McDonald's in Preston

Disgusting. They gave me moldy food and then tried to claim it came from the wrapping. The egg was moldy. The wrapping doesn't even touch it. There was clearly stuff growing off it and within. The girl that refunded me was playing with a colleagues hair whilst I was sat down eating also. Would give 0 if I could.

I went with my son to buy a meal for him and I noticed that the fries were only half full. I asked for a top up and he came back with even less than before. I told him and he replied I work here and thats all you are getting. He then go's on to say that all you people are the same. He was referring to me being asian. I thought it is better I get out of here before I do something I will regret afterwards. This he did in front of my 4 year old son. Definetly will not go into this branch anymore. Deepdale retail park.

Was busy but all empty tables were dirty with food and droppings even food on chairs. Not a good experience.

Everytime I come to this place with my granddaughter there is one young girl who looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp. I've made a complaint - but it seemes as though the staff manager thought it was funny? And I doubt she rdwill get told to change her attitude. I've heard many complaints about her... You'd think she would aat least put a smile on her face.

Called in for a brew one morning and was in and out in no time, very present staff, clean and tidy place.

Popped in for a milkshake. Nice, clean place. Well positioned in the centre to get a snack on the way in, or out of town
