McDonald's in North West Leicestershire

Stopped at this McDonald’s travelling back from Birmingham 10,15 at night. Pulled up and waited to be asked for our order, they seemed to take ages! My partner said “for god sake hurry up” then a girl said “ if you are going to swear I won’t take your order” I then told my partner to leave it! Don’t want to order from them! I confronted her and asked what part of god sake is swearing to you!! She shut the glas doors and smirked at me 😠 We asked to speak to the management she was absolutely no use, saying her staff member heard us swear!! Whatever keep your 3 star food and rubbish rude unprofessional staff!!! Disgraceful service!!!!!’

I Swadlincote I could of bought the food from superstore gone home.. Cooked it... ate it..& cleaned all the dishes before. Getting through there drive through system.. Only 2 cars in front of me & it still took 20 minutes to drive 5 yards.. When I got home order was wrong... I ask you..... two x sos & egg mucmuffin meals... How can they get that wrong.... Most incompetent mcdonalds ever.... Absolutely Useless.. Not even worthy of 1 star....

Just to say how well they looked after us and our Grandkids. Food was hot fast and excellent. TRACEY DAVIS was FAB with our service and made us feel safe and welcome was very tentative with 9 and 4 year old. Made sure they knew about food and safety etc.

I recently visited this place after a long lunch break at the Catchems inn I had thrown a few pints and shots down the hatch with a lovely lad at the Catchems called Cameron. I then drove here with it being the nearest local McDonalds. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and the toy inside was astounding. I LOVE MR MEN! I have been back every day since to try and collect all of them. thank you Cameron for the pints. thank you to the staff for the McDonalds. I met a bloke there called Steve he said he was the manager and I couldn't think of a better bloke to lead a team like this. food was piping hot and immaculate

Good breakfast as usual , quick as with all McDonalds , clean and i love the table service that McD have introduced

We visited McDonalds after a day at the Zoo where the food was overpriced. The staff were friendly and efficient. What made this visit worthy of a Trip Advisor recommendation was the warm encounter with their member of staff who was emptying their bins. The lady in question was very friendly and passed the time of day with us. She stopped emptying the bin next to us so we could enjoy our meal then returned as we finished our food. She was a lovely lady and definitely an asset to McDonalds.

Very bad I order my food twice for it to be delivered by my Uber driver ,my food cancelled twice I have tried to direct and give the driver very easy directions for them to get mad and take my order back , I gave McDonald’s clear directions to where I was at and now they are asking me to collect which I find quite disrespectful as I’m heavily pregnant

Very good, very clean. The food was tasty and well cooked. The packing was good and roomy. The restaurant was covd safe.

Visited this place on 30 November and have to say that the food was awful got a take away and drove home approx 10 mins away. Got home and the food was absolutely freezing will not be returning to this location again

We used this McDonalds to have a breakfast before going onto Twycross Zoo , again could only use the Drive through , and ate in the car . Not sure if the restaurant is accessible but food was hot and the flat white tasted good.

Difficult to know whether the lack of 'please' and 'thank you' are common to all staff here, but certainly was to the tattooed young man who served me. Not a glimmer of a welcome, and I don't need to be fawned over but you shouldn't notice the absence of such. Meal was just about hot enough when it arrived, more fries out of the carton than in, and the tea had clearly been standing for a long time with the bag in - it's not coffee, it gets stronger and the strength of the tea should be optional for the customer.

This McDonald's is always busy as it is part of the m42 services but even still you are able to have a relaxing meal with the family...

Here on a busy bank holiday weekend. Not the worst I've been to. was reasonably clean, reasonably quick and everything was correct and hot. Couldn't find this to review at first as I was trying to find appleby magna services.

This place is a hit or miss with my orders one thing is thou I always have to park up don’t matter what I order !! Sometimes all my order is correct sometimes not just wished they would check before handing me my food

Used the drive through. When I finally got to the food desk, had to ask for my receipt, serviettes and sugar from the surly server. Quickly parked up, to discover everything was cold. My burger was a special order, so had hoped for better. Chips...

Toilets dirty. Staff ignorant. Food cold and poorly presented. Car park poorly laid out and covered in litter. Then I go across the service area to the Shell garage - toilets immaculate, staff simply lovely, deli food delicious with great range. Two venues, worlds apart!!

This could well be the worse McDonalds i've ever visited. I ordered my breakfast and then decided to check the hygiene ratings 2 star. This owner needs the franchise removing immediately, my stomach been turning all day since eating here.

Handy for the motorway and Twycross Zoo, If you like Mcdonalds you will like this place. It can get pretty busy at peak times. Toilets clean and well maintained.

To all the people who use the McDonald's restaurants must be very proud on treating your children at the weekend for being good and doing as they are told. I have my McDonald's just one a week and its the best place to go with...

Pretty rubbish when you compare it to other McDonanalds restarants. Staff useless and more focused on taking stuff out to parked up Drive Thru customers than serving customers inside. Very slow service, and when our order finally arrived it was missing items.
