McDonald's in Stirling

It's a McDonald's and yet they still manage to impress me with how useless they are. Order is wrong or half of it missing half of the time, If you want a mcplant good luck without waiting 15 minutes; staff will even lie to you and say there is food ready when there isn't and you'll have to wait anyway. Public toilets have better service.

Is this the worst McDonald’s franchise in Scotland?. Consistency of service is huge here, consistently bad!. You are guaranteed sub-standard service every time. There is persistent change to how orders are handled, with the ability to add to an order at the window having apparently now been removed?. I’m baffled, you arrive at the order screen and the first thing asked is “have you ordered on the McDonalds app today?”. No is the answer, however that is a great reminder that I should collect the points. When the app is opened an ad pops-up to encourage you to take advantage of the offer of the day. Having already given my order, I asked to add the offer of the day at the window. I was told to do this if need to drive all the way around again, followed by “that’s just what we’ve been told”… “we’re not allowed to add to orders because the kitchen gets confused”. Then I was told it’s because there are two tills, one which handles orders, and the other handling payments?. Now really baffled and searching for the truth and some logic, I spoke to Cameron the Assistant Manager (you need to get a new badge by the way, what’s the point of a name badge where your name has worn off?). Anyway, more excuses and more “that’s just how it is, it’s not lies or anything”. In the end, having witnessed three members of staff bluff their way through not taking my order fully or payment, I was put off entirely my meal and cancelled. Sadly, this experience and excuses about technology are common in this particular location. Strangely, I never have a problem in the franchisee’s Morrison’s location. I can only guess the leadership in the Drip Road drive-thru is not as good. Hopefully you can take some constructive criticism here and make improvements. If your kitchen is easily confused, change the kitchen, not your customer service standards.

Disappointing staff, on a drive through service an item of my order was missing, went to the restaurant to collect it, then was met up with a manager smirking away saying they do not have that item, either I can wait 5 minutes, refund or substitute, her attitude makes me believe they could not be bothered letting me know they are one item short and because I was a drive thru customer they were hoping I will drive away missing an item

Was good for McDonalds. I was ecstatic all my food was warm for a change. I must add that the bad experiences of cold food were in Broxden, Perth BoD Aberdeen and Incshes Inverness.

Maccys is always massively underrated! Somewhere quiet to sit with a laptop, good Wi-Fi, better coffee than most chains, and usually pleasant staff. Order electronically with table service, no standing waiting!

This morning lovely staff made my daughters birthday special by writing happy birthday on her breakfast. Thank you for being so lovely.

I've never had such good service in a McDonalds. Trish even cleared our table when we hadn't left yet.

They keep their own patch spotlessly clean but should get more litter picking done as the neighbourhood is full of their tossed packaging. Not a great advert for this place!

A great place to stop for a break. Great staff, very quick service, and the standard McDonald's menu. Also the parking isn't usually too bad.

A shambles at peak times, especially the drive-thru.

Standard Maccies. Easy parking. Convenient for Sainsbury's.

Nice but not very good. Sometimes the food quality is not good. Staff Services is so so.

Bought a Chicken and bacon wrap for lunch and it tasted off, unfortunately I’ve now had gastrointestinal problems since. Wish I had taken it back but was in a hurry to get to my next appointment. Put me off them for life

Best big mac I've had this year

Busy. Carpark bad. Chips always under portioned. Have more luck getting ur order correct if u use a machine. Staff r nice but not enough support. Also pressing the button to say ur orders ready before it is to keep the computer data on waiting times at a minimum isn't fair on the customer. Mobbed with just eat and Uber eats. So much orders that it's not exactly fast anymore.

Simple and reliable, drive through very busy better to park up across the road and order on app then go in. It is technically a city though so lack of an abundance of space is understandable.

3 x times repeating order at the drive thru before they thought they had it. Got to the payment window and they hadn't. Went through it all again, 3 times then gotbtonthe delivery window and still the wrong order. Had to then park up to wait for food. 15 minutes later, still nothing. Went in, got a refund and went to Burgerking.

Sat 20 minutes in drive thru que.Finally gave order,then had to sit and wait on order.Shop empty,so much for fast food.

Back here again! This time without the kiddies. I have to say we come here every sunday and are greeted by the same lovely young girl every week!!! And gosh do they make this an enjoyable feast. This time I adventured I devoured a lovely Mighty McMuffin. AND OMG !!!!! Better than my own kiddies! Absouletyl lovely and my server jeniffer must of put some magic into my meal it was serenading my tastbuds like I was the queen of the world! Yummy yummy in my tummy!!

Burgers and fries cold and when I went to collect my apple pies as they weren't given and I was ignored by several members of staff and only after about 4/5 minutes standing and waiting someone finally asked me if I was only. This is totally unacceptable!

Gave us portions of chips barely even half full, manager didn’t help at all, very dirty aswell.

Plain double quarter pounder with cheese… hard to beat

Went with the kiddies. THEY LOVED IT. We of course went through drive through (we are not weirdos!!) . We were greeted by two lovely young ladies (cant recall there names). Any whoo, got couple burgers and chips and kids went crazy for it. WAS DIVINE. Clearly fresh grown and made.

Called in for lunch on a long trip home. Lovely place for a stop off and leg stretch and of course food.

Food is okay - not spectacular. Service isnt the best - ordered 1 cold drink and it took over 15 minutes. No one at the drinks machines as everyone was through the back. The new ordering system is awful.

They served a chicken burger instead of a vegetarian burger…I mean it’s insane the difference and due to RELIGIOUS reasons we are not allowed to eat non veg.. worst experience

Messed up order 3 times and missing items

Absolutely shocking service as per usual. Incomplete order for a £45 spend, when you call to complain to a manager you are basically told that there's nothing they can do unless you inconvenience yourself and return to the store... Disappointing service delivery and Not the first time...

Used the drive though for a larger than average order, it was a bit slow even though it was at the beginning of lunch time with no large queues.

Even tho I went in five mins before shutting time, service and food was up to the standard that McDonald's normal has and the staff were still providing the standard level of service

Stopped in past with a group of 12 others after a young farmers weekend away, was served by such a lovely team (special mention to Joyce who was so unbelievably kind and helpful) and the young lass (blonde with a ponytail) who served us at the desk. Good food, hot, tastes good and fills a hole. No complaints.

Burgers and chips okay like normal but the McFlurries get smaller and smaller each time. This evening less than half the cup!!!!!!!!! Came out as 1 scoop.

It's your typical McDonald's, good food and drinks clean and nice staff.. Not the easiest to enter and exit, as it's on a busy entrance..

Occasionally I like to treat myself with some good old-fashioned McDonald’s. So I decided to try the MCPlant and I totally lovein it. “ delicious “ This particular McDonald’s was nice and quiet at this time. ,In terms of service it was Fast. Tables were clean and the toilets well looked after .

Waiting on our order that they said has been delivered but hasn't its took my money an there not answering on the phone a will never recommend a delivery from Mcdonald again

The last 4/5 times i have been to McDonalds they have left something out in my order. I paid £16 for 2 big mac meals, a happy meal and 6 nuggets on its own. I even asked if everything is in the bag and what do I find when am home.... 1 big mac....even though I paid for 2.... how hard is it to put food in a bag.... like the last 4 times this has happened and its a joke.

very crowded like always. But i love macdonalds. I’m giving 3 stars only because they don’t do halal chicken so i get to choose fish filllet burger which i love but the size is super small that it finishes in 3 bites. Please bring a double or triple fish o fillet to menu
