Great place, shame they don't deliver over the mountain but still always collect a great pizza.

I’ve now edited my review because since writing a nice review about one of you’re staff members I’ve now found out how badly you have treated him an let him go when he was the one that made that store bloody ridiculous you have definitely lost customers now! Domino’s South Wales, internal strife,backstabbing and upper management that are clueless and looking to pin issues on store managers rather than listening to them and fixing the issues they have. All in all corrupt from the area manager up. If you work here it’s like hunger games with who you have in your favour.

Having just moved to the area & being heavily pregnant, these guys have been my lifesavers 😂 Haven’t had any problems with food, delivery nor service! Quick to contact if there are any issues & always friendly :)

I rang him asked if they sell food and he hang up on me very ashamed business is a shambles will be reporting this to the local authorities

I ordered cookies and after 50 MINUTES OF WAITING I DEMANDED MY COOKIES AND THEY SAID "NAH G WE FORGOT TO PUT EM IN CUZ" TO WHICH I REPLIED WITH A DEMAND FOR A REFUND WHICH TOOK THEM A FURTHER 5 MINUTES, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN New Review: In hindsight I've matured now, and think dominoes is actually a good place to eat, and good customer service

I Ordered a pizza chicken strips a mini pizza and some chips and not only was it the wrong pizza but it came undercooked and cold the chicken strips were dry the cheese wasn't even melted on the mini pizza and it was undercooked and just the order was so messed up, it's a pisstake I rung them up and they said the order was a priority and it's took over 40 mins for it to arrive, I won't be ordering again, nvm the review was as wrong as the order the chips to clarify are potato wedges and the mini pizza was garlic bread and cheese pizza.

Well made pizza from this store. Always good customer service and deliver is swift.

Can’t fault the food however 40 minutes waiting when I was told my order would be ready in 12 minutes was not great.

The service was really slow in store, although it seemed as though there was only 3 staff. They wouldn't accept cash as a means of payment, 2 years 4 months since covid arrived in UK. ( was unable to pay in Royal stamps either- a legal tender) They were unable to print a receipt, gave me a sticker which goes on the box because they didn't know how to print a receipt. The store was clean in the front and back and staff were wearing medical masks, albeit some had them over there chin rather than mouth and nose. The pizza was on the small side for a large but it tasted great. All in all, great location and great taste. Mainly a slow unsupervised service, it seemed no management was on shift to control or teach staff.

Always skimping on the toppings, pay extra for doubling up on them and still have limited amount. The other dominoes are far more generous with their toppings

Top pizza and lots of extras too,can be expensive but look for the offers and it's the same price as every where else.

Fairly consistent with the cooking. Been there regularly since it opened and only had 1 wrong order during this time. Ironically this was last night.Doh!(pun intended)

We order pizza it was ready within 10-15 minutes of waiting

I ordered a wrap and it cane to me like it was thrown on the floor and stepped on. It was greasy and amd salty Ive had better experiences with them

Quick delivery, piping hot, plenty of toppings. I was really nervous to try this place because of the reviews on here but it's all perfect just like any other Domino's I've tried. Lovely delivery lady, super careful of social distancing, would happily order from here again.

Staff are hopeless management dont know what they're doing and online orders are slow and thats if you get it and to top it off you cant order over the phone

Ordered today and if you click on photos which I published in the photo sections then you will be able to see why the one star Cookies were not cooked properly as they were not separated in the oven Garlic pizza bread (was meant to be) was just pure red sauce slapped around Pizza was just half crust half pizza and not cut Then when phoned to complain I sent photos over and Emma the operations director emailed me back no apology and just said that if it is that I believe the standard wasn't met and if phone to complain in future to be careful so threatening customers as well as serving slop thanks Treorchy dominos

I really want Dominoes to succeed in Treorchy but they have to UP their game. The veggie pizza had barely any cheese on it and was luke warm. I expect mozzarella cheese on my pizza!!! I'm afraid it was poor.

Just had order they didnt bring the chicken wings and the nachos were burnt to a crisp when I phoned to tell them they refused to bring them back to me horrible attitude

Nice staff, friendly and helpful, the both pizza however were def only 3 star. The mighty meaty was only merely meaty and the cheeseburger pizza had a miserly amount of beef much less than of previous orders. Could this be because it was a BOGOF offer?

Terrible service. Food was cold and they forgot part of my order. Ive never understood how this is possible. If you order 7 items . Surely you should receive 7 boxes. Maybe you should check yourself but when you are paying SO MUCH for pizza you expect the fundamental things to be a given. Never ever ever again will i order for treorchy dominos. The icing on the cake. When i phoned to complain. They offered my money back for missing item. Ill have the money in 3 to 5 days. Absolute joke. Update. Its been over 3 weeks now and still havent had a refund.

Delicious pizzas,queues wasn't to long,messed up one order but other than that its great

Ordered from here multiple times and have given them the benefit of the doubt every time as they are newly open, but you would expect them to be able to get order right by now. Every time we order a delivery something is ALWAYS wrong. wrong toppings, random sauce when we request no sauce....etc. Even had one delivery where there was no pizza....a pizza delivery with no pizza...I won’t be ordering from here again for a while.

Staff ignore you until the last possible second and real problems getting change from these guys when you pay cash. Update, went back tonight and staff are as bad as they were 3 weeks ago. More fool me.

Ordered earlier food was Luke warm , but burnt to a crisp !!! Never again !!!

Just ordered 1st time. Delivered hot in 30 mins. Very nice fresh taste. Friendly professional staff on phone. Only criticism was the price. It cost about £10 extra for delivery so was an expensive meal. But will be ordering again. An overall nice experience. WELL DONE.
