Great friendly staff and good food

Buyer beware !!! Ordered via app, as I have done successfully many, many times - confirmed id arrived, paid using apple pay, payment taken but no order was received by restaurant- thus no goods. Clearly the app failed. Not a great issue I agree, but I’ve paid for goods, they have charged my credit card and neither the restaurant or McDonald’s will reimburse ! I have shared / proven payment at the time and since, disappointed with the lack Of investigation and service, very dismissive

Overall okay experience, some of the screens weren't working when trying to place an order but ordered at the counter without issues and tasty food.

I went to McDonald's as a last resort. I could not get gluten-free food from any outlets in the service station. I managed to get some McDonald's 🍟 not the healthiest option, but better than nothing. The guy who served me was very helpful.

Good staff, can get very busy so sometimes have abit of a wait. Stop here frequently when visiting cornwall.

Foods the same as is every McDonald's, Me and the wife try to go in there when it's not full of squarking rowdy uncontrolled children that seem to be as high as a kite on blue smarties, as, (thank God) we do not have any brats.

Only have the fries, I'm a celiac and can eat them, yippee!!

Didn't have food, just a coffee. Queue was a bit all over the place. But nevertheless got a lovely coffee eventually.

There was a mix up with my order which was super frustrating as we had driven away before I realised but I turned back, showed the receipt and they fixed it. 🤷‍♀️ Nevertheless, the food was good and the staff were all working really hard.

Great staff, might have to queue, but not for long. Inside and outside seating areas. Always clean and tidy.

Nice place just off the main road loads of parking and the food was actually hot which for McDonald's is amazing

No milkshakes available again, apart from that all OK. Could do with a drive-thu though.

I've been coming here for over a year, and generally the service is very very good, however there have been occasions when it's busy that I've been given the wrong order. In this instance they have been very good and we were able to sort the issue out with no problems.

Food is of average quality typically the same as other restaurants in the McDonald's chain. There is no table service as the table numbers have been taken away so don't select this if using the app or paying at the tills... This is useful to me to stop young children running up to the counter and losing my seat. The children's tablets have all been removed with just empty stands remaining. There are coloring pads for children but nothing to draw with. I'd say on the whole it's a poor McDonald's particularly for families.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve visited and we do get around as a family. We always visit Cornwall services MD as the atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant is bright airy and clean and we can always find somewhere to sit. The staff are helpful and diligent and food arrives reasonably quick. Cannot bear fast food venues that are overcrowded and noisy, but this one has a nice balance of customers and ambience, probably as Cornwall services in general offers so many other choices of food venues, we still always choose MD though ;)

Went to place an order using the App but mobile service connection was down. One of the McDonalds Team (Penny) was on hand to help and took our order. A really friendly and helpful experience.

The food was ok, but the burgers seemed a little dry .

It's McDonald's sounds and feels good before you visit then non satisfying once you've been.

If you love McDonald's and their tasty food, then this restaurant is as good as any other. With the bonus of being in a small complex. After your burger, you can shop in Saltrock or co-op. There is a taco bell here too, if you are not after a burger.

Well, of course, this is just my personal opinion. The service at Cornwall services McDonald's is absolutely shocking I Ve spoken to the manager tonight and put in the complaint about the poor service I have experienced And all I got was sorry about that. I'm going to be speaking to the CEO of McDonald's. And I'm going to put in an official complaint. Because the food was disgusting if you want disgusting food, then go to this store If you Don't want disgusting food Also, the prices from McDonald's food is shockingly expensive. I could have had a good quality meal at a chip shop. For the price that they charged me just for a little bit of food.

Quick service and food seemed well prepared. The building has wheelchair access. Order screens and waiting area collided so it's hard to tell who's next to the screens if busy. Seating available also

Great service station for Cornwall being the only purpose built one but clean tidy and welcoming

Went for McDonald's ended up in taco Bell. Was all very nice, something for everyone.

Standard service but the teenage workers kept going outside to see friends and there language was disgusting. I work with many rough and ready men and use to obscenity’s, but these female workers swore every other word whilst one young lad was left to fend the fort.

I asked about Vegan ice-cream and non dairy alternative for hot drinks. I was told that Costa have Soya milk. I wasn't asking about Costa. I was asking about McDonald's.

Served RAW chicken in a wrap and RAW chicken selects and when we pointed it out to a manager we were told that it was the suppliers fault (pre cooked chicken that MCD just heat up) but the supplier would blame the restaurant, fact is, I was a customer and it was NOT MY FAULT. We were hoping to have the order cooked again but the manager preferred to stand and make excuses rather than just cook the food! Used to like eating at this branch but will not be doing so again! Had to dash home to get my son who is T1D food that was actually cooked as he had injected insulin to eat before he saw it was RAW chicken, otherwise he could have become seriously ill. Member of staff tried to tell me she knew all about T1D as her father has the condition but my concern was getting food for my son that he could eat

Don't eat McDonald's never have never will

Continuing my great mission to find the best McDonald's, I stumbled across this little gem. Ordered a quarter pounder, a twin dose of cheese burgers, a novelty of a bacon and hashbrown combo ( what will these geniuses think of next) and a cuppa tea. Intrigued by the smorgasbord of onions in the burgers,.... Diced in a cheeseburger and sliced in the quarter pounder... Why is it different...But I digress. .. . Would I recommend this to a fledgling McDonald's visitor , fresh to the delights of a big Mac meal... I'd say yes. Do it. You won't be disappointed.

Banger maccies, good presentation on the food when it's not busy. Lass with the tattoos is proper lush too.

5 stars just for having milkshakes available. Every time I stop at Fraddon or Newquay the machine is "off for maintenance" 😂

Always good here normally but this time I had a terrible cheeseburger, dry and not very hot.

Called there, and had a very tasty Subway baguette. Very busy but it was half term in England so it was to be expected.

Just to let everyone know, it wasn't McDonald's that I visited, it was Costa !!!!

I used to love Mcdonald but now thay arnt that great . The last couple of times I been there thay put so much mayo on my rap I couldn't taste my chicken it was way to much so iv not be back since.

"I'm loving it!" Only joking, I'm just "Clowning around"! it's McDonalds, it does what it says on the tin. Same as any other McDonalds you've ever been too. Easy ordering on the touch screens and you get a ticket and they call your number. Normal choice of meals and drinks you would get at most McDonalds, service was good considering it was lunch time and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is seating inside and out depending on what you feel like, you can also takeaway if that floats your boat too. If you're looking for a quick meal on the go and you fancy McDonalds then this is the place for you. If you don't like fast food/ McDonald's then don't come here, as it's not the place for you!

Had to wait 30 mins from ordering before getting any food. No where to wait for the food so had to stand in the entrance in everyone's way. Staff are slow.

Brilliant, fast and accurate service

Shockingly bad. Thought I'd pick up some dinner for the long drive home. It was rammed but food didn't take excessively long. As you'd expect from a busy McDs the chips were hot 👌🏼 however after half of them I got an overwhelming disappointment when they just didn't taste of anything, maybe under salted but they were so bland I had to push to finish them. Anyway on to the Big Mac, oh yes......oh no the burger is sat in a sea of lettuce (not the end of the world because i like lettuce but a bad sign in regards the care taken), so i took my first bite and it was dry, I thought ok sometimes the 1st bite isn't the best, so I went again, nope dry, overcooked meat and the bun was not fresh. The sauce was pretty much only in the centre too. Nevermind i thought let's wash it down with some coke since I'd splashed out for the full fat taxed edition coke, this too was a huge disappointment, I think someone added a teaspoon of coke to 5L of water and then filled my cup, it was worse than Zero and even diet, all round so bad, no redeeming features. Pure disappointment and dissatisfaction.

Good parking and toilet facilities. Staff friendly and food good. Seating area small but tables outside as well.

Great McFlurry on a hot afternoon.

Ordered a delicious customised triple cheese burger with extra lettuce and bacon via the self serve kiosk, no problem, but had no multi flavour milkshake customizable menu, so asked the great staff for a large milkshake with one of each flavours and they obliged straight away fast and efficiently no problem. Thanks guys best service and tasting food keep up the excellent work ! ***** 5 stars

It's a McDonalds. It was very good, fast even though it was busy.

We don't have McDonald's very often, so it was a treat. Chili chicken wrap with French fries and a diet coke - was really tasty, hot and very efficiently served in a busy outlet. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Its a McDonalds, you know what to expect! Never had a problem here, food is always good and never missing an item. Staff are hard working and lovely. Always clean and never waiting long even when it's busy.

After waiting 15 minutes, with only a couple of people in front of us, our food was cold/disgusting and the staff were not much better.. Will never stop here again...

Even though is was jubilee Bank Holiday Friday, the service was quick, the staff friendly and efficient...and the order completely correct! Cornwall Services was heaving but Mac d's did not disappoint.
