Best kfc I’ve had in ages and it was the late evening too. Tasted really fresh and I ordered 2 cookies but they were really generous and gave me 5!! Everything was hot and the drinks were ice cold

Ordered a KFC Gravy Bucket, surely the name says it all? Not at this restaurant. Ordered at the drive through, arrived home, to find... NO GRAVY!! Chicken appeared cooked, but not very warm.

Fries are always cold, always missing order on takeaway, not very good place

Better since refurb and unlike McDonald's the layout is better outside meaning delivery drivers and customers have enough parking and own areas. The food is always good from here and order complete, so no need to check all the time.

I had lunch with my daughter today and the service was excellent. One of the staff members was incredibly helpful, he assisted me with ordering on the self-service screen when my app wasn’t working for the discount. He went out of his way to sort it out for me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a pleasant experience overall. Thank you!

Women on the window is incompetent, made 2 separate orders and charged me for the wrong meal. Also asked for receipts and gave me the wrong one.

Food was dry. Signature chips aren't so signature when they are cold and stale. KFC is only good when food is cooked fresh. When it's dry you can tell it's been sitting there for a while. Certainly not worth the £25 British pounds eating dry food. KFC is supposed to be juicy. Very disappointed.

Been there today about 10ish ordered some chicken bits and wings. They didnt put the wings in order but ive paid for it. Went home then checked no wings was there. I rang restaurant about this and they said we apologize you have to come back and i will give something extra with it, what a bullshit. Will never go there again.

KFC is sooooooooooooo good.The meat is absolutely delicious the fries are perfectly seasoned and don't get me started on the gravy because mm mm mmmmm.

Was not HAPPY with my order, I ordered a bucket meal with 6 peice chicken, the girl on intercom wasnt very good at speaking English, when we got home it was not what I had ordered, it was a few mini fillets, 4 lots chips, 1 gravy 1 coleslaw, large bottle coke and was charged nearly 20 pound just for that, so as you can see I'm not HAPPY AT ALL, and the food was not very nice either, so wont be going there again, it was the drive through just off pen road

Very rushed Staff have not got very good customer service Had an issue with my daughter being ill while there and the lady told us to remove ourself from the facility as she did not want us there with an ill child, my daughter was only 3 at the time and teething

I've been coming here for years since I was a kid and it has just gone down hill. Poor service, the manager does not want to see you personally when you have a complaint about being charged the wrong amount. A shame. I'll stick to Dixy chicken.

A good clean KFC with food that was quickly served, looked good, hot, and tasted great. Plenty of seating and nice, clean, well decorated and nicely lit inside. Not much atmosphere as there were only a few people, but you wouldn't really expect a buzzing vibe anyhow.

I went to the Penn Road k.f.c and the food was absolutely disgusting.The chicken was drenching in oil and I couldn't eat it.Never again.

Lady at drive thru kept saying she couldn’t hear us and told us to drive up to the window, once we were at the window she refused to open it and we had to go in the store to place our order. Inside the experience was about average (restaurant could’ve been cleaner).

Guy called Ravi works in the kitchen absolutely slow as a tortoise, also texts on his phone while at work so unprofessional. Went to order and he looked at me and stuck his finger up, disgusted. I agree with Indy. These guys so stupid never put ketchup in after paying for it , shocking Absolute bullocks Terrible KFC lied to me that my sauce was in the bag, checked not there. Put empty bag in with no sauce no shame. Hi ordered plain ice cream with bits specially stated no areo but gave me areo after repeating no 3 times, poor staff listening skills need to improve

It's a shame you're forced to use the screens and arw not able to order at the til. Not everyone is ok with technology and who really wants to be touching screens that everyone's been touching it 😐 Smallest bag of fries ever!

Charge you for box meals but really its a "bag meal" as never get a box. Customer service could do with some improvement. Maybe a smile or similar, they just seem very robotic

Always choose this particular KFC staff are always so amazing, good availability and yummy tasty hot food. Tonight I accidentally ordered my partner the wrong meal and didn't realised til we got to the last window the lovely young lad swapped it for me. I can't tell u how much that meant, thankyou for going above and beyond we will most definitely be recommending and returning in the future. Thankyou once again. 😁 X

I’ve ordered via Uber Eats at this KFC three times, and each time the delivery is increasingly inaccurate. This time, I ordered a colonels bucket and a fillet burger. I received some cookies and a wrap. When I drove to return this to KFC, I was told, “it’s fine, we’ll replace it”. NO! It isn’t fine, it’s a waste of food, time, money and energy. Do NOT bother with this poor excuse for a food outlet. #KentucyFriedCringe #FingerLickinCrud

Very slow service ordered on the app and paid, they tried to charge me twice

I have just been on my way home from work. What a mistake I had three pieces of chicken that were slimy and lukewarm, and in my opinion undercooked. I got my partner a fillet tower burger meal. The bottom of the bun was rockhard and again it was lukewarm. I wished I'd have read the ratings and reviews first. Oh well we live and learn.

KFC seems to be coming a rip of. With the average price of £9 for a meal. It wouldn't be so bad if the meals were of good quality and size. Unfortunately are meal from this store was awful. Not to mention, the mens toilets had more wee on the floors than in the actual toilets. Parking is a nightmare. Parked up to walk in, and I had to walk through the drive-through to get to the front of the store.. ( not safe at all )

I just ordered a 6 pc family feast. With beans and coleslaw and 1.5ltr bottle of pepsi. Delivered hot wings and a can of pepsi. I'm allergic to spices. I've tried to get a refund of my 23.97. However no response. I've tried phoning with no answer. I'm absolutely disgusted.

the staff here are not capable of getting a simple order correct, cold manky fries, missing chicken and wrong drink are a regular occurrence. probably the worst branch I have ever been to

Did the drive through while it was quite busy. Either they don't listen or chuck anything jn the bags but our order was all over the shop missing items. It's tricky checking what's thrust through the window in a dark car. As a treat, it was a big disappointment.

This is the third and final time i will ever use this kfc franchise again. Once again food items were missing. My fault for not checking thinking the staff competent at their jobs. I mean how hard is it to pack a bag with an order looking off a screen right in-front of you??? The drinks are ridiculously packed with ice, i can only guess to minimise costs. I would thoroughly discourage anyone to get food from this particular “restaurant”.

Had a takeaway from here for the family, food was as expected for KFC, nothing outstanding. Took a while to be served at the till as all staff seemed busy, have to use the till as can't really customise my order or get the best deals using the tablets to order and with a big family those deals can make or break it for me. Same with a lot of the Fast Food restaurants nowadays, delivery orders seem to take presidence over in store customers... But that's a gripe I have with a lot of takeaways.

Placed an order through just eat at 17.40 I waited for 1 hour I rang kfc who said to cancel order, no phone call or anything they have my number told me they have order so I cancelled it, don't rely on these lot to help you, take your custom elsewhere, don't use just eat they don't help customers either avoid avoid avoid

Ordered food on their app, was meant to have 8 fillet bucket for free and they have only sent out the food that I've paid for. Ive only decided to order due to the offer that they have not delivered. APP doesn't let you to say whether you had something missing or not ... And ofcourse the food had been delivered cold. Avoid this place if possible! Terrible service!!
