McDonald's in Manchester

So far, there's nothing to complain about. It's just the usual evening business. The charging points are great. Not great: Some of them are blocked by combustion engines, and when you point it out, they get rude. Perhaps the restaurant should point this out. But it's like with disabled parking spaces.

Yesterday I had a half-eaten nugget in my 20 nuggets box...absolutely disgusting! And waited 25 minutes at Mc Drive for it! Disgusting and not recommended!!

The boss needs to be changed!!!! 1. Food more or less lukewarm to cold and no ear for the customer. Goes and runs away. At least the other employees give good alternatives. 2. Tables not clean, toilets lack soap and towels, but at least there was toilet paper. That's why I took food with me and ate it in the car. Worst McDonald's so far.

As always, very bad parking 🅿️ situation. Long waiting times and very greasy floors, especially in the area in front of the goods issue. Employees who had a free shift hang around at the serving counter and keep those on duty from work and also stroll into the kitchen area to grab their food and then block tables. Joy of service and dedication to customers looked better in Germany... My worst experience at McDonald's in recent years, even though the outlet center closed on May 1st and the entire area was less frequented than normal.

McDonald's. Most of the employees understand you very poorly, the terminals often don't work at all and with a lot of luck you get what you ordered. For the price it's no longer tolerable.

This place is a joke. The service is absolutely disgusting. We asked a staff member to clean the filthy table — instead of doing his job, he threw some dry napkins at us and said, “Clean it yourself.” I went to the counter and asked for wet wipes — they told me someone would come clean it. Guess what? The same guy came back, handed me a disgusting, smelly rag and said, “Here, clean it.” Seriously? This is McDonald’s, not some run-down gas station. Zero hygiene, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. If this is how you treat people, you shouldn’t be in business. Absolute disgrace. Never coming back, and I’ll make sure others know what to expect from this dump.

Very dirty toilets. No soap, no wipes. It's best to lock the toilets right away next time so that visitors don't even see them. No clean table found. Every table was dirty.

We were there twice on our return trip within 3 days. The tables are dirty, the toilet seats are loose and crooked. The order took longer to process than we are used to. The first time there were a lot of customers in the checkout area and the dining room as a whole was very full. Things seemed to be going well at the drive-in. We waited more than half an hour for our "fast food"...but everything was hot. On the return journey the dining room was almost empty, but our request to wipe the table was rejected as "too much work". Providing napkins for wiping yourself was quick enough. That day too, the order took longer than usual and after we had our food, the queue at the drive in got longer and longer, all the way to the entrance to the restaurant and longer. Here the processes of a quick-starter don't work at all.

Ate here while passing through. We've never seen such a dirty place. Tables were dirty even though the staff had nothing to do, toilets were disgusting, the floor in the whole place was sticky.

Food completely cold, didn't even try the rest after 2-3 fries. When I felt them, the burgers were already ice cold. Complaints are not possible because the staff does not speak our national language. Very poor service and not to mention the quality...

Well, you don't notice much of the service anymore. You order on the computer and then wait somewhere, usually an Indian comes and gives you the order. Unfortunately, most of the food has been cold lately.

It wasn't that crowded and they found a space in the weird parking lot. The food was ok, although the waiting time didn't have much to do with being fast, unfortunately. We probably sat and waited for around 15 minutes.

Yes, we ate a little something here after Karl's and it was ok so far. The burgers were quite cold, but the taste was ok and good. It took quite a long time and we couldn't move forward as quickly as planned.

Food poisoning from the Spicy Nuggets yesterday. I've been throwing up on it ever since. Place was pretty dirty. Not a single one of the high chairs for babies was clean. The toilets…urgh. Was a mistake. Never again.

Mobile order and eaten on site. Waiting at the counter...waiting at the coffee counter. Lady makes mistakes, mixes up the drinks and insults the guest. What can he do about it? The breakfast was otherwise good as always. All of this today without much friendliness. Goes better.

I came with one baby and one toddler trying to order and forgot about ordering mayo. I tried to explain the situation to them even tried to pay but they made me wait on the line for 10 mins for a mayo. Incredibly bad attitude, and I have been shouted by the manager to wait on the line. I hope this is being read by the officials.

Overall, an unclean, dubious restaurant that lacks seriousness and commitment.

Unfortunately the Latte Machiato was just hot coffee with milk. Sad with the good machines the MC. Donald's has?! The young man at the counter was unfortunately arrogant and too casual! Maybe a training course on the topic of “service” will help with the migration background!!!

Worst McDonald's ever! Ordered 2 fileto fish, was a complete disappointment. It couldn't be more loveless, not even a whole slice of cheese :/ Plus it completely fell apart!

Worst McDonald's ever. And the bar is extremely low. Burgers and fries are getting worse, but what we experienced on Wednesday evening is more than that. We drove to MCDrive. I'm used to waiting longer here at MCDONALD'S. There is usually always an announcement “just a moment” and then the seller gets in touch after 5-10 minutes. This time we're getting to the ordering part. Nobody answered. After 15 minutes we went to the first window because no one answered. Nobody at the first window. After another five minutes, still no one there. So go to the second window to find out whether you could at least order there after waiting 20 minutes. There was a lady there in lively conversation with a gentleman who was standing in the hygiene area wearing joggers (private clothes) and fidgeting around. For me it's a scary sight when it comes to food monitoring. The lady inside just didn't respond to me. My questions and calls even though she looked at me. When, after another five minutes of chatting, she went out with the jogger to bring her food to another waiting car, I asked her politely if I could also order from her because no one had answered the front for 15 minutes and I had been waiting for a while . Statement from her in a harsh, barking manner: the colleague said they should wait and if it took 30 minutes...we left then because she then continued chatting with the jogger. It was extremely quiet in the restaurant and MCDrive at the time. So almost nothing going on. My colleagues now avoid the store because, in addition to the poor quality and lack of cleanliness (we always like to chat there instead of wiping dirty tables), it is, above all, the extreme lack of customer orientation. Chatting and crying about having to work comes first.

So far I have never been disappointed here. Food is always delicious, fresh and prepared quickly. Other locations can learn a lesson from this. Keep it up...

Hello there. It's that time again. McDonald's is continually getting worse. Greasy, dirty, cold.

Restaurant was pretty empty, our complaint (not enough sauce in the McSunday) was dismissed super rudely and with discriminatory language. Overall, the restaurant was pretty dirty, tables weren't cleared, the floor was very greasy and slippery.

Sanitary facilities are very dirty

Well, it's McDonald's, but the big games table for children is cool and the service is actually quite good. You've had worse experiences elsewhere. Everything is classic McDonald's, nothing exciting or special, you get what you know. Usually you go to McDonald's in Spandau, on the border with Staaken, where the service hasn't been so good lately.

The best date I've ever had here! First had a marathon together and then chilled at Mces for 12 hours.

If you enter a restaurant and your shoes stick to the floor, that's not a good sign. And this continues in the toilets. And that's how the whole branch is...

Unfortunately, one star for the quality is still too much. The chicken nuggets for the child were probably okay. The fries were cold, the cheeseburgers were cold and dry. So dry that you had to drink almost 2 liters afterwards. This is the second time so bad in Elstal

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior in this facility. On the night of December 7th, 2024, as a pregnant woman, I was denied access to the toilet at 12:26 a.m., even though I wasn't coming from a party but was just passing through. This behavior is not only rude, but also inhumane and completely unacceptable! In addition, communication with the staff was a disaster. Two out of three employees barely spoke German and instead spoke to each other in Albanian, which was completely inappropriate in such a situation. I would have at least expected that I would be helped professionally and respectfully in an urgent situation. I have never experienced such disrespectful and customer-unfriendly behavior. I definitely don't recommend this place and advise everyone to avoid it!

It's really an experience to eat here. After all the bad reviews, you go in with zero expectations and still end up disappointed. It's a shame that the long-traveled one-time customers from the outlet ensure that the store can survive. We like to go to McDonald's, especially when they have coupons. But every time something is missing from the order. When you bring it up, people roll their eyes or say it's all in the bags. Then an endless discussion until all the bags were checked and lo and behold, a lot was missing. The service has really deteriorated, which is a real shame.

A complete disaster, the staff probably can't read orders, they just got home and half of them are missing. The place is dirty as hell and you literally slip out again. I have no idea how the health department keeps this (restaurant) open. Most people think that McDonald's deserves -5 stars.

Caution! Poor quality assurance! I ordered 2 McRibs and they were probably rotten! The meat tasted very strong and the sauce was quite diluted and brown instead of wine red and strong in taste. When asked the branch manager about it, he said that it was now new to prepare the sauce. I went to another branch the next day to convince myself! Everything the same! A blatant lie! The sauce is diluted with water and rotten meat is served! I didn't finish the burgers because I also felt a little sick. This will be reported! The toilets stink extremely. Tables smeared with sauce and the floor slippery from grease.

We've been to this McDonald's several times. The tables were always dirty and ordering took forever. I can't recommend it. If you happen to be driving towards Berlin, you should drive to Mcdonalds Heerstraße. It's worlds better there.

Underground! Long waiting time despite low occupancy. The toilet (at least the men's toilet) should be avoided. Smells like a highway rest area. no soap, no cloths and the dryer fan was also broken. Make improvements urgently and keep an eye on the employees.

It's not always easy, I know it's almost always full there, but it would be nice if the staff were friendlier and maybe did a German course first. Sometimes it's hard, especially on the mc drive.

Most unhygienic McDonald's we've been to. Toilets smell badly of urine, indefinable droplets (certainly urine) everywhere on the floor and bucket... at the food counter the floor is full of grease. Greasy shoe prints everywhere, crumbs and dirt in the dining area. I'm really not picky, but this McDonald's thrives on walk-in customers and not regular customers. :(

The restaurant felt like it was 15 degrees in the morning, which you can see in the employees wearing thick jackets. The employees were very nice. and motivated. Still, the coffee wasn't really hot. Order came quickly. Toilets are an imposition. The silicone joints look like they were made by a 3 year old.

I was there today with my granddaughter, of course she had to go to the toilet. I have never seen such a smelly and unclean toilet, when you want to wash your hands with soap, the container comes out of the wall, but no soap. Hygiene is zero. There seems to be an urgent need for action.

Big language barrier which makes the ordering process complicated. Rude employees who lie to you about offers that are suddenly available to other colleagues, e.g. Coca-Cola glasses. The menu is often only available with major restrictions or sometimes not at all.
