Ordered gluten free pizza and pepperoni chips to be told they didn't have any chips but could give me wedges instead. This would have been fine if I wasnt allergic to gluten. I asked the members of staff if the wedges were gluten free to which they said multiple times yes they are 100%. I then scanned the allergy QR code. WEDGES ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Disgusting

Friendly staff and great service, I haven't ordered before I arrived at the store, the staff were very helpful and patient while I decided what pizza to order, I found I could change the set menu to suit my needs. I didn't have to wait too long for my pizza to be made fresh. The store was very clean and tidy with a few seats waiting and a table to sit in. The pizza was delicious and fresh and the price was great value as we had a half a pizza each with our favourite toppings. Well done Dominos I look forward to ordering again.

I ordered food at approximately 1840 and collected around 1900 once I got back and opened my food I was enjoying it this was until I got halfway through the pizza and found a long brown hair in my pizza and I'm utterly disgusted with this I don't think anyone should order from this store as this is appalling and not fit to be open let alone serve customers.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND FAST DELIVERY TIME.. PLANT BASED PIZZA WAS BEST I HAVE HAD.. WELL DONE FOR THE VARIETY OF CHOICE AND LISTING THE INGREDIENTS ON MENU.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE..

Waited nearly 40 minutes for my order. Came and missing a pizza. So expensive too. £52 for 3 medium pizzas, garlic bread and chicken wings. RIP OFF rubbish quality and service. Never go back

Order food, get quoted 20 minutes 20 minutes later, find out that pizza isn't even in the oven yet Complain Get told he's not bothered Tell him you'll contact franchise customer care Get told to shut up Pizza finally ready, gets slammed on front desk I was a regular dominos customer, often spending £100 or more for community group orders This one dominos has just cost the brand greatly, because from now, no more business until I'm shown proof of full retraining of staff at this branch Thankfully, my regular branch are putting me directly in touch with top area manager as they value my business In fairness, can't fault the food, just the Muppet serving

Buy one, get one free... This means you save a quid... I had this explained 3 times. Apparently this is how BOGOF works. You buy two at full price and save £1... Thats buy one... get one free?

The usual high quality food but a 15 minute wait for 1 pizza and a particularly unhelpful staff member who wouldn't make a half and half pizza.

Ordered online 1 hour 10 food still not arrived called store they said the app wasn't accurate! Another 30 mins the driver called to say he couldn't find us. When he did the food was cold. Not impressed

This has to be the worst run business I’ve experienced. Ordered a Pizza on a Friday afternoon as a treat for Grand children. Once ordered the app told me it was still in preparation after 1 hour. I called the Balsall Common store to be told it won’t be with me for another 40/50 mins. Needless to say I cancelled the pizza and won’t be buying from there again. The fact that they only have one person working on a Friday is ridiculous. I should have known after receiving cold damaged food from there before. Back to Pizza Hut.

Very disappointing. Ordered several times now and found the pizza’s to be lacking in sauce, lacking in cheese and also lacking in toppings! Sweetcorn and red onion is hardly an expensive topping to skimp on either. Result, tasteless and bland.

They lie about when your food is going to be delivered

Great when it first opened but last few pizzas have been seriously lacking in toppings, almost like barely warm bread. Given the high price its very disappointing.

They clearly lie about when the pizzas are out for delivery since I have had to wait for nearly an hour when I only live maximum 10 minutes away. This has happened more than once. They also didn’t get my order correct which added to the disappointment.

Very pleasantly surprised, lots of vegan options, quite yummy. Kind friendly peeps.

I’ve never before felt compelled to pen a review for a pizza place before but whoever runs this establishment either isn’t aware, or isn’t bothered about some of the food that is churned out of there. When it first opened all was good but twice now I have received cold, overcooked, sub standard crud with minimal toppings. My latest arrival literally looked like the box and contents had been kicked up and down the street prior to being delivered! I’ve tried and failed but o take this up with staff in store and it seems that the app automatically sends my orders to this franchise despite my requests not to.

Was clean, swift service, friendly staff and a decent pizza. But with domino's only worth it with the offers

Delicious pizza & quick delivery time!

First time order from this store. Despite ordered about 2 hrs in advance, got a call 15mins before delivery that the order will be 30-45 mins late. Sadly have to cancel the order as that will be outside the company's lunch time. At least they called and the staff sounds professional. Will give it another try in the future. Still got charged at the end, and need to dispute the transaction. Not too impressed.

Staff professional, collected the pizza and didn't have to wait because our order was ready on time. Just few car park spaces in front of the store but there is a big car park behind Costa.
