Food was OK. In the restaurant tables needed cleaning and there weren't enough tables. I went to the Ladies they were absolutely disgusting almost overflowing toilets and toilet paper piled up everywhere it made me feel like I needed to wash my hands outside the Ladies more than inside . Really mcdonalds pay more attention to the bathrooms and improve your hygiene you need to.

Decidió tener McDonalds el viernes anterior al comienzo de las vacaciones de Semana Santa, no fue la mejor idea, ya que McDonalds estaba completamente lleno. Sin embargo, recibí un servicio relativamente rápido y parecían estar muy organizados con la cantidad de pedidos que recibían. La comida parecía caliente y cocida. Ok para McDonalds

I'm not a regular diner at McDonalds but I was looking for somewhere that served an early lunch as my grand daughter was attending a show at the Hexagon. Strangely nowhere else was doing an early lunch so McDonalds it was. Yes it was OK for a quick one off early lunch. It was busy and the staff were hard pressed but they seemed to cope in a friendly manner.

Shouting at the customer when the customer asked where there order is as had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes. When order was received having waited 2hours and five minutes the food was cold and needed reheating. They had given us the wrong drink had ordered Pepsi and received water. They denied all and hung up on the customer after shouting again at the customer. Very rude service and will never be returning to the food service again , and advise others to choose somewhere else.

Food a little bit over priced but expected from a train station shop.. She even guided an old lady to yhe toilets (so sweet) bless her Great customer service and a grate attitude to everyone. Considering she works in a very hot environment she was still so helpful and friendly to everyone !! Well done Ashley 👏

Unit 5 Cholsey House Moulsford MewsWorst subway in Reading. Customer service is extremely poor. Staff are calling other staff over the phone to discuss discounts on the app while you are there as they have no idea what they are doing.They refuse to honour any app discount, then blame their system. I go to another subway in Reading and everything is accepted. Subway please train your staff appropriately or state on your website that this location does not accept app offers.

158 Oxford RdI ordered food at 17:30, it said on just eat food will be here by 18:35, my dad gets a call saying food won’t be delivered till after 7 because they don’t have a delivery driver, what kind of business is this, tbh taking the piss ain’t it, driver not starting till 19:00?! The food is good but I’m afraid it’s going to come cold like it did last time (3 years ago) Update. March 2025, their food and delivery times are still awful, do not order from here unless you go in person to get some wings for example!!
