Lovely friendly staff, great service Ashley served me with a fantastic smile and a lovely chat, very well spoken too, and spoke to other customers the same as i was spoken too. Food a little bit over priced but expected from a train station shop.. She even guided an old lady to yhe toilets (so sweet) bless her Great customer service and a grate attitude to everyone. Considering she works in a very hot environment she was still so helpful and friendly to everyone !! Well done Ashley 👏

Great spot for a quick bite, reasonable prices for a station, and warm food served too. Located on platform 8/9 so need a ticket to get through barriers to access.

Friendly server, but the coffee so weak it is hardly worth the name and 3.15. Poor quality and a rip off.

Bought two coffees and a (stale) almond croissant . Coffee did not taste of coffee AT ALL. Asked for refund . This was refused so had to accept replacement coffee which was little better.

I wish I read the reviews before I went for a quick snack. £7 for a drink and a sub par pastie. At least it was hot.

I have just been too this shop bought a tea went too put sugar in my tea too be told there had no white sugar as for refund but refused

Very good indeed. The staff are always friendly and food is always tasty. Also there is always stock at 5pm which is fantastic!

We recently purchased a baguette and steak bake, which I have to say I wouldn't have given to my dog,the baguette was stale, no butter,the cheese was off ,the ham looked like it had seen better days, the steak bake was full of grisle, I don't mind paying for decent value for money food, but if that was my store, I would be embarrassed to serve that and charge what was charged, im not one to complain, but on this occasion I believe its warranted.

Customer service is dreadful will not use again miserable staff given a cold tuna melt ask could it be heated and how long got a lecture that made no sense........

Just been to Delice de france at Reading train station. I would like to say the service was utter rubbish. I could cope with only three products left to choose from that were not Danish. But to be served by a lady with dark hair, of a fairly large stature with no manners or gratitude of my service. I ordered the last sausage roll, while being polite I did not expect to leave feeling like I had inconvenienced the lady. I don't think I will return my custom there again.

I bought a big piece of pizza pepperoni. It was hot and freshly cooked. The place was clean and the staff were fine. I gave 4 star, because the store doesn't have a close door, so it was pretty cold. I was there in late January.

Woman behind the counter unbelievably rude and told me there was a waiting room around the corner while I was looking at what was on the menu ... Had to ask her to wipe the table which she did begrudgingly . I then took some paper towels to wipe the filthy seat and she told me not to help myself. Dirty.. Poor . Rude.. Promptly took my bags and went to Starbucks .
