McDonald's in Malvern Hills

If you want to wait 2 hours and 42 minutes in a crowded bad food restaurant then feel free but staff lovely and lousy foot rank manky toilets and waiting too long !!!

Really don't bother!! Really quiet inside had to wait 28 minutes for 3 meals to eat in. Fries cold had to send them back.Spicy chicken burger was just a normal one!! Staff unfriendly all too much bother. Delivery and drive through took preference!

As usual items not on the menu. What they do have gets brought out wrong anyway so if I was you I’d take the short drive to St John’s Worcester McDonalds.

God awful! The staff are incompetent. My partner was asked to park up as they were 'waiting on eggs' he was sat in the car park waiting for half an hour so eventually was forced to go in and find out what was going on. They had somehow completely forgotten about the order and were looking around all gormless. They then refused to make our order again because 'the cookers have been switched over'. No breakfast for us then I guess! Just shocking customer service, these staff need some more training. If you can't simply get an order out at mcdonalds god help you!

Avoid like the plague, never get orders right spent £15 on 2 burgers! Always missing everything! No straws, no fries! DONT USE!!

Ordered a meal for all of the family this evening, missing a happy meal, you can imagine everyone else eating their meal and one person having to go without is a mealtime from hell. McDonald’s do not answer the phone and the delivery drivers also rejecting calls. Absolutely appalling, for 100th time, we have been charged for something that we haven’t received and not able to take this up with anyone to get a refund. Absolutely abhorrent service!

Really kind staff helped me, name was Liam or possibly Sam? Genuine dedication to improving customer experience. A smile and help goes a long way. Thank you!

Don’t go very often but It doesn’t matter if you go inside to order or drive through there are never milkshakes and the food is ALWAYS , ALWAYS cold! I hope that given a few more months it might improve but no matter how long I leave it, it never improves. Surely if the vast majority of customers say the same why hasn’t someone above the franchise addressed this issue with the franchisees as it it is undermining the Mac Donald’s name and reputation.

We don’t often visit and had a lovely breakfast 🥞 on a Thursday. Staff were really friendly, tables were clean 🧼 so our experience was great food super hot as well.

I live in the area and come to this place almost every day. Very terrible.. The service is good. But the food is bad they always get orders wrong., the coffee is disgusting. I'm so tired of wasting my here. Everytime I go I think just maybe it will be better. But no. It doesn't get better. The staff needs PROPPER TRAINING.

A pleasant evening with a takeaway dinner has turned into the evening from hell ! After purchasing our meal, we drove home & I settled down to eat my crispy chicken & bacon salad only to find that there was NO CHICKEN in it ! At first we found it amusing & are used to the fact that they never get anything right there…..🙄 So I was just getting used to the idea that I was going to have to cook something to go with my lettuce, tomato & onion to enable me to have dinner but thought that I should ring the restaurant to let them know as they owe me another one & I realise that they more than likely want receipt details. After a long period of hanging on the phone a young lad answered & said that they hadn’t done any crispy salads & that they had only done grilled so evidently didn’t believe me ? I said that I could give him the details of the sticker on the box & the receipt numbers but he wasn’t interested, he just said that he needed photographic evidence? I said that I objected as I had the receipt details which detailed my purchase so surely he could see it on the system? He then told me to ‘stop ranting’ ! I told him not to be so rude & that I wanted to speak to a manager. He said that he had spoken to the duty manager & that she had cooked it herself so she knew it was correct & was a GRILLED chicken salad, not a crispy one even though I had all the evidence on paper. This young man would not give me his name presumably because he wants the freedom to treat customers unacceptably. I am appalled & find the whole experience outrageous. Be warned! They don’t want any business obviously 😡

If I could give less than 1 I would. Only ordered toffee lattes.. hardly any cream and no toffee. Cost £6. I took drinks to counter and was told by the girl behind counter “had done toffee and the cream and they are fine”. Waste of £6

Ordered via app & waited half an hour for order & still hadn't been called out. Spoke to the manager & she straight up lied & said she had called it out...she hadn't we had stood near the counter & it hadn't been called out. Will not be returning. Very poor customer service ...we understand you are busy & might have forgot our order but to lie about it is shameful

Yet again missing sauce for chicken selects and also missing large chips This is very disappointing time and time again. The McDonalds where something is always broken or something is unavailable. On the few occasions they get everything working and have the complete menu available, it’s pot luck if they remember to give you the order without anything missing. I would recommend the short drive to St Johns Worcester as that McDonald’s is streets above Malvern.

Don’t normally leave reviews but this place is so consistently bad. Went last night 24/5/23 using the drive through. Arrived to see signs saying no drinks ok not the end of the world so carried on, 2 vehicles in front of us. Placed our order it then took approximately 8 to 10 minutes to get our food. They did apologise but far too slow. We parked up and half the food was cold must have been to one side whilst the fries were cooking. 2 out of 3 burgers were not even warm I kid you not and 1 large fries cold. I travel around the country and sorry to say that my local Mcds in Malvern is the poorest we’ve ever been to and are consistently poor. No more for us enough is enough, travel to St John’s instead.

Been here multiple times and every single time they forget something! Some staff are unhelpful and the service has been incredibly slow the last few times I visited, so much so that making food at home will take less time. Its been real but its enough for me.

Placed the order on the app. Discovered you have to have the phone it was ordered on to be able to collect the order, not very clear when ordering as husband placed the order for me to collect on the way home. Got this sorted then took another 25 minutes for the order to be ready. Drove home which took about 5 minutes and the food was cold and also incorrect burgers in the bag, husband rang and complained about it. The member of staff was very helpful and agreed to replace the incorrect burgers and cold chips. They also gave us two mcflurries for our children. The management need to sort this place out and have enough staff to cope with the demand.

You don’t want to be in a hurry here. As others have said the delivery app orders get priority. Food ok and toilets were clean and tidy.

After purchasing 2 meals at the drive through, we arrived home to find that part of our order, the fillet of fish burger, was missing. We went back to complain and to ask for the missing fillet of fish or a refund. The staff were apologetic and insisted on replacing our complete order, even though we had already eaten the fries and drunk the coffee. They then asked if we would like 2 free puddings as well. All credit to the staff for putting things right.

Like another if fast food locations in more sparsely populated areas this I being killed by the delivery app services. It’s quite clear priority is give to those collecting for Just Eat etc and this restaurant just doesn’t have capacity to cater for those and...

Visited on two separate occasions and both times the large fries were massively underfilled. The amount in them would have struggled to even fill a large portion. If you go through the drivethru then always check the portions before you leave.
