had just taken the food and not even bothered waiting for the drinks. Apparently this is not the first time this driver has done this. I was really angry as I had ordered food as a treat for my children and i didn't expect to go chasing after my drinks. What is the service charge actually for! Now the food is not at its best and I have had to complain about the service again. Not happy. This is why I don't really like ordering for delivery because there is nearly always something wrong with my order.

Very bad service. The delivery driver did not speak English and rang the wrong buzzer no 7 and was going to give my food that I paid for to someone else my neighbours. When I challenged him he became aggressive and raised his voice. I have no idea what language he was speaking in but if he is unable to read numbers and addresses and speak correctly in English then he should not be doing thus job. I almost lost my order!!!!

The chips came soggy, floppy and cold. the large chips looked like a medium. my friend said her cheeseburger was horrible, dry and cold. i can say the same for my big mac, there was hardly any onion in it and the burger was all over the place when i opened the box.

Best Mcdonalds in Croydon Town centre, polite staff very clean and there's order and respect among the customers, the other Mcdonalds is a complete market place and just a waste of time.

Missing items as usual. Didn’t double lid the drink so 50% of it was missing on arrival and had flooded the bag.

I ordered one veggie spice wrap today at 10.45 order number 007 from church Street Croydon branch . The wrap was really uncooked .. It's clearly look like prepared in a rush...I usually buy veggie wrap from MacD.. First time I have a bad experience.. Need to improve the quality..
