Disgusting people send it to wrong adress and they didn't even refunded me don't order from here he said I live in flat which i don't I saw a car through the window at 2 am but didn't know it was them didn't call didn't even got out the car to atleast know is them and he drove off I called the man and he says he's going home he waited 30 minutes and demanded I lived in flats when clearly I live in a house he said he's not coming back I asked for a refund he said no brother and he hang up DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE LOADS OF TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM EITHER COLD FOOD OR TAKE THE MONEY AND NEVER GET THE FOOD 1 STAR REVIEW IS TOO MUCH HOPE IT WAS LOWER 18£ DOWN THE DRAIN

The pizza was very delicious and the Boy Asim Is very Humble person.

Honestly disgusting. I spend 15 quid on 3 pizzas . 1 was for kids 2 for me my husband and my eldest daughter. 1 st one for us was fine. Not too bad but the SECOND one was absolutely disgusting. It was a purply red sauce and it was a weird taste with a tinge of metal to it. Asked for pineapples and literally had maybe about 5 on the whole pizza.. talked to them via phone and the guy asked what's your post code? I tell him and he goes oh sorry my boss is calling me call me back later. WHAT? How is this man seriously saying that like.. I asked when should I call you back? He hung up. This is absolutely disgusting and u seriously need to get a grip no wonder yaal are empty like. Fix ur shop mate i read the reviews and they're all the same. , false advertising, bad food, rude staff. Wow what an "amazing" shop. U OBVIOUSLY paied no attention . You should be reported to the government for this. Bet from all these complaints you'd get shut down. Worst experience ever!

Abaolutely disgusting. Ordered pizza yesterday from here and when i had a slice of that pizza there was a cockroach in there which was absolutely disgusting. I took that slice to the takeaway and showed that to the guy at counter. Not got any refund for that. I believe there is no pest control. Food authority should visit this place asap. Hope this will help some people to think before buying some food from here.

Went from Bury to get some food for family today. Had food from here first time while visiting friends few months ago. Good food and good service. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend this place. Pizza's and chips are very nice. Just food to enjoy no tummy ache problems later. Been many times after this.

Bad experience....placed order on just eat..... took my money and allowed me to place the order then rang to say could not fulfill my order and would send something different .... told them NO I wanted what I had ordered..... payment still taken and NO food delivered..... £17 of NOTHING ..... absolutely shocking customer service .... very rude on the phone when I said I could not eat what was being offered.......messaged the restaurant to ask for a refund and no repsone ..... really really rude ......Will never order again and would definitely not recommend to anybody . Always quick, food tastes great, service is excellent. Even if there is an issue with an order it is sorted out which I love. I how they have more variations for beef burgers in the future Insha'Allah.

Beware all the offers posted outside are for cash only. When you try to pay by card they charge 1£ extra. When I confronted the person at the reception that this is misinformation, he become agitated rather than admitting his mistake. Anyhow, I wanted to try their peri peri boneless chicken with rice. When I ate it, it was like regular pulao rice. Very misleading advertisement. The only positive is that the quantity is quite a lot. Lasted me for two servings. Also, they do not have any juices instead of cold drinks. Not my cup of tea.

Place has unfortunately fallen off severely after an exchange of ownership. Card payments not accepted (hm, wonder why), wrong orders, list goes on. Even tried changing my name and address on apps to see if it was a personal vendetta because it was so consistently bad. Had ordered from here for many years prior, and never once had an unresolved issue. The online menus are also completely extortionate now. Please restore things to the way they were. Don't 'fix' something that isn't broken.

Disgusting place. The man gave me 9 wings instead of 10, didn't even bother to tell me I'm 1 wing short. My wife ordered peri wings, they should rename that to peri maggots with how small they were. They tasted horrific too, just slapped on the grill, black and white chicken, no flavouring, nothing. The beef and chicken burger we ordered was nasty. The beef patty was edible, cheap brand, but the chicken piece was honestly bone hard - extremely dry and so hard to chew, we just ended up throwing it away. The only thing that was enjoyed was the Rubicon mango drink and that too was from a multipack can that should not be sold individually LOL

Made an order on uber eats it got accepted after 1 hour and a half of waiting I rang up the Take away to be told his uber eats ipad is broken so he hadn't even seen my order nevermind began it my wife had work in the morning so I had to cancel the order but still got charged. Absolute terrible service. Never turned up and when I phoned they said they sat outside for 20 minutes and then left and threw the food in the bin. Why did they not think to knock on the door. When I phoned they said I wouldn't get a refund even though it's their fault. Never ordering from their again.

Pathetic service. I ordered food and I got delivery half of the item after one hour. ( the food was cold) when I asked about the missing item the guy said the order was dealt with by his brother he was crazy!! He said I have to wait another hour for that. This is what we get when we pay for food which includes the service fee, and delivery fee. Worst service ever. There is no tracking service for the delivery at all. when we need an update we have to call them more than 5 times. Not customer friendly. There standard is obvious from the way they talk to customers on the phone when we complain about something.

I have order over the phone and the guy who answered was rude and he said he's the owner and didn't even know how to speak to the customer told me it ll take 30 to 40 min and it took 1 hour and when the food was arrived it was cold and taste bad 👎 wont order again

Rubbish customer service. Ordered food through uber eats, food was cold and one hour late. Burger was half cooked. I ordered gulab jamun and was sent a choclate cake without being asked. Just avoid.

Terrible customer service Made an order late at night, however way before they closed. After an hour, food doesn't appear. I call and they say it should be 5 minutes away. After another 45 minutes I call again and they say that a driver was waiting outside our building and calling us (we don't live in a block of apartments, and received no phonecalls). They then refused to redeliver as we are "too far away", although we were still able to order in the first place. I understand sometimes but blatantly lying about the food even being attempted to be delivered is terrible.

Terrible night for me With food jungle I never thought they do the rude behaviour with customer before I face the situation, I ordered 3 pizza 12inc and chicken fries after One hours 20 minutes I got my delivery food was cold and bad smell come from chicken when I called stuff was rude.

The food was okay not the best wouldn't recommend taking a girl here as she won't eat of your lap for sure. The milkshake I have to say was nice, was given cold, stale chips left on the side, the calzone lacked flavour and was dead. Would have given it less stars if the milkshake didn't keep this place going.

Amazing food first time here the burger and fries was very tasty and you get a really good portion. The lotus biscoff milkshake was fabulous 👌 spot on

I have to say this is a little gem of Manchester. The food is very reasonably priced and good quality. The staff is amazing. I usually go for a the lunch time grilled chicken and chips box. But everything is tasty from here.

The spicy chicken burger meal was fantastic! Very well constructed, not falling apart, good portion size and tasty. The only feedback I would give is that I asked for spicy and only got a tiny bit of chilly sauce in the middle. Overall i will be returning.

Such terrible customer service, I ordered food and instantly order accepted. 30 minutes pass no food but the order status is completed, I check with the restaurant and I am met with confrontation instantly calling me a liar saying they never accepted the order and then this changed to they have delivered it via uber. Bare in mind I haven't even confirmed my address to this unpleasant soul, I attempted to confirm my details and the order method but again I was rudly shouted over and then he hung up the phone....no food came, and I am happy as I think there would have been more than just chicken between those buns!

Always late on take aways and deliveries without letting the customer know. Staff is rude too. The food is not even worth the frustration.

Ordered Peri Chicken with Rice, Jungle Madness Burger, Rice box, and Salad with Chicken strips. The portions sizes were huge, the packing was on point, the burger patties were juicy and they gave enough sauces with the rice. The taste was amazing. Re-ordered twice after my first order. Definitely would re-order again and would recommend to others too.

It's so frustrating this place. Whilst the food is good, the service is really what lets the place down. Just had to cancel yet another order which I did through their own website as I have done the past year as apparently they didn't receive it even though I had an email confirmation and the countdown tracker. Have been ordering from them last 2 years on and off and their awful timekeeping and rubbish communication skills have always been an issue. Got an email confirmation today when placing the order. Food didn't arrive. Rang up asking where is our food. A teenage girl who clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing, and had to keep speaking in Urdu to what I can only guess is a family member to see what was going on with my order. Absolutely clueless and unprofessional and I could understand what was said in the background in Urdu which annoyed me even more. This has happened on at least 4 occasions now. Had to keep letting it slide and advise them to do better. But today I'm well and truly fed up. You have Lost a loyal customer who has tried to warn you many times in the past to fix up, and gave you the benefit of doubt many times. Never again.

Ordered through Deliveroo waiting 45 mins before I decided to call and was told that my order would be a further 30 mins. Call again after this and was told to just cancel the order. Not good customer service. I ordered three things, clearly doesn’t want the business if happy for customers to cancel orders

Ordered pizzas. 3 for 10£. Pizzas were amazing. I am really impressed with the staff behaviour. Staff is nice and welcoming. My order cme a bit late but they offered me chips on half price and free bottlw of drink along with pizzas which were already very cheap like 3 for 10£. I’ll recommend every one. Try it you will love it.

I am a trained chef and food jungle is hands down THE BEST food I have ever eaten. I was only walking past when I was lured in with an exotic smell. Next thing I knew I was eating the jungle burger. OMG. Food heaven this place should be called.

Seems like ownership has changed hands in recent months with a clear drop in the level of service provided. I used to be able to order from here without any worries but now i wouldnt risk the no show of food and no refund scenario that seems to be happening too often. Hopefully management will change the way they operate very soon.

I love the pizza here! We have tried a lot of pizzas in Levenshulme but Food Jungle is the best at the moment. Always quick, tasty and hot. Very polite service too

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Ordered via just eat and was given a delivery time. 2hrs after ordering, and 45 mins after the delivery slot the food arrived, it was luke warm to say the least. We called the restaurant to ask about this 30 mins after said delivery time and was asked to hold whilst they spoke to the driver, the phone then cut off and subsequently we were unable to contact them until 5 mins after the cold food was delivered. The service from the OWNER of the farcical restaurant was awful. The story they gave us was all over the place, firstly when we called they lied about the food been out for delivery as when we managed to get hold of them they didn't know how the food could be cold as it was only out for delivery 15 minutes ago (30 mins after delivery time) and that they refused to give us a refund until they sent their driver back out to check the food. I was not happy with this as a solution but went ahead with it anyway. 15 minutes after this, we tried to call the restaurant again, and the phone was answered and put down straight away - must have known it was our number. 5 minutes later Just Eat call us back to advise that the restaurant will refund us, but the restaurant requested we called them first to discuss something they didn't wish to discuss with them. 10 minutes later we get a call from the restaurant to advise the service was not good because they were busy and didn't have our number - yet the delivery driver called from outside our house to ask us to get the food?!?!? I wouldn't eat here again if I was paid. The service was poor and I can't even tell you how the food was because I threw it straight in the bin once the refund was confirmed. If you want food that is cold and delivered at some point that evening with absolute terrible customer service then this is your place. Otherwise, don't bother. 0/5 is leniant.

OMG! The worst takeaway ever! I don’t personally eat spicy food. I orderd a grilled chicken burger, my boyfriend ordered a piri piri burger. 2 spicy burgers came. I tried to get back intouch, but ‘user busy’ all night! What an absolute of a takeaway! Cant even take food orders correctly!!!
