McDonald's in Wolverhampton

After paying £17 for two burgers and chips for it to get here cold to have to warm up is shocking

bag with food was opened and was missing a burger, other food packages had been opened

I ordered it around 4:20pm for my son, about 5:15pm I checked and it was still saying 40 minutes to be delivered (they hadn't even begun the order), the time eventually started to come down as it moved to being prepared. If it was only for myself I would've just cancelled and ordered somewhere else

No sauces again but everything else was fine

Didn’t have no sauces or drinks

I had to go and collect it after an hour of waiting. Absolutely pathetic service

Well everything was ok apart from 2 drinks didn’t order we orders ice later and got a oasis pop small one and big one four some reason and a big coke missing also

I want a refund the chips were cold and stale and I didn’t even get a straw for my drink.

Came in this evening and was served by ‘Meera’ and I must say she had absolutely amazing customer service🙏🏽 a credit to the establishment truly!

I am very disappointed as my son was in absolute tears as he didnt recieve his happy meal at all and this unfortunately is not the first time we have had items missing off our order this is the 3rd time now wont be ordering from here again

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever set foot in. Last two times I’ve been here there have been teenagers taking up multiple tables, swearing, shouting, play fighting, trying to be intimidating to other people — myself included and I was there with my 2 children. One idiot stood behind me saying he was going to smack someone around the head with a tray whilst looking in my direction. Took far too long for these morons to be kicked out. Wouldn’t recommend taking your children here.

I ordered my food at 4.50 but it wasnt delivered until 5.15. Also the fries were covered in to much salt plus it was almost cold

It happens all the time with mcdelivery i always have a missing item. Surely it's not difficult to read an order and pack it correctly. Very bad service here.

Very slow in getting the food out. And you have to check the order there and then, multiple times I had things missing. It is always packed though, so maybe it's the rush.

the pancakes where hard on the end. ordered fanta orange and got sprite. the breakfast brown sauce bap was swimming with brown sauce. not very happy with the service today

called in asking whether they were open 24hr to eat in, was greeted over the phone with attitude such as “yes mate” and “ok bye” when they ended the phone. chose to eat in and food came in a bag, i suppose it was a manager who bought it over who had no manners what so ever and sounded purely disrespectful

Food was good but customer service was really poor. Person in the drive through was just sat there because we shocked her by saying hello. No thank you or go to the next window or is your order correct. Not asking for much but a bit of general manners, the basics would be nice instead of a lack of enthusiasm.

food was 30min late. delivery driver went else where on the map, said had car trouble, also ood arrived opened seal was broken and drinks leaking out.

I asked twice for fries as they were stale and hard again came back with the same stale batch just larger lol. Staff just lazy can’t seem to be bothered but McDonald’s just hire anyone these days.

We asked for fresh fries the second time around and basically gave us the same stale tripe as before…we pay for your increased prices at least cook “fresh” fries!
