McDonald's in Calderdale

rats running about the car park and peeping out of drains, multiple sightings. it’s disgusting and puts people on edge to get out of car to go to the bin.

Quick and Efficient, there isn’t many McDonald’s that get the drive thru order correct but they did and were polite and jolly!

i ordered three milkshakes on the app which i was charged for but when i got to the restaurant i was told the milkhakes are unavailable and if i want a refund i should do it via the app. which is almost impossible. very unhelpful staff and bloody useless app ! never again

Came here with some friends to get some quick food and a drink, a lad called Reagan served me and showed 10/10 customer service

Disgusting. Ordered via just eat and AGAIN, they have not completed order. Missing a chicken share box £11:19 & 2x fries. Rang restaurant and the bag is still sat there, so food gone to waste as I can't get down to collect hence why I ask for delivery. So now my autistic son is here upset and I also have to wait 7 days for a refund? I asked if orders are checked by a 2nd person as this is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happened. Apparently orders are checked?? So why is my bag of food still sat in your restaurant?? DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIGHOUSE MACDONALDS.

I have just been to the Brighouse store, and ordered chicken share box, told to park up, half the order was missing, and they have charged me for the chicken sharebox, but when i got home it was ten cheese with a dip i did not ask for. I am becoming intolerance of really poor service and this Brighouse McD's is sub-standard.

I've given up going here. Utterly hopeless. They spend more time servicing uber eats/ just eat than those who go there. No matter when you go there is a que spilling on to the road (both ways) and all around the drive through. If you fancy parking, you're lucky to get a spot, and if you do make it in there to order, it can take up 20mins. Maybe focus on your actual customers or just close and service uber eats/ just eat customers.

I stopped by here on my way back home from visiting some friends and family in Brighouse and might I just say I was greeted by a lovely, young, curly boy whom’s name I cannot seem to remember but he was very polite to me. Thank you (whoever you are lol)!

I think I’ve had one of the best experiences in McDonald’s at this place! Service was fast, meal was delicious. Would like to give a special shoutout to Teddy (I think that was his name) who was so polite with me and patient as I decided what i was going to have to eat. Thank you!! 🍔

Must be the worst McDonald's in the country. Service always atrocious no matter what time of day you go. Avoid if you can.

I have never known a Mac Donald’s that is so slow over 20 mins wait for an order it’s supposed to be fast food, not wine and dine !!! Too busy doing the Uber eats to be bothered serving the customers that bothered getting their a***s out of the armchair, it’s an absolute p**s take
