McDonald's in Tendring

Very busy but the staff are doing their best to get the orders out quickly :) food was good

Got my order wrong 3 times I used to love them but now I am upset

Busy but not crowded as plenty of extra seats upstairs the food was good and hot

The toilets are rank with broken taps and smells , and the big mac i had the bun was dry and the burger was luke warm.. the manager has no pride obviously , bring back burger king.

My girlfriend and I made the mistake of deciding to eat here today. She ordered a double cheeseburger without pickles. First they forgot the mustard, the second time they put pickles on and amazingly they also put pickles on the third time too. So we simply gave up after that.

I had ordered a double cheeseburger but I never customized it, so when I got it I was surprised there was no mustard. I complained about it and they said they would make me a new one. I added on to ask if they could remove the pickles then while they are at it since i usually remove them otherwise. I got the new burger and they remade the exact same one that was wrong. I complained again about it and they made me another one. This time I got my mustard but they still added the pickles I asked multiple times to remove. After this 3rd burger i couldn’t be bothered to go up and complain again since they didn’t seem to listen anyways. Unacceptable that this could happen as well as repeatedly doing the order wrong.

Drive would not give me good tell give him code could see his bag was leaking gave code took pic off his bag the lot he told me he go get it replaced did not come back with new food and took the other food that was wet with him this guys should fire

On this particular visit with my tow young children, I was approached by a member of staff who offered to carry my pushchair up the stairs as there was no downstairs seating available. He also made sure I had a table service number and that we had a table to suit. This was above and beyond my expectations.

driver was nice but put food on top of drinks and missing the toy from the suggest Minecraft meal and triple cheese burger had to tops on

Cheese burger good, fries only barely warm and limp, so not good, cheesy stick thingys hard and cold. Teas were lovely but had to add my own milk. Chicken burger meat very hard. So not great, but edible. Driver was kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

Food missing. Delivery guy was great and would have been 5 stars all around if I had the garlic cheese share box. £6 wasted.. Really disappointed by that. The sauces were in there just not the food.

Load of rubbish cold yet again

the Fanta has spilt all over my food and ruined most of my food so I'm definitely expecting a refund for that it's completely ruined

kept delaying a few mins multiple times but when food arived was cold i live pretty close to restaurant aswell not the drivers fault

We have had a missing burger on back to back deliverys, I dont no what there bagging process is but to continue missing food is not a good look for repeat custom. Poor effort mcdonalds

A fantastic place to eat any day of the week, the triple cheese burger really fills you up, delicious 😋.

Close to cold drivers take to many orders if I pay for delivery I want my food delivered on time not cold couse they pick up 4 orders time

The driver took the scenic route, as the map showed he went past our house twice before he eventually arrived. It took 15 minutes from setting out to deliver to us, the food was at the bottom of his bag and was barely warm. Gate left open.

Sarah was amazing as always! Staff at this McDonald’s are brilliant! Food is always great and never had an order wrong!

Delivery driver was a friendly guy. Delivery address was incorrect (my error) and called and sorted it out with no issues.

Food was cold over a 2 hour wait milkshake was undrinkable

They got my order wrong so i went through the process of trying to get it changed it just took me back to the beginning so i gave up and just ate it

I put in the wrong address and the delivery driver txted me I replied straight away and never replied back which I found not very good

The driver said he couldn't find our address but when he arrived the food was freezing cold, the bag looked as though it had been sat on and was squashed. So obviously me and my children went hungry rather than eat cold flat McDonald's. So we went elsewhere and ended up paying for dinner twice in one night and that was very hard to do with children. I was so disappointed and now I've ordered again and it's already 40 mins late. I definitely think I will take our good custom elsewhere

I have been waiting months to get the name of my usual server. Erica is amazing! Also the manager on shift this evening (18/2/25) Always so inviting and happy. During air show Erica was amazingly helpful. Honestly all the staff at this store are always so eager to make each order perfect and meet every standard set. Just an amazing store.

6 nuggets are missing :( and burgers have sauce when asked for plain

it was freezing when it arrived witch normally it's not and the time of delivery kept going up went from 1 30 till 2.p5 just to say it was not late but I noticed and never complain

The fries were cold and the burgers weren’t very warm either.

At the time of visiting I tried to place my order via the McD app and was unable to complete the whole process due to various items going in and out of stock. Arriving in the store we used the touchscreen to place the whole order as originally intended. When the order was ready the staff member was not what I would call warm or friendly. Food was fair but there was a very long wait. The restaurant had many dirty tables.

The order arrived nearly 2 hours after i ordered it. I spoke to the restaurant who couod nit assist, ither than saying my food would be fresh. The fries and nuggets were all cold, and the soft drinks tasted flat and were without ice upon arrival

chips where half empty the burger packet was all open and burger was everywhere not happy at all

we made wn order before this and we look half an hour later to see if it was on its way yet and they hadn’t even prepared my order yet so i had to cancel and make a hole new ordar so in total i would say i waited around 1 hour and 30 minuets

ordered at 3.50 and did not arrive until 5.35.and the hot food was cold 😡not happy

if you like cold food or missing items this is for you! Absolute rubbish this place!

not sure if it's because they wasn't in the heat bags but the food and drinks was cold , not enjoyable at all this time, when we have our regular courier he brings it to the door in his stay hot bag and it's always perfect, not this time, very upset

delivery time given when ordered 25-35 minutes, changed and kept getting longer and longer. called restaurant and they said contact just eat and they had now shut their online ordering down as had too many orders. food was cold and 1 item missing. really disappointed! if you can't cope with orders shut system down earlier rather than serve really cold food that took over an hour to be delivered and missing items

Brang my order with no food just two drinks called the restaurant complained had to re order still not been refunded

They kept moving the time so when the food did arrive it was so cold. The chips were like rubber. Not good. If you have no drivers please don’t prepare the food as it sits there getting cold no good.
