McDonalds in New Forest

Normally, I use another McDonald's but as I was in need of nourishment I came her. It was an upsetting experience as my food was not hot and bits were wrong. I called my friend Tarquin and he suggested I ask for a refund. I did this and later we met in our usual McDonald's where the food was delicious and hot.

One of the worst mcdonalds I have been to in the country. Staff are reasonably friendly. However the food is usually luke warm. Several orders have been incorrect. With no sauce on the burgers, half filled fries. Milkshake machine frequently broken and with no sign on show to inform customers prior to driving in and being stuck in the queue. This has happened three times in around 6 weeks. They could simply put a sign to prevent customers the time wasted.

Don't waste your money & more importantly your time going to this mcdonalds. Staff are so uninterested in their job it shocking, even in this day & age. I know it's hit & miss with mcdonalds as to whether it's going to be warm or cold but when the staff chuck your order on some storage boxes whilst frying chips & then totally ignoring it for 15 mins, the chances of it being only tepid is lost. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went twice, different month, different time of day. More staff than customers, all condiments empty, no one doing anything. Staff so self conscious, more worried about how they look than doing their job. No one seems to be in charge or giving any guidance. Really unpleasant experience.

Poorly run by a bunch of kids the place was dirty rubbish everywhere outside and yet again the order was wrong. Proper management needed

I wanted food as I was hungry but low on cash, however I had monopoly food voucher for small chips and Milkshake. I dipped the chips in Milkshake, wow. Incredible.

We were driving and saw the sign for McDonald's and knew we would be on safe ground so we stopped, ordered, ate and left, however, the food was sensational along with everything else.

I am almost lost for words as today when we ordered our food, there was another option, the Ranch Dip. Wow, together with a sweet curry dip it took my fries to the next level, in fact the level beyond. Simply sensational. I want to go back again now, but I am full, however tomorrow, yes I have to return.

We came her because the mcflurry machine at Totton is still broken and enjoyed delicious burgers and Fries plus magical dips, and mcflurry. Wow

No coffee.... machine broken.. again we were told its always breaking down. Food warm and edible. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Went to counter for bbq sauce 4 members of staff stood around. I had to cough to get their attention. Not overall impressed

I was in need of refreshments and I saw McDonald's and came. My chips were lukewarm and the bun of my chicken burger torn but the burger was very warm. My coffee was not filled to the top but the meal was cheap and the restaurant was a NIP untidy. Overall I give 3 stars.

Our meal was served up and placed on a counter away from us. The chap serving wandered off and did something else, leaving the meal to go cold. Eventually he called our number and we sat down to eat. The food was bland, tasteless and lukewarm. I did not enjoy any of it - burger, fries or orange juice. Oh, and asked for a sachet of mayonnaise - we don't serve it anymore!!

We stopped for a break, tea and a snack. Till girl very patient and helpful. Girl cleaning tables saw we were old and suffering from the heat so informed 1st girl who made a point of bringing our snack and anything else to a tabler us. Cost - including rent price rises - £5.16

Typical McDonald’s food so you know what to expect but please be warned they will not let you eat in the restaurant in the evenings any longer

This restaurant is in a perfect location for paultons park. It was busy and really needed more parking space but we got our food quickly and it was lovely and fresh

Placed an order for our family of four. Order was taken correctly and receipted correctly but on returning home we found 1 bacon clubhouse replaced with an ordinary cheese burger and two portions of chicken nuggets replace with plain burgers. Very very disappointing . Also the layout of car bays for waiting customers is not good. Bay 3 is far too close to the collection kiosk to be used sensibly and signage is extremely poor. We will NOT be returning to Mc’s having had this poor experience. For the price charged far better service to be had elsewhere.

I went for food at this branch but the menu has changed, some of my favourite things have gone and new food that i dont know has appeared. It was too stressful for me and i took a cup of tea away only.

Usual McDonald's, very good service, was very quick and food was hot too. Ate in, looked clean and was organised for social distancing, perfect!!

like most mcdonalds it does get busy at the usual times, but staff are really good and friendly, the menu is the same as all, there is a good sized car park and another car pe=ark if your a lorry driver or towing a caravan
