Really quick, great service, hot. Loads of seats, play area good. Kids were good. food came out quickly and was lovely. Many thanks

Just went to get a takeaway, both large meals and both fires were only half of a portion, and no ice in the drinks. Last week we used it and our food order was wrong and cold. They need to get their act together.

Just went to the drive through and purchased 2 large caramel frappe. Got all the way home and thought it was strange that the cream had melted as it doesn't usually. Just tasted the drink to find there is no ice in it. Absolutely vile and a waste of fuel and time. I will go somewhere else for my drinks in future.

Shambolic experience..! Drive thru, had to wait 20mins for food, then half of it was missing, no apology, got home food cold and part of Double Cheeseburger missing burger patty missing….?!?!

Ordered a jam muffin through drive through. When I went to eat my muffin, there was no jam. So I just had a dry, plain muffin. I had already driven away so was left hungry. Ruined my morning.

first of all there was a rat in a burger,no ketchup! also didnt know they had transparent mayo already made in the chips. #NEVERAGAIN

Very good staff, excellent cleanliness, social distancing observed. Food very good. Made is feel comfortable visiting at such times of being safe from Covid, first class.

Husband walked across the road from Holiday Inn Express to grab a take away Big Mac. Simple and convenient.

First off all we arrive in the drive through,order and pay for our food that the hole order was completely wrong !!!! We park up and wait for it and they forget our drinks. I then call up and end up speakin to a absolute madam on the phone with no manners terrible I won’t be returning that’s for sure

Mainly use this Mcdonalds for a quick bite to eat for the kids or ice cream en route home from Broadstairs.Mainly ok, food is as expected for fast food, shame there is a particular member of staff who isnt that nice. Shocked she is allowed to work front line. Taking orders or handing the food out at the window, she has never been pleasant, not seen her smile and always seems to be miserable. Shame...I know its not a 5* restaurant, but kindness costs nothing!

Large que at 10pm on Friday 22 nov placed order no one there to take payment and at serving station I’m told to go to back of que; as if it is my problem! This level of customer care is disgraceful!

Came for a meal, I’m type on Diabetic, ordered an extra value meal and table service. Fries arrived which were 1/4 full, do staff need to be trained on portion control, this often happens, I asked for them to actually put some fries in the carton, returned was then half full! Had to take back for the third time! Annoying, basic service.

Very clean and pleasant staff quick service and unlike some drive through you are greeted with a smile and politeness food was a wait but lovely and hot

Well located to hotels nearby and the petrol station. Ample parking and great self service menu order screen.

The food here is always hot and fresh, much better than other McD's. Never had a bad meal from the drive-thru (never go in store).

Great food and great staff! Good fast food restaurant to stop off at if you just had a long journey or just hungry and your nearby!!

Well as you do, I stopped to hopefully speak to the person at the end of the speaker... however I was told twice to wait... and so I waited... when I called out to her she told me that she couldn't take my order... two cars were served quicker on the other speaker, so I told her to forget it... very annoyed but not surprised as I will never go there again, the first time I was given a revolting milkshake... get better service in the monkey house at London Zoo.

The McDonalds is like most across the country, located next to the coop garage with ample parking available to the rear. Modern and clean inside with the self service machines available on entry.the staff were friendly and food was hot.

Being called love at the pay booth is really irritating will not return they have no idea cold food for the last time 👎

Why can't a fast food takeaway like this branch of McDonalds serve up hot food ?

Went in specifically to order a large amount of food as previously when gone through drive through items were missed off by you. Ordered nearly £60 worth of food. Your team member was told by manger to check the order and when we got home we were missed off a burger. You also put 5 drinks in a 4 drink cup holder so they fell out on floor. Why when we had 6 drinks did you not use a 2 and 4 cup holder!!? Spoke to manager in phone who has given me a voucher but not happy with your service and poor service. A voucher for 2 means valid for 1 month when s £60 order was ruined!!! Chips were cold as well

Two cheese burgers, drive thru takes 15 minutes!! Shocking. Ronald used to give your order for free if it took more than 2 minutes.

Manager called my number and I pointed him in the direction of my table and it was not my order so taken away then lady came back with another order and it was also wrong she went out of her way tomake sure it was right and her customer service skills were excellent. The Manager could take some lessons from her . food was good so left happy and the lady staff member was also very nice friendly and efficient.

Often very busy and traffic gets a bit busy due to the petrol station and other premises surrounding it food is about the same as all drive thru s ,so nothing to shout out about only use when starving or really thirsty

No breakfast at 11.35 had to settle for a fish burger how awful why not all day breakfasts like in Spain

I,ve twice previously put reviews on trip advisor for this branch of McDonalds , both reporting poor service and food .

This is only five minutes from us and we regularly would pop up and have something for dinner when we couldn't be bothered cooking or I was late in.

On the evening we visited we decided to partake in the drive through option, I had been wanting to see what all the fuss was about this new Big Mac everyone was raving on about.

Well following up on my previous Trip Advisor review on 12 December 2017 complaining of being repetitively served up cold food , I decided to give this branch of McDonald's another chance / visit .

I wrote a favourable review on this branch of McDonald earlier in the summer .

Visited late at night (after midnight) for a quick bite. The menu was exactly as expected and we were not disappointed.

I am not a great McDonalds lover, however I had a couple of hours to kill so I popped in to grab a cup of tea and do some work from my laptop. I asked if this was ok and I was told it wasn't a problem. The manager and staff were lovely, very helpful and kind to all of the customers. The place is spotless and the food, OMG THE FOOD, it actually is exactly like the pictures and the TV adverts. Normally a McD burger looks like it has been sat on for a week but mine was delicious and visibly appealing. I highly recommend this place, no it isn't a restaurant (as such) but great for a quick bite to eat. Well done to the staff and managers there.

Convenient fast food near to the hotels in minster,you know what to expect here ,fast friendly service and a very modern Maccy ds this one was.

It was clean and tidy. convenient and easy to get to and saved me having to cook on our first night of the holiday - bonus.

Is what it is, no complaints! Food was hot, place was clean enough even though busy. Has drive thru, also has tablets on some of the tables so keeps little ones entertained.

Fast fun and fresh. CHEERFUL staff bonus. Conveniently located to Premier Inn. Friendly and welcoming.

I used the drive thru with my grandson the other day. We'd been out for the day and running a bit late. He had a double cheese burger, chips and a shake. All OK. I had a Crispy Chicken and Bacon Wrap. Traffic was really bad so I decided to wait and eat it on the way home, as it would get cold in the traffic. I won't use here again it was stone cold. I am just sad they have been given a licence to operate 24 hrs. Ifeel sorry for the locals

We went in this particular McDonald's on way home from broadstairs. £3.00 for a mcflurry. £4.30 for a single vege burger. £2.90 for small fries! We couldn't believe the prices! How can they justify that? Won't be going there again. Will stick to high street McDonald's

McD's was a convenient fallback option as I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn who are experiencing issues with there Table Table Breakfast and Meal service, so McD's provided a viable alternative, the staff were friendly and the food was exactly as you would expect in a McDonalds even to the point that I took my 85 year old mother in for a McChicken Sandwich as we were let down by Table Table and she really enjoyed it, so her first visit to a McDonalds was a pleasant surprise.

Visited here today whilst on a visit to ramsgate . Fast friendly accurate service . What else would you want !

We was on our way to Reading and stopped here on our way for brunch. Food was ok especially The Big Tasty but my cheeseburger was so small, they have now shrunk so much I could not believe it. Staff were efficient and polite.

Typical McDonalds food, which I never particularly enjoy, but serves a purpose at times. This restaurant was just a bit slow. Sunday evening, not hugely busy, but no obvious desire to open more tills to serve the 10-deep queue?

what can you say about MacDonald's, this particular one is very busy, and they handle it well. Drive thru can be busy.

We visited at around 2.30am. The food was hot and promptly delivered. 'Best McDonalds ever' my friend proclaimed. It was truly fantastic. The service however left a lot to be desired. All the interactions were short and snappy, almost as if they were annoyed to see us. Don't let that put you off your visit as the food was some of the best McDs we've experienced.

This McDonalds has to be one of the worse in the franchise of this area! I used the drive thru, I sat waiting for my food at the window while 2 staff had a chat! Theydid not acknowledge me even when handing me the food just carried on their slagging off of another member of staff! The chips were cold and chewy as if they had sat there for while and this was at 12:30- core lunchtime!! Very poor!

Service really poor, told to sit an wait for food to be bought over, took about 10 mins even though it wasn't busy, only part of the order came out then when the rest came out items were missing, they had new staff that I think were not being trained properly and just thrown in at the deep end. Not even an appology from manager who saw what was happening, also I think going round to tables showing the children soft toys that cost £2.50 whilst your having your meal and you feel you have to buy as children now want it is a bit much, I understand it's for charity but surely just have a small stall or the display that's already there,

Set for just over 10 minutes waiting for a coffee. Nothing else, just a coffee. 10 minutes!!! Aways the same in the mornings

Haven't been to a McDonalds for years and won't be going again shortly as the food is just not for me - the bun is too sweet and the filling gooey and not at all nice. But everyone else there seemed to be enjoying the food and they wouldn't have thousands of places around the world if there was something in it - but not for me.

Clean, tidy, fast efficient service. Staff clearly trained well as restaurant and drive through were very busy.Food arrived hot and presented well.Chris, Customer Care lady is superb. A mature and friendly lady, whizzed around keeping the place in top spec. Pleasant experience.

McDonalds is what it is when it comes to food and you know exactly what you get however this restaurant is very clean and the staff are attentive and professional. Can't fault it.

Food very nice. Still annoyed they have stopped doing the big breakfasts (think that's what they were called!) this mc Donald's has a good outside children's play area that looks quite weather proof so will have to go back and try it out soon! (With the children of course)

Visited with family whilst staying at Premier Inn opposite. It was very busy but we were served quickly. Not all food was ready so asked to take a seat and order brought out to us. Very helpful and efficient.

Usual standard of McDonald's... Good value and reasonable food as usual but the music can be distracting when you need a quiet 5 minutes... Same in all McDonald's I know but maybe a quiet area maybe a good idea for business meetings

I have visited this branch regularly since it has opened. The team are fantastic and the wait is always minimal. The restaurant is always clean and I would recommend!

So i just popped in on the way home from work for some food a very nice lad served me called Jack who was very friendly however the manager behind him was rude barking orders at all the staff she has blond hair and pig tails, the type of behaviour she was displaying should not be the way staff are spoken to I really felt for the staff under her she liked the sound of her own voice! All very clean inside and as I say all of the other staff seemed very friendly :)

... that must tell you something. Whenever i arrive here it's busy, service however is fast, food always good, cannot argue with that ! They are open 24hrs too which is helpful.

Arriving at our hotel quite late ,this was opposite and open 24 hours. Service very friendly and quick. I was also able to go for a coffee early in the morning. Great.

We last took our grandson here in November and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. He had a simple burger happy meal with toy. The place was clean and the staff were very good with my grandson and happy. I dont eat burgers but I had a milkshake whilst my grandson was eating and actually it was really nice. I don't take him too often but as a special treat he enjoys it.

Approaching midnight after 4 hours on the road , a 24 hour drive thru seemed a reasonable idea.4 minutes waiting outside an empty kiosk it seemed a bad idea, so i drove away.I couldn't comment on the food because i didn't get any and i cannot comment on the service because there wasn't any.

The McDonald's at Minster services is open 24 hours and has a sit in restaurant as well as a drive thru. Although very busy at the time I visited, the queue was cleared quickly and the food was piping hot. Very polite staff and the premises were very clean.

a great spot, entering or leaving the isle....Mc D's is here...food good, service is great, staff friendly....next to a fuel station, hotel etc....Minster down the road or Ramsgate not far away.......try it your self........

Came here to get some lunch while waiting for the Spitfire Flyby hoping to get some good, cheap, quick food and that is what we got. It was very nice, quick service and the food was given to us quickly too and is a good, reasonable price. One thing I would criticise is that the chips were very dry and it the best, as if they had been left out for a while before being served but they weren't inedible and were still ok. Overall a good place to get quick lunch through drive through.

After such a terrible experience at The Smugglers Retreat and with 3 children in tow, all wanting lunch, we left our completely inedible meal on the table and went across the road to McDonalds. Lovely staff, quick service, McDonald's obviously quick, we enjoyed out lunch. Slight small problem with my meal, but very very quickly and efficiently dealt with plus 2 free desserts for the children. So thumbs up McDonald's !! (never thought I would say this, but praise is given where deserved.)

Call to these outlets time to time 6 out 10 they always get the order wrong but average food what else could you expect

Fast service and good food just what you need with hungry children. The premier inn restaurant across the road could learn a thing or two from this restaurant!

Large McDonald's at the service station become our last dinner hope, since we were thrown out from the Smugglers Retreat just next door. Good job this place is there, as a hotel, where we stayed - Holiday Inn doesn't have the restaurant.

Took kids for a meal while staying at the premier inn as its just over the road from hotel.the food was good and kids enjoyed it like most kids do.clean and tidy and great staff was a little busy as it was easter weekend but a good service.

As they say it does what it says on the tin as its a McDonald's Restuarant.Nevertheless the drive through when we visited was fairly slow, even though most people seemed to only having a few items such as drinks. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

Visited here so that we could get away from the Holiday Inn Express where we were staying.The internet service was rubbish, so we visited McDonalds to eat and use the free wifi.

Took grandsons there as usaul they enjoyed there meal as so did we the staff there some of the most help full we have ever come across

Its McDonalds. What do you expect?The usual experience, tiny toilet facilities, no room to move around. If there is more than one person in the room at the same time, you are in for difficulties.

Staying at the Premier Inn oppoosite and pooped in here for a burger on the way home. fast and friendly service and filled a gap. Lovely malteser mcflurry!

Stopped off here on the way home and must say that the staff were friendly & very customer-focused.Car Park is of a decent size but they have a drive through as wellWould use again

this drive through is well situated for commuters in or out of thanet. i have always found it to be really quick, much more so than the one at westwood. it is also very clean, and if you want to sit in there is plenty of room.being a nice new mcdonalds it also has a play area for kids, making it great for families... especially as i have yet to meet a child which doesnt like a happy meal!
