Mcdonalds in Rhondda Cynon Taf

We had four cheeseburgers and large fries after queuing for about half an hour to get through the drive through weigh in another five or ten minutes at the window for the food we've got our food the burgers were burnt and barely warm and the fries were lukewarm and disgusting tried phone in four times and no one is picking up the phone had food from their previous and the same problem would not recommend this store to anyone

Terrible service my Food was freezing and you never get full your full order always something missing, dips/straws even a meal!!

Went through drive thru, and was told to park up to wait for food. Well the waiting bays were full along with the car park full of customers waiting for food. Had to wait 30 mins on the side of the road, eventually having to go in the restaurant to pick the food up myself. The staff said it was ready but couldn’t find my car which I pointed out to them and just walked out. Never had a good experience with this restaurant so will not go back here.

Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Had a big tasty meal asked for bacon with it and specifically mentioned the bacon again which I paid for came.home.with meal to receive no bacon.its bad practice and service it's not hard to place a place of bacon mcdonalds what a let down

Terrible. Drive through is the worst as they just don't care , I guess they think you'll be gone before you discover how bad the food is. You've paid for it but tough, who brings their drive through back? Cold food. Burgers hastily put together , often missing sauce or undercooked. Drinks frequently taste of whatever drink was prepared before you. I had a orange flavour coke because a friend had an orange fanta. Its worse with the milkshakes.

Awful service, literally took 30min to get our order in the drive through and when it arrived a whole meal was missing and took 10min to replace

What a tight miserable manger to not put a squirt of chocolate sauce on a McFlurry! Special place in hell for this man!
