THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I WAS EATING AND JUST SEE A BABY MOUSE RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.

Order from partner shop which is not listed on Google milkshakes came warm for 1 and the driver completely ignored the delivery instructions. Won't be ordering again .

Ordered from the Mega Grill and Shake portion on this restaurant. Left a note for the driver saying we were unable to leave our shop to meet him, got a phone call at around midnight saying he was at a bank up the road (not in view of the shop) and asked if we could walk down to meet him. I stated that I had left a note saying that we couldn’t and I was told “I’ll make a u-turn and see what happens”. He then proceeded to drive passed the shop and waited up the road for around 10 minutes (despite a couple of young lads showing him where we were) and again called to ask where we were and still expected us to come out and meet him, despite my colleague repeating what I had said. Will not be ordering from here again.

Tables was all dirty from yesterday service and did not bother cleaning since yesterday. That should’ve been the first and only sign not to eat from here. Since they just opened up the chicken was in the fryer so had to wait 10 mins for it to be ready which was fair enough. At least it would’ve been fresh. Order a double spicy chicken sandwich meal. Fries was okay. Standard cheap fries. The chicken sandwich was so disgusting. The batter fell off this chicken due to amount of sauce they put on there. Sauce was disgusting. I had 1 bite and threw it in the bin. The only decent item was the Pepsi max. First and last time going to this place.

108 Pallatine RoadWent in was greeted with a member of staff pointing out menus and informing us of ordering procedure. Very pleased with Covid procedures in place. Enjoyed our meal service was great very happy.
