Margarita was on the over done end of the spectrum. The potato tots which I paid extra for were swapped out for wedges. A little disappointing…

ordered a jacket potato said with melted butter which I thought was odd, ended up being melted cheese as i don't eat melted cheese my meal was ruined

The order came on time. The food was hot and very tasty. I've ordered from here before and I will keep doing so. It's always lovely food and the driver was polite.

Pizzas were extremely dry & stale. Supposed to be fresh but was more like a leftover pizza from the day before. None of us could eat any of it. Chips were fine though, just very disappointed about the pizzas.

The best pizza in Coalville! Last night my pizza was very well cooked. The cheese was the perfect golden brown, and tasty. The cheesy chips are always really moreish and not greasy like you normally get other places. Really good onions rings too. I’m quite fussy with both pizza and onions rings. I always order from here now when wanting a pizza and recommend it to anyone in the area.

The food was cold. The fires looked old and tasted dry. Items were missing which I rang up for. Said they would send them out. Never did. This is honestly one of the worst places I have ordered from. And this wasn’t a small order. Definitely not happy

Unrealiable dleiveries twice now. Waited 1 hour 40 minutes and called twice. They kept telling me the order was a few minutes away. Arrived cold and order was wrong.

half the items missing, rang to inform and woman was very unhelpful. couldn't give me a time frame that they would correct their mistake, said she'd call back. she didn't so I called again and she was rude and abrupt and kept saying they were busy. not my problem if you can't check all the items correctly. food was nice but a shame we had to wait 1hr30 for it and then was cold by the time we waited for the missing items to arrive

I always used to order from here,always,the pizza me and my daughter used to have was brilliant. Ordered tonight for the first time in along time,told my boyfriend you won't be disappointed. Over an hour later we are ringing and asking if it's on its way,to be told it is,understandable though,i get it can be busy on weekends.20 minutes later it turns up,favourite pizza is hard,boyfriends stuffed crust which you pay extra for is hard,everything is barely warm and hard. The sauce I ordered is NOT what I ordered. Didn't ring back up,what's the point!. Won't be ordering again

Ordered pizza and tuna jacket potato came on time how ever the jacket potato was so dry there must have been just a spoon full of tuna and sweetcorn on there no salad will never order from them again I have got a picture but can’t upload it

Food not received so cannot comment on quality. 15mins after the latest delivery time, got in contact and was told I had to wait another 25mins (meaning an almost 2hr wait from order to door). Rang to cancel and declined food when arrived.

I ordered fron this take away and the first time my order got cancelled I'm not sure who by or why. but the order was for £41. and then because it got cancelled I ordered the exact same thing and it was delivered the only issue is iv still not received any refund for the £41 that was took out my bank account the first time. so in total I paid £82 on 1 order how can I get my refund please

Ordered a deep pan pizza , ended up a thin crust it was as thin as a piece of paper.

Another fantastic pizza from Mario's.

Generally love this pizza place however this order was a little 'meh'. Some of the pizza toppings were stuck to the underside of the lid of the box and therefore not on the actual pizza. Also, they advertised as selling 1.5l bottles of coke which is actually 1.25l... only a small thing but still - sucks a bit.

first time ordering from here and I will be using again, the food was fab, it was late but I received a text message in plenty of time to let me know. This is now the only place the kids will eat pizza other than dominos!! thank you 😊

Not up to your usual standards food was terrible pizza tasted stale and chips were uncooked 90% went in the bin

Pizzas not to usual standard tomato sauce was not great both pizzas were over cooked lasagna was good won’t be ordering again it was as good as domino”s once appon a time even papa johns is better! And there rubbish

2 Burnt pizzas but some how cold

We ordered a few pizzas and on one we asked for “no mushrooms” they’d made it with mushrooms but realised before delivery and made another without mushrooms but delivered them both, one free of charge. Food tasted great was hot and service like this deserves recognition. A Fantastic small, local business, much better than the national chains. Highly recommend

I’ve got to be honest food looked well cooked but unfortunately was stone cold and must of been cooked half hour earlier and I was last delivery very unhappy but won’t be ever using this app again I’m afraid delivery was on time and driver was nice however payed for food and seeing it was cold and cooked so long ago how can I possibly be happy

Collected, staff were rude, spoke in language that we couldn’t understand to each other. Apparently card machine wasn’t working, so was only accepting cash. Should of been made aware of this at time of placing order. Pizza was bang average . Won’t be using again

Mario Special is our go to, but this time it wasn’t as good. Also I think they added extra olives instead of jalapeño.

The best in Coalville. Proper garlic BREAD not pizza dough. Boxes lined with grease proof paper so boxes not oily and unrecyclable.

Food was hot, delivery driver did well to locate me as my address did not show up on the "just eat search feature".

Food was good and arrived in the time stated however 1 pizza did not have the hot dog stuffed crust that was ordered and we received potato wedges instead of peri peri chicken poppers.

Ordered 2 pizzas one with extra pineapple and olives we paid extra for, they was missing. Called back and was told they were now shut but would deliver us a replacement tomorrow at 7pm.. then called back 5 mins later and told they would send us 2 more pizzas now that were right. We were sent 2 random pizzas that were nothing like what we ordered! Never got our replacement the next day either, waste of time and wasn’t anything special.

Not sure why it was delayed but food was cold. Only item warm was potato skins. Dog ate the cold chicken strips. Didn't even eat half the order. The bin had it. Very disappointing

Good collection time. Onion rings were stuck together and the sauce was spilt everywhere which isn't great when one person doesn't like the sauce. Chips were alright. Pizza was very disappointing. Very dry, lacked flavours and it slid off in one bite. Very very disappointed

Gobsmacked with the phone service to the point I cancelled my order The women was rude didn’t want to listen to what I wanted nor did she listen to where I wanted it to go!!!!! Said nothing after my card details were given then put the phone down on me … tried calling bk several times and was totally ignored.. then rang me saying food was here ?? Let’s just say it wasn’t where I asked her for it to go 😂 … Other than this treatment the pizza I’ve had in the past are yummy….

Ordered via just eat, was missing items, rang up the person on the phone sounded like they didn't know what they was doing, said they would send the item out been 2 and half hours and still not received.

The pizza was cold and when we rang up about the order taking ages to come the woman wasn’t very helpful. The mozzarella meal was good and the chips and twirls chips were hot just disappointed with how long we had to wait and disappointed with the pizza as it was obviously cold and brown on the top.

Pizza was over cooked and cold. Dessert was the wrong dessert ordered and was frozen.

Food was ordered at 6pm. Finally arrived at 8.30pm after several phone calls, with the phone being put down on us and apparently on its way for over 45 mins.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Ordered a cheese pizza which was burnt to a crisp phoned up to ask for a new one. An hour later still no new pizza so phoned up again and they hadn’t even started to make it and said the best they could do is send another one tomorrow!!! I said I wanted a refund and she said they would call me back in a few minutes to sort. Half an hour later a guy phones me up and starts shouting at me over something that was there fault! Safe to say I will never be ordering from there again absolute waste of money.

Live in Coalville since I was born and when Mario came to town I always used them , I moved to Markfield 12 years ago and could never get a good pizza 🍕 delivered but now Mario delivers here through just eat , they have just took me back to the day they set up in Coalville 👌🏻👌🏻 the pizzas we’ve just had were amazing 🤩 total respect ✊
