McDonald's in Central Bedfordshire

I didn't have any issues with the food or staff but didn't realise that there are parking restrictions in place. You can only park for 90 minutes before incurring a £100 fine by MET Parking Services. Unfortunately I was 16 minutes over because I was waiting for friends to arrive. After I received my parking fine, I went back to check for signs as I didn't see any notices. Sure enough they are there, but you have to look hard to find them. It's a great way to treat your customers who spend their money in your restaurant. This is totally rubbish and I will never go back and seriously think that I will never enter another McDonald's again. There are plenty of other options out there.

Ordered online and once again (so far happened to EVERY ORDER) I’ve received everything BUT what I’ve paid for Along with cold chips They are honestly SHOCKING at this one, I’ve never had a correct order in the five years And as I don’t drive I can’t then pop back to correct it. Instead I’m told to go through an online process and they’ll get back to The staff are rude, the food is rank and the workers are clearly blindfolded

Ordered a birthday breakfast for my little girl and put my bank details in the app. No mention at this point of the time or any time limits. When I arrive app kept sending me an error message and the man on the line in the drive thru didn't give me any support even though I said I hadn't used it before. Turned out it was giving me an error message because I ordered a breakfast, they stopped at 11 and it was 11:03. I was supposed to mot only know this time but know that it would apply even if I had ordered way before. Parts of my order probably were still available as not all breakfast items but I was offered no support to workout what I could order so I left and my little girl was disappointed. If this has been a small cafe they would have been able to make the hash browns despite the 3 minute delay. What exactly is the point of ordering in advance? I am not a common macdonalds customer and have now deleted the app and won't be using it again.

Absolutely worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had Paid for large meal and no drinks so got a little fresh orange Cold chips Mc chicken sandwich smelt like cigarettes Everyone looks like they are there against their will. Or got a shotgun to there head Rip off !!!!!!

The best experience i’ve ever had at a fast food chain. And a worker named layla made the experience that whole lot better which left me and my family with a smile on our faces with her great customer service skills :)

Ordered 2 breakfast rolls. Completely messed my order up giving me a breakfast roll I couldn't eat due to allergens, not for the first time either. Shocking service,vacant staff. Don't recommend.

Yet again Biggleswade’s McDonald’s fail appallingly, small measures, cold food, disarray in the (and I use this word in its loosest possible form) restaurant untrained staff chaos in the car park absolute shambles. Steer clear at all costs or you’ll be looking a a large Mcdisappointment !!

I would of given no stars if that was possible toilets disgusting food Luke warm all tables had food on not cleaned. I didn't enjoy one bit of our experience really should of complained but quite a queue in front of counter never again my second bad experience of Mac Donald's food seems to be cold as as the norm now, shame I used to love going to Mac Donald's as a treat

Had the most wonderful experience here today. All staff were so friendly from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. On leaving, the manager even held the door for me as I left. The food was rather delicious too!

We went to McDonalds in Biggleswade last Sunday, as a treat with our little one. We all got sick after eating chicken nuggets. Me especially at 17 weeks pregnant, ended up in hospital with severe dehydration. It will be a very very long time until any of us eat in a McDonald’s again. But, we will never go back to the one in Biggleswade!

Served by a lovely young man by the name of Johnny. Very friendly, polite and chatty. Was extremely helpful when we decided to add to our order last minute

Came here tonight food was cold ,staff we rude and ignorant and waited along time as staff were on their phones while serving, when I got my food I asked for a cup holder and it got thrown towards me and I had to do it myself, store needs a real manager to sort this place out as its a disgrace to the company

The manager is rubbish and doesn't listen or doesn't understand what your saying (didn't even realise there is click and collect bays outside ) she also thought after complaining to her and other members of staff she'd snigger and roll her eyes then proceed to laugh in my face. Stay away, waited 45 minutes in drive thru, got order which was missing items went into store which had locked the doors and not letting customer in apart from drive thru due to technical issues, this store does this when they have no staff. Food was cold it’s not just a one off it’s constantly poor. No wonder when they can’t keep hold of staff.

Waiting times TERRIBLE, Waited half an hour for food to arrive and we not good. Won’t be returning! Drive thru is much worse

It’s ok - what you expect from McD across the globe really. This is a fairly new outlet (I refuse to call them “restaurants”) and unusually it’s a two storey building. The seating downstairs is fairly limited and we found the aircon was working very efficiently but that would likely mean our meal would get cold very quickly… and let’s be honest, McD aren’t renowned for serving piping hot cuisine anyway! So we headed upstairs and it was good to find they had a lift as my partner is disabled. Much quieter and generally more pleasant with a very helpful member of staff who seemed to be responsible for the customer area on the upper level - full marks to her! But… and this seems to be a common issue in McD now, the floor surface becomes VERY slippy on rainy days. I know you can’t control the weather but whatever they use as a flooring material is wholly unsuitable. It genuinely is akin to walking on ice and extremely dangerous for people with reduced mobility. But, like I said, it’s ok but nothing special really.

Understandable delays initially due to a fight outside the restaurant, but thereafter an inexcusable lack of communication, bored and disinterested staff (borderline rude) and after almost an hour waiting trapped in the car lane the manager nowhere to be seen. Never going back. Drive on to Baldock.

Have never been impressed with the way this McDonalds is run but unfortunately there are no other branches nearby. During our visit this morning I saw at least 4 people complain. The machines had no receipt paper and my daughter was pretty much accused of not paying for her order ( which she had waited 10 minutes for before finding out they hadn’t even started it - a hash brown and a coffee, nothing fancy). The delivery people and the drive through were getting priority over customers in store. One member of staff was aimlessly wandering around giving the wrong advice to customers and the manager was abrupt to the point of rudeness. I know I was not alone in being appalled as two other customers stormed out in a short period of time.

I was served by a lovely young blonde lady in Biggleswade McDonald's called Chloe, from the moment i walked in she gave me a warm smile and had such a polite manner, this made my day and i will definitely be going back again soon....
