RS King Pizza & Kebab in Wolverhampton

I was so looking forward to a pizza, always known as Romeo but with changing hands ordered 4 large pizzas for friends and family, only to be told about 45 mins later, my order was cancelled… this was around 7pm… well disappointed. Considering they really ain’t far from us..!!

Ordered romeo special and got delivered tottaly different order, excuse was that they not making that offer any more and on just eat its still show available.. and thats not even all.. food wasn't delicious at all..

Ordered on Deliveroo never showed up and they said it arrived won’t be ordering it again shameful.

I wish I could rate this a zero! The most awful pizza I have ever tasted. Ordered Mexican and got chicken and red pepper with burnt cheese. Waited over an hour for delivery and never received the drinks we ordered. Stay well clear, if you want my opinion!!

Got our order few minutes ago. 3 piece of chicken was still with blood inside, kebab and wrap was smells like fish because it was cooking in same sunflower oil. Ordered 2 pizzas and a child's meal. All meals lukewarm. Paid for extras on the pizzas - nothing added when arrived. Childs meal ordered as sausage and came as nuggets!! Not sure how u can get it so wrong!!!! Not good at all!!

Never buy food from here, ordered food, waiting nearly 3 hours. Food came cold pizzas hardly have any topping and chips were dry and burnt. Do not waste your money on such cheap food. Never again don't make the same mistake as me

Food turned up almost an hour late. This was a £6 meal, large chicken kebab meat and chips........ I fail to see where the large part is

The meat for kebab was red and the same meat was also in the pizza omg how it's possible (i payed extra 10 pounds for topics )very spicy ..that means that the meat was alterated ...Don't even think to buy from here! 30 pounds straight to the bin...

Food from these is absolutely disgusting ordered a pizza for collection and the pizza base tasted of mold and the state of the building I'm suprised how the council let them trade from there

Absolutely by far the most disgusting pizza iv ever had. Will never eat here again food was cold and pizza was hard. Obviously you can’t cook don’t rob people of there money by delivering products which are inedible. Open a business which don’t involve such poor services as I have received.

Have not ordered and will not order. How do you think it is acceptable to deliver leaflets into people's homes at 2215? Was there any point in triggering CCTV, security lights and disturbing people at that hour? I thought someone was trying to break in. Shame on you for impacting mental health, causing anxiety and compromising well-being by being inconsiderate. Would give no stars.

Gave me the wrong order, then still charged me

All my foods was cold 🥶, Also, all foods taste wasn't good 😕 I am very disappointed with them so I want to get refund or free charge for next time.

Ordered from here tonight, I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes and when it did come the coleslaw looks off, the pizza didn't taste like BBQ and we ordered grilled BBQ chicken but got plain chicken. Never ordering from here again.

Really bad customer service and spoken to manager and still waiting for food to be delivered 2 hours later, will not be ordering from these waste of space people again in my lifetime and all they care about is money and profits and not their customers.

I would give this Pizza place 0 if they had the option, very disappointed they get very stingy with the toppings. They need to learn how to cook pizza with perfection and service is disgraceful. The workers there are very rude and shop needs renovating deadest munch pattern up.

Disgusting, dripping in grease the pepperoni special had hardly any pepperoni on it. Just tasted of pure grease. Worse pizza I've ever ordered.

Terrible dirty shop no manners just a no no. Pizza flimsy with no more than a spoon full of toppings avoid.... Just pick up your delivery wouldn't order again.

In terms of happiness, this takeaway has given me a massive food high everytime my hubby brings it home. Cannot fault it in any way the food is INCREDIBLE!! By far the best chicken and pizza around. ***10/10***

Staff are ok , and friendly, pizzas are goog quality, but shop needs a lic of paint.

First time i ordered pizza, it took just under an hour to arrive, the pizza toppings were incorrect and the extra portion of side I had ordered had been missed. I didn’t complain as the pizza was quite nice. Despite my initial experience I decided to order for a second time and give the takeaway another chance. I explained my initial experience to the call handler and he kindly offered to send me sides they had missed on the first order. Confirmed the charge of £20.20. I then asked to make a card payment and had an invoice of £21.20, which I didn’t mind paying, as they had offered to reimburse me for the missed side order on my first order. I waited patiently for over an hour until I called to ask why my order had not arrived, I was told it would be another 10 minutes as I am outside the area (I have checked google and I am 0.7 miles away) 25 minutes later my order arrived. Me and my family finally received our long awaited pizza! Only to hear another knock on the door from the driver to demand a payment as I hadn’t paid, at this point I explained I should receive a full refund for the service I have received, only to be told there would be “no chance of that, you won’t get your money back” Needless to say I called the takeaway and asked to speak to a manager, no manager available. Overall atrocious service, I will not be ordering from here again. Moreover, I would rather stick to Dominos, or any other takeaway for that matter, far superior service.

A friend told me about this takeaway. The service was as great as the food. I highly recommend this takeaway. Top quality food and efficient service.

I would give this 0 stars if I could because first of all they gave me the food 3 hours after I ordered, when they said it would only take 45 minutes to an hour, then they gave me the wrong order. What a shame!

I was on a Night out with the wife come across this shop for the first time and I was very impressed can’t lie the pizzas are absolutely you marvellous, kind staff and clean environment would highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for some quality food.

just ordered a meat feast and a mexicano pizza very fast delivery and the pizzas were fresh and tasty highly recommend this place.

I had a pizza from there last night and it took about 1hr and 30 cuz they done the order wrong and I hate it all and this morning me and my sister couldn't stop being sick and weve hot diarrhoea cuz of this place never eating there again there rude and they gave us food poisoning and I've been sick about 15 times since this morning...

Good food for a cheap price....

Never ordering ever again, used to order from here not long ago regularly, to start with ordered 2 pizzas arrived late and one didn't taste write, also when we phoned the owner to ask where our food was after the food app saying it has been out for delivery fro half an hour, he was rude and wasn't very helpful at all, then to top it all off my girlfriend ended up with food poisoning.

over charged me and didnt realise until i got home...

accepted my order via just eat then cancel it 20 minutes later which we didnt find out until the delivery was late due to them ''being too busy'' and was rude on the phone'.

Sent wrong order and when phoned to ask to fix it received disgusting customer service.
