Absolutely the worst mcdonalds in the UK. Staffed by incredibly unhelpful staff an the food is invariably poor and they rarely get an order correct. If you’re interested in wildlife you can watch rats scurry around the car park.

I haven’t complained until now but each time I pick up food from this McDonalds the food is cold. I picked up a big and cheesy today with nuggets and fries and the burger was stone cold. I literally live round the corner so there’s no way it was done to the time it took travel back to my house. So many times I have got home to find the burger I’ve ordered is cold.

I ordered online and did not receive my food. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me twice… this isn’t the first time it has happened from this restaurant’s. I am disgusted by McDonald’s customer service.

In completed order which was a double quarter pounder meal short. We had for home when we knew this have spent over a hour trying to complain to Olton branch. No one answered phone rang 15 times and phone just rings itself out.

209 Station RoadOrdered a pizza Saturday evening and have gotten severe food poisoning from it. Have narrowed down as I am the only one in the family that ate it the others ordered Chinese (wishing I did too). This has happened in this one before and stupidly I ordered it again. Never happened from the fletchamstead dominos though. Thinking maybe someone doesn't wash their hands properly in this one. Never again. Not bothering to call as they have the worst service ever.

New StreetSolo fui porque mi aplicación Vodafone me dio una bebida caliente gratis y un rollo de tocino o salchicha. Los rollos estaban en el mostrador y hacían ping en el microondas durante unos segundos. Presumiblemente rollos blancos y tocino previamente congelados de origen desconocido. El café estaba bien, pero el rollo era solo comestible. No se ofrece azúcar ni ketchup, y ninguno es visible en ninguna parte. Las salchichas se veían bastante asquerosas. No pagaría por nada desde allí.

Cooks LaneOrdered on line using the Big Johns App. We did not get the 20% discount for ordering on line as the telephone message when you ring the Chelmsley wood branch on cooks lane 0121 770 9555. We use to get it when ordering before but when I finally got through to the branch they said that they had stopped this offer for existing customers who have ordered before and is only available for new customers, but when you ring the number it does not mention this and feel duped into paying more than what I was expecting and the chap within the branch wasn’t helpful. May take this up with trading standards as false advertising. Andy
