Once again, I didn't get what I ordered. Although some of the staff are trying hard, some are also unfriendly and stupid.

Very crowded, very loud and yet friendly staff. Good service and the right food. All in all good. Unfortunately the toilets could be expanded, there was no knob to close them and it could be cleaner.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The food was cold, but since we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes, we ate it cold. There was also a burger missing, which I received upon request. An employee stood at the counter and said loudly "Why are people coming now?!" in a very annoyed tone. Other customers also had things missing from their order. It was our last visit to this branch today.

The service has been good again for a long time and the food is fresh and warm. Therefore generally from three to four stars August 2nd, 2024. (All reference: We waited a long time for our food and two portions of fries were already cold. The hot chocolate dessert was also cold.

This McDonalds is a complete disaster. I go there more often because there is relatively little “fast food” in the area. The word “almost” definitely doesn’t apply here. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you come. Mon-Fri. 11:00 a.m. before the outlet rush or on weekends at 3:00 a.m. you have to wait at least 12 minutes in both the restaurant and the drive. Wait. I mean, we're talking about the BERLIN outlet center and McDonald's can't manage to have 20 nuggets ready half an hour before the big rush? I find that very difficult to explain, especially in an empty restaurant. Once you've made it through the waiting time: BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER! The last two times something was always missing. If you have to go to Berlin anyway, you should go to the McDonalds on Heerstrasse. Everything is much better there.

Ordered and paid for 2 coffees with sugar at the terminal for consumption in the branch. The branch was poorly attended, there was a 15 minute wait until the coffee was served in paper cups with added coffee cream but no sugar.

The food gets worse every time. Every time something is missing or was prepared incorrectly (today we had to complain about an iced coffee twice and ultimately had it returned) The ketchup was sour (gone bad), as was the BigMac sauce. It all takes forever. Toilets dirty. Hardly any German is spoken. That was my last time here.

It's been a long time since I've really had an appetite for burgers and fries. Unfortunately nothing came of it, I asked for the first time after twenty minutes and no response. After thirty minutes I had enough and asked for my money back. A portion of fries and a Mc Chicken was apparently too much. I don't need that again and I can't recommend it either.

The absolute most disgusting McDonald's I have ever visited. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, you couldn't even go in, no paper, everything was full of urine and the associated smell was unbearable. After complaining, 30 minutes later still no change.

Everything is bad here! Half of the order was forgotten on the tray, it was pointed out that the missing food was simply thrown on the tray. The tables were all dirty, although one person ran around to replace the tray carts but didn't come to clean the tables. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. Better not again.

We thought we'd better go here to find an air-conditioned McDonald's, since the outside temperature today is 34 degrees. When we got inside, we were so sweaty that even the menu, which wasn't particularly good, tasted so good. The people who work there were totally listless and not exactly friendly, especially since something was missing from our order. There was also no trace of the cleanliness in the store. Even our two children received many of our impressions. For the prices that McDonalds charges, you expect air-conditioned rooms, friendliness and cleanliness. We definitely cannot recommend this store. Luckily there are other McDonalds. But as already mentioned, you should turn on the air conditioning in hot temperatures and not save money at the wrong end, after all, you don't want to enjoy fast food when the room temperature feels like 45 degrees.

Money is often withheld or with a cash register and there is often an excuse despite the phone call that they have checked everything but if the system doesn't work then you should close it but the rest will be clarified later with the police, they will see

The worst store we have ever visited. Nothing works here...Sprite tastes like dishwashing liquid...there's never paper in burgers and shakes...

Because of the proximity, I go there from time to time and I have to say that's the only reason, no matter what time you visit this place, the employees seem overwhelmed, and some of the burgers look like you've taken your frustration out on them. I have never experienced driving into this McDrive and being able to order without waiting 7-10 minutes for the order to be accepted. The space looks like any other branch and makes a sufficient impression in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. It would be desirable if the branch management would also read the reviews and work on the existing problems as part of employee training. After all, it works in other branches too.

Getting the wrong food. Unfortunately, we were already on the highway when we noticed this. Paid mayonnaise and didn't get it. Ordered burger without onions with bacon. Came with onions and no bacon. It was traumatic, only 3 employees, stuck in the McDrive for 40 minutes, then we all drove out backwards. Then got hired again inside because we had already been paid and then had to wait another 20 minutes. Never go there on the “Sugar Festival” or you’ll be lost.

Worst McDonald's I've experienced, staff super unfriendly, the paying customer is no longer worth anything... no good day or please or anything else, the entire restaurant is dirty and I'd rather not even mention the toilets... apparently only people work here non-German speakers who talk very loudly and almost constantly in their national language instead of working, e.g. cleaning. There used to be meat on a burger, but now it just resembles a slice of sausage. Gladly with the time, in the hope that this might one day reach a managerial position and be acted upon. 06/08/24 / 11:25 p.m.... I was previously wondering why it was so empty here, now I understand it and should have read the reviews earlier. Conclusion...never this branch again!!!

Previously it was just an option that was used as an exception. But for some time now, McDonalds has simply been the last snot you can do to yourself and your genetic makeup.

I don't know why, but nowhere else does it taste as delicious as here!! My little one loves the fries and burgers only here.

Food was as usual at MCDONALD'S. Toilets were totally slippery and dirty. Food preparation took over 20 minutes for 3 simple hamburgers/cheeseburgers and 1x chicken nuggets, even though there wasn't much going on. This works better elsewhere.

The food is great and there is something for everyone. Only the parking isn't great. Staff not particularly friendly and very long waiting time until the food is ready. Therefore with good will 4 stars

McD Wustermark - Extreme waiting times (25 minutes), pick-up display doesn't work so the employees have to shout the numbers into the restaurant, no straws (great if you want to share the drink), ice cream was ready to drink (melted), curly fries only small chunks and totally over-seasoned. There is a reason why McD is only an absolute emergency solution for me.

My children invited me to McDonalds as a Mother's Day present because I like the glass campaign so much. The food was good, unfortunately there were no more glasses, which was very disappointing.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty and the tray return wasn't emptied for over an hour so all the rubbish was put on the surrounding tables. We had to wait what felt like an eternity for our order...

Actually, it's always fine for night-time visits, but when we ordered iced tea, it was obviously diluted with water to such an extent that the iced tea was almost impossible to taste. Not so great :)

Green (moldy) curly fries were served, and the employee said it was “normal” that they were green. Never again....

Ordered MC Sundae and received only HALF the ice cream portion compared to other MC branches. Staff informed me that this was the regular portion size. For that price I won't order ice cream here again.

Before our trip we wanted to grab something from McDonald's breakfast as we hadn't had breakfast yet. According to the website, breakfast times are until 11 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. We were there after 10 and we were told that this was not true and that it was Friday and therefore breakfast would only be available until 10. Apparently Good Friday is not known as a public holiday there. Then they left again.

Very nice staff. Had a cold burger. The employee wanted to bring a new warm one, but then he forgot it. As an apology there were 2 Hamburg for free. And later a toy from the HappyMeal for the child. Super Service. I've had much worse experiences at McDonald's.

Been here again for a long time. I was very surprised that there are still nice service staff at McDonald's. Some other McDonald's restaurants should learn a lesson or go to training.

Ordered at the counter , took about 20 minutes to get our food even though the place was empty and about 4 cars waiting in drive thru, fries ok, burger terrible, must have been a burger cut with a razor blade and then served two paper thin slices of it ( which were cold) and probably cooked about an hour earlier as dry as a bone. Total waste of money, rarely use McDonalds and this experience confirmed why, never again !!

New drive-thru experience, unfortunately the order wasn't complete and you rely on it because you want to move on. Whether you order inside or in the drive thru, always double check your order otherwise it becomes unnecessarily expensive

Update: Dre****loch... hunger again and another 30 minute wait. There are still 7 vehicles in front of me, there is no going back or forward... THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FAST FOOD! DR****SLADEN! This is the last time here.. even if the hunger is annoying... I'd rather drive on the highway for 4 hours and starve instead of spending my money and time here.. Update: I'm hungry and have a long drive... I've been in the drive-thru for 35 minutes... Dad isn't fast food... more like slow food! I think McDonald's is rubbish! Is, was and remains so. Horrible toilets, long waits for food even though there wasn't much going on, and then half of it was missing.

The staff does not know their duties, placed an order in a machine (take away), the order was given out on a tray, sauce was ordered, upon arrival it was not found, there were 0 napkins, in the hamburger the cabbage was in the Crate scattered, they didn't even get a stand for the three Coca-Colas they ordered, the most terrible McDonald's within a 100 km radius

Orders at the counter will not be accepted. The order terminals were partly defective. The toilets were not cleaned even after multiple visits and the soap dispenser was empty on each visit. There is definitely still room for improvement here. Addition: At the latest, when all guests without exception are sitting in the restaurant wearing jackets and some scarves, you have to realize that it's simply no longer possible without heating.

I ordered additional sauce for a burger and of course I paid for it. When I got home I saw that there was no sauce on it at all. Now you not only have to check the contents for the correct number, but you also have to open and check the burgers.

My partner and I ordered online via the McDonald’s app tonight and were severely disappointed with what we were given. We ordered a Big Mac meal. a Big Tasty meal and a Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap (for another household member). We received the Big Tasty, the Sweet Chilli Chicken wrap, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks. The Big Mac had not been sent. We then decided to call the restaurant to enquire as to why our Big Mac had not been sent, and the person on the other line was in no way whatsoever apologetic. He told my partner - and I quote - “Well I bagged that order and I can tell you for a fact the Big Mac was in there”. Disgustingly cocky attitude from somebody who has made a mistake. The bags were still sealed upon arrival so there is no way the Big Mac was removed during delivery. The cherry on top is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. In the past my partner has ordered a Chicken Big Mac meal and the Big Mac had also been forgotten. Such a simple job and yet so many mistakes coming from the same restaurant. Staff are evidently cocky and careless. By far the worst McDonald’s restaurant in Manchester. Will not be ordering from there again and if you wish to avoid disappointment I recommend trying a different McDonald’s restaurant.

We were there with our son. He cannot tolerate gluten. For this reason we had a gluten-free packaged burger with us. We ordered with the request that we use the shrink-wrapped gluten-free burger we had brought with us to make the Chessburger. The answer was no. So much for the inclusion of food allergies at McDonald's.

Visited the toilets and was shocked at what abnormal hygiene there is here. I won't buy anything to eat here. The kitchen probably doesn't look any better. 🤢🤮

Mittwoch, DFB-Pokalspiel in Berlin. Besucherandrang eigentlich nicht unerwartet. 45 Minuten bei MCDrive gewartet und es waren gerade einmal vier Pkw vor uns. Klar, die personelle Situation - zu dritt - war schwierig. Allerdings ist das planbar und was gar nicht geht, ist der süffisante Umgang des Personals mit den wartenden Kunden. Ganz unangenehmes Auftreten. Eismaschine war auch mal wieder defekt.
