The two drinks I ordered was not secured and leaked all over the couriers bag. The food was cold. poor service from this branch of McDonald's.

Was a quick delivery, the food was great, and the mixed berry muffin was a real treat.

Feed the family deal/sharebox - as expected, and the chicken tenders was nice and crispy.

Staff here are incredibly polite and courteous, really lovely to their elderly customers as I've seen first hand. Food was good too can't fault this mcdonalds, food and the customer service overall was also top tier 10/10.

No dips or straws in my uber eats order again!! Seems to happen all the time. Phoned the restaurant and was basically told it doesn't matter because I didn't pay anything for the dips anyway even though my reciept clearly states I paid 10p per dip. Seems like putting dips and straws into a bag is a difficult task.

I am very upset and cross about this order. It was a large order for the family costing over £50. We waited over an hour. When it arrived most of it was inedible. The fries were stone cold. Half the order was missing including a whole Happy Meal which is not easy to explain to a child. I have no idea how you can miss things off an order when you read it off a piece of paper. It happens so often.

I made my order about 12:40pm received it about 1:50pm. The food arrived cold, it is like they started preparing food before the courier arrived, and it was left on the side until it was collected. Very disappointed.

All food was cold i had 2 reheat which made it harder than already was. brown sauce horrible and totally drowned the wrap,, had to throw away. coffee tasted burnt. worst meal ive ever had from there.

The new drive thru is something else to navigate, if you manage that you get often menus that are outdated and items not in stock, followed by a wait in the park up sometimes for orders as complex as coffee. Fast food it is not. Update. 19/01/25 3 times recently I have been in for vanilla milkshakes, only to be told after surviving the gridlocked queues moving at a glacial pace, to be told they don't have them. So today ordered an americano and a cappuccino. I don't know what the cappuccino was, it bore no resemblance and looked like grey coffee, tepid and unpleasant. Won't be returning as that location is a consistent disappointment.
