Subway in Manchester

I asked for savers sub because I wasn't hungry and I had 2 children in a pram. Now this is a hospital so I expected the staff to be nice.. or at least polite. The woman who served me was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was something less than her. That was today 18.3. at approx 16.30 I told her she didn't need to be rude to me and she very aggressively shouted sorry. This is really not good enough customer service. She spoke to me like I was nothing and made me feel very uncomfortable. This was the most unpleasant and unprofessional! I don't understand how that woman can serve anything to people in hospital who might require understanding and pleasant environment.

22nd Dec 2023 16:06 Tables filthy, rubbish scattered around floor area, staff miserable. Not allowed the opportunity to choose my own salad ingredients or sauce because I have to take the sauces for that particular selection. Definitely not a good visit on this occasion

The staffs at this subway is not at all welcoming. They are frowning all the time . No smile on their face. A look of being fedup with their work all the time. It puts me off all the time but what to do the only subway in MFT easy grab n go . Hence i visit it again and again but a bit of smile towards the customer wld really mean a lot. And please respect the food . Do not go smacking food one by one into the bread or wrap so disrespectful towards the food and customer. Somepeople loves to respect their food imagine having to see that their food is being thrown in together and served😞

Awful service! Staff are rude, impolite and unhelpful. Cheer up subway staff, you are all so unfriendly and miserable. It doesn’t hurt to be friendly and smile.

This is one of the worst subways ever...no one ever serving..waited for a long time to be served..and the atmosphere in here is like having your lunch in a cemetery....

Always have a 12 inch sub after surgery . Always welcoming.

Just an average subway. Be known that due to this being a franchise inside a hospital this store can not accept your sub cards. Staff are polite.
