Ordered a banana milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. Got two vanilla milkshakes, tried to do them justice by stirring them both round to see if it was the flavouring..NOPE just pure vanilla. Called them up to complain and the woman wasn’t helpful at all sat there going “ok” monotonously. Awful.

We were driving in the area and we decided get something to eat from here. We ordered double sausage egg mcmuffin's which we had to wait for about 5 minutes at one of the windows to get the food. We wanted some sauce (ketchup and BBQ) which the person stated that they charge for it about 25p each which other branches we have been to don't charge for sauces and especially when they give the sauce for free inside from the sauce dispenser. Overall the staff weren't overly friendly, they charge for things which are free. The food was ok but not the overall standard you would normally get.

Ordered my food at 7.45pm through just eat app after waiting nearly an hour and a half got a message on my phone saying it was delivered no driver in sight and no god damn food so i paid for someone else to eat. will NEVER EVER USE MACDONALDS OR JUST EAT AGAIN i better get my money back too. ABSOLUTELY FUMING They didn't even have the decency to answer the bloody phone either not even going to rate them half a star never mind a damn whole one

I recieved raw food items in my mcdonalds order delivered by uber eats. Uber Eats refused to refund so I rang mcdonalds and spoke to the manager.... her response "NOTHING WE CAN DO BECAUSE WE ORDERED THROUGH UBER and THAT THERE IS NO WAY WE COULD HAVE RECIEVED RAW FOOD AS THEY HAVE TIMERS" SHE DID NOT GIVE A DAMN. Terrible service, most can barley understand English let alone speak it, always have something missing from my order, fries always half full and cold, never have ice or Mc flurry's , terrible attitude when you complain, can sit in the drive through for over 10mins before even getting served. If I didn't live locally I would never use it. Be-warned .

My Son bought us meals from here on the Uber Eats app on Xmas Eve as we were both busy as you can imagine. When I was eating my chicken deluxe I wondered why my mouth was burning as have had this burger many times and never did that previously. Under the chicken was a huge handful of jalapeno peppers, I suffer with IBS and avoid spice as it makes me very ill. I was poorly all over Christmas and was unable to enjoy the festivities as stomach was so upset I barely ate anything. My son's burger had a huge amount of onion on it but he noticed and was able to remove it before eating. I did raise this issue with McDonald's customer service but heard nothing since. On Christmas eve they were not even making a burger that had jalapenos as an ingredient so can only presume that mine and my son's meals were intentionally sabotaged .. absolutely disgusting customer service and will never order here again. I am seriously considering taking this issue to food standards

Ordered chicken selects amongst other things at drive through. Checked order before we drove away, so used to them getting it wrong, all the boxes were as they should be. Got home and opened the chicken select box. Total confusion as to what these scabby round things were - cheese bites. Took box back for an exchange. Foolishly thought as a goodwill gesture for the ineptitude of the staff and for the wasted time, petrol, disappointment of my son and not being able to sit as a family to eat all together that I would perhaps be given a voucher for a free burger. No. Gemma, the shift manager, told me that’s not what McDonald’s do. I’m surprised at my surprise for the poor customer service!!

Food generally cold, apart from the ice cream which is presumably warm as it's rarely served. Had an interesting debate with a drive thru operative who had no idea what a Scottish banknote was and refused to accept it. The brief glimmer of hope that I had when the duty manager came to save the day was dashed however when they too refused to accept it, forcing me to pop next door to the garage to buy a freddo to get change in order to pay for my breakfast order. The only saving grace is that it couldn't go any colder due to the wait...It's legal tender, you know.

Unfortunately, Mcdonald's Binley has an issue with bad management. Rushing the staff, will only make them panic and this is what leads the constant wrong orders. Maybe focusing on quality over quantity would be the answer.

Lucky dip with this place. I go here a lot and would say that 7 times out of 10 it's as expected and the other 3 you might get a grumpy staff member, a messed up order or a cold burger. But it's Maccy Ds what do you expect!

Service is great. Food is generally cold whenever we have had a take away. They often get orders wrong. Have spoken to management about it. Vanilla and banana milkshakes are all mixed up. Taste it before you leave! This would be my last resort.

okay, have eaten here a few times while shopping. The café area has been recently done up, looking a hell of a lot better. Visited on Sunday (16th Oct 16) they seem to be having problems with their coffee machines. I would say that the staff themselves need a bit of a makeover. I do hate to say this but some could do with having a bit more pride in their appearance in the café area. Shouting numbers out over the food they are carrying puts the place down a bit.

Turned up on a quiet Sunday morning, but even then this place took its time, the service was terrible, the staff were more interested in talking to each other than taking our order, when they did so, we had to repeat everything at least twice.Then had a 15 minute wait for the food to turn up, so in the end it was nearly 25mins after entering the place.One member of staff stood around doing nothing, how can that be, when customers are all stood waiting for food.McDonalds is supposed to be a FAST food place?

Called in there this morning for an egg& sausage McMuffin breakfast with a tea. A member of staff came round the tables asking if anyone would like a free top-up to their drinks. I declined, but when I'd finished my meal & was emptying my tray prior to leaving, a staff member came over & asked if I'd like a free drink to take with me. I asked for a coffee & had my choice of all the drinks available, & was told it was only for those who ate their meal in & not just for those who take their meals away. Such a lovely gesture & will encourage me & others to visit there more often, though I have no idea how long this offer will last!

Having just waxed lyrical about nearby TGI Fridays, I was not especially impressed with this other chain restaurant in Binley which I visited the following Saturday for a 'flying lunch'.Let's be clear, you don't visit 'Maccers' for a gourmet dining experience, and you pretty much know the menu inside out.That is apart from the occasional seasonal or themed specials, some of which make the mark, others not.So that just leaves service, freshness of food, cleanliness, efficiency of staff, speed of service, food served at the right temperature, hygienic toilets etc. etc. Overall - tasty simple fast food and a pleasant experience.Take all the above named and score D minus - could do better and you have this branch of McDonald's.Sorry guys, this was not a pleasant lunch. Let's hope things improve if enough people complain.

Have been using this outlet for some time as this is near to me. However, I have noticed recently that the service seems to drop off if it's a quiet time when you pop in. The staff seem pleasant enough but only from the point of view of doing their job. It often seems that customers are a bit of a nuisance as far as they're concerned. A smile costs nothing, although I accept their day might be boring for them. I feel they would attract far more customers if they injected a bit more life into their interactions with the people they serve!

.........expired date wise the previous day. Manager apologised and handed us a credit note. Big Mac was also only luke warm. Paid extra to up-size but still only given regular sized drink and fries. Car park only small and restaurant positioned behind petrol station. Drive through available. Poor quality meals. Will not return in a hurry.

I have just got home after visiting the McDonalds restaurant in the binley area, just off Willenhall Lane. Coventry CV3. I went through the drive through with a fellow friend and we made 2 orders. I ordered a Big Mac and Regular Fries along with a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie. My friend proceeded to order a regular portion of Cheese Bites along with another Strawberry and Banana Smoothie. We paid at the next window and then proceeded to the collection window. At the collection window an employee named Ellie was very rude and simply threw a bag into my car. I then mentioned that the bag only had a Big Mac inside and not a portion of fries. She then said 'You are not getting any more". I was astounded by the rudeness and bad customer service. I mentioned we have a second order and 2 smoothies and demanded to speak to a manager. Along came a manager very quickly and she immediately branded us both liars. She did not want to listen and overview the situation let alone negotiate. I then reminded her about her appalling customer service and how disrespected I felt that she was branding me a liar, as a customer as well this is a first and very shocking. How could I prove myself. How could she prove that her staff had not made a mistake, she couldn't. I then refused to move until something was done, I suggested that she should not want any excessive queues in the drive thru, especially over a portion of fries. She suggested to ring the Police and we agreed and waited. Eventually another customer in the drive thru pleaded with us to move and with respect for the innocent customers waiting, we moved along and parked up. I decided I would go in store and ask for a name of the manager so I could issue a complaint. Inside I was greeted by a shift manager named LISTON. He declined to give me the female managers name and also decided to brand me a liar. I am disgusted, embarressed, shocked and very distressed over this pathetic ordeal. What ever happened to customer service.

I assume the idea of McDonald's offering free wi-fi is in part a marketing effort to have people like me look for one of their locations while traveling. While stopping to get access, you have a meal. Well the mistake I made here was to have the meal first. After doing so, I then encountered something that has never been the case before at a McDonald's--I had to put in my cell phone number and have them send me a code to get access. But if my cell phone worked in England I would not have needed their free wi-fi. I asked a worker, who had no solution. She then even came back and said 'just put in your cell phone number.' What if I have no working cell phone? Can't say anything about the food, because McDonald's is McDonald's, but as far as customer service is concerned this place rates a zero. Thanks for nothing also to the few locals I asked who refused to help me, as I desperately needed to access a map to see where I was going.

Drive they for breakfast in the go. Order was taken quickly and I was met with a polite voice. Payment was very smooth with a tap n go facility. At collection the food was ready and I was on my way. All items were hot and the bottle of water was nicely chilled. Quick smooth process I'd use again.

Normally a Good McDonalds but today was the worst ever. Firstly the app didn't work. Then I went to a machine and that didn't work, tried to get help and she just walked away. Finally got the machine working then notice it got my order wrong. Tried to get help again, no one at the counter. Finally ordered and sat down. 10min later still no meal. Needed to leave soon so ordered my kids deserts, hoping they would come after our lunch. Once ordered I went to the counter to chase my order and my deserts passed me. They lost my order! I waited by the counter for my order, which was cold and wrong. Didn't have the time to challenge. By the time we finished the food, the deserts were melted!

Yet again, really awful service. I pulled up to the drive through order point and waited and waited. Eventually i said hello, anyone there, and a surprised-sounding individual took my order. Which was: a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, a bacon roll and 2 flatbreads. I paid and pulled forward to the window, whete I was given my OJ and asked to go to the second window, where I waited 12 minutes (i counted) while no fewer than 9 cars behind me were served. Eventually i blasted the car horn several times and another surprised individual came to the window. I was then given some food. The girl recited my order correctly, but what I actually got was 2 flatbreads (so far so good), a single sausage and egg McMuffin meal, and another single sausage and egg McMuffin. Nobody expects great food from Maccies, but the very least you should expect it that they get your order right and don't forget about you. Not once has this branch done that for me and I will NEVER use it again. Absolute crap.
