McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Always disappointed with this McDonalds. Service is slow, staff are rude, there is no such thing as customer service. The food is rarely presentable and often cold. Hadn't been in here for a while but thought would try again, but definitely won't be going again.

Great service today at breakfast. My wife who can't drink caffeine so opted for a milkshake instead was told the machine wasn't on so ordered a orange juice but when our order was brought to our table by Sarah she had taken the time get the machine on and working and brought the milkshake. Sarah was also very polite pleasant and helpful which always goes a long way.

Very busy all the time, needs more spaces for the drive thru queues but good food as always

Very slow service, and getting orders wrong. Toilets are messy. Parking is very confusing here.

Food prepared rapidly Size of mayo chicken are smaller Sized now place was clean price was okay also

Service was quick and good for a McDonalds. Also, I had a problem with redeeming an item from the monopoly. However, the staff were friendly and quickly sorted the problem out. Would consider revisiting this location.

he drove to the wrong place and phoned and was arguing saying he was here and he was far from me, he then was ending calls and my partner went to drive to him and then he wasn’t there where he said he was then randomly turned up and food was absolutely freezing. Driver was absolutely rude and disrespectful

The whole order was cold and unable to eat, checked order with the driver, who instructed me to contact the store about the order, tracked order there is no way a order will be warm after 20 minutes late

Absolutely appalling service from just eat today. Had to collect ourselves as no way to contact if driver doesnt show up at resturant but says they are onway. Really sad as out of pocket and unhappy children. 2 1/2 hours late

Absolutely disgusting service today! , orders my kids food at 16:53pm and the delivery time kept getting pushed back eventually it dident get on the road till 18:00 , over 1 hour , i tried calling up and speaking to the restaurant and they out the phone down on me, straight after that for a futher 4 times i tried to call the restaurant it rang a couple of time and then kept getting declined, never would i have expected this service ever , would love to know who it was , soon tell them home truth

All of the food is stone cold !! It was delivered by someone on a pedal bike so no wonder. I am not happy with paying for anything other than the milkshakes !!!!!! Rubbish

Ordered a chicken share box but sent a cheese share box. Receipt from McDonald’s has booked out as a mozzarella share box.

The fries were cold and the Big Mac to and to much sauce on it had to throw the fries away which is not good

I recently went through the drive-thru and ordered two Big Mac meals, one specifically without sauce. When we got home, I was extremely disappointed to find that while one burger had no sauce as requested, the other one only had two meat patties and a single bun – no toppings, no sauce, nothing else inside. My son’s reaction was heartbreaking, and it really ruined the meal for us. Additionally, the service was subpar. The staff member at the payment window wasn’t even there when I arrived, and I was asked to circle around again just to pay. Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience, with unprofessional and disorganized service. I expect much better and hope this issue is addressed.

My chips was dry like they was cooked hours ago n that was cold n my burger was cold

Fries tasted strange as did the chicken nuggets despite the bbq dip Not sure if “new fat” had been used? Or equipment cleaned just a strange taste to the food. The nuggets & fries were warm though. Apologies for the vagueness just an unusual taste.
