McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Esto es un agradecimiento al personal de este McDonalds. Mis padres de 91 y 92 años de edad visitaron hoy y estaban llenos de elogios para las dos jóvenes que les ayudaron. Por lo que mi papá me dijo que tenían casi servicio de mesa. El personal tomó su orden, luego les encontró asientos, entregó la comida, tomó el dinero y regresó al cambio. Sí, pagan en efectivo. No hay quejas sobre la comida y son muy quisquillosos.

Came here for a burger, fries and milkshake, very enjoyable and excellent customer service. I'm okay with technology, but, not the best as I had one or two problems with the `track and trace' app on my phone, but the staff were very helpful with some solutions to resolve this problem, which made the experience really enjoyable. It was good to return to inside service again after a difficult year and some sort of normality started to return now. :-)

It's been a while since I've been to McDonald's, but occasionally come here for a treat, a big fan of the McDonald's breakfasts. Had a Big Mac, fries and strawberry milkshake for lunch yesterday, great service and great food, the only gripe I've got is that it's not as cheap to eat here as it used to be, but, I'm nit picking.

I eat here before a Wolves match. I find it's OK but nowt to write home about. It can be a bit cramped downstairs, but there's more space upstairs. Staff need to clear left over clutter from the tables a bit more often.

I always go in MacDonald for a coffee the staff are lovely and helpful but on that particular day I had coffee and I need to use the disabled toilet I ask one of the staff for the key to the toilet she didn't come to me but shouted you need a key and walked off so I got my key out of my bag and use the toilet I walk with a stick she wasn't bothered

Like many McDonald's this has the screens to pay by card, however if ordering something simple like a McFlurry do not use. If the limited ice cream machine has reached the end of its cycle you can order and then be served a poor almost liquid version. If you wait to pay with cash the queue is dreadfully slow and when the food is eventually prepared it sits on a warm shelf waiting for someone to whisper the number and expect you to hear above the noise. They can't be bothered to press the ready button first introducing a further delay so you either get lukewarm burger or ice cream

The lady behind the counter had the audacity to ask me 5p for some sauce. The napkins have the texture of newspaper. Logan and Brandon don’t like the banana milkshake.

went in on friday lunch time with my wife. i wanted to try that super size big mac. burger was not hot just bearley warm. but the fries was fresh and piping hot. so dont know if i will come here again or not

Compared to other MacDonalds this one is poor. Today The burger was Luke warm.The sauce dispensers have not worked for a long time.Its only when you get upstairs that you find they have no condiments out..just napkins...so I deffed the salt as my burger would have been even colder. Before eating I went to the loo....the one cubicle was Soaked with urine and the other had a urine soaked seat.Lovely. A busy place with stairs up and down that are too narrow. All in all a building not suited to be a MacDonalds ..very dowdy

After work there was not time to go home before going out for the evening so we decided to eat at Mcdonalds instead. The approach was intimidating with bicycles blocking the entrance and their teenage owners loitering near by. The ordering process and service were painfully slow. The Big Macs were cold and rubbery and the fries tepid. My husband asked for replacement burgers and did not even get an apology. The entire store was dirty and both the men's and women's toilets were without toilet roll. The staff were totally disinterested in the customers (apart from the friends to whom they were speaking rather than working). I love McDonald's but we will never return to this one. I gave it 1 out 5 because it is not possible to give 0!

Attended this branch on many occasions to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. Today, I was using my laptop whilst eating my breakfast upstairs and continued to do so for maybe 15 mins after I had finished eating. A member of staff asked me if I was going to order any further food as I was continuing to use my laptop otherwise, leave. I was annoyed to say the least and was not even using the wifi as I was installing drivers of a disk. The place was virtually empty apart from a couple of locals so I had was not depriving a table from anyone. I will find an alternative venue for my working breakfasts from now on.....I'm not lovin it!

Freezing cold downstairs(my meal was stone cold before I could finish it) went upstairs but that was even colder .Put some heat on here please.

I find the breakfasts at this mcdonalds very greasy last time i had a sausage and egg bagal i had to soak up the grease with a tissue before i could eat it then had to use tissue to hold it as i didnt want to get any on me!! The coffees are always half full, the new system is ridiculous and ive noticed that the staff preparing the food are not wearing any gloves and were touching peoples food there hands could of been anywhere

Nothing unusual or outstanding about this establishment, but this is probably what the hierarchy of McDonalds demand.

New system is really quick you can order the food to your requirements as everything cooked to order.The service great fast queues cleared within minutes. Look forward to all McDonald's having new quick system
