McDonald's in Tendring

We have had a missing burger on back to back deliverys, I dont no what there bagging process is but to continue missing food is not a good look for repeat custom. Poor effort mcdonalds

A fantastic place to eat any day of the week, the triple cheese burger really fills you up, delicious 😋.

I have been waiting months to get the name of my usual server. Erica is amazing! Also the manager on shift this evening (18/2/25) Always so inviting and happy. During air show Erica was amazingly helpful. Honestly all the staff at this store are always so eager to make each order perfect and meet every standard set. Just an amazing store.

At the time of visiting I tried to place my order via the McD app and was unable to complete the whole process due to various items going in and out of stock. Arriving in the store we used the touchscreen to place the whole order as originally intended. When the order was ready the staff member was not what I would call warm or friendly. Food was fair but there was a very long wait. The restaurant had many dirty tables.

Found chewing gum half way through my fries. The worker pulled a face said sorry and just replaced them….rotten stuff

The man working on the floor called jafar I think was absolutely fabulous. Brilliant service friendly and cheerful. Best worker I have seen there. Was doing a fantastic job 👏

Absolutely disgusted in just eat yet again, completely wrong order. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and for. 4 year old and just eat did not want to help at all to get a driver to come out and redeliver the food they messed up on.

I ordered at 6.30am for delivery at 7.20am my order arrived at 8.25 am , and was luke warm, I managed yo salvage it thanks to the microwave

Ordered a double and had double on label but was a single burger. Idiots

Lovely and hot...and delivery guy was very polite and pleasant.

The chips were completely cold and stale ending up throwing them away and burger had been squashed and it had no sauce in it therefore it was dry as well as cold

The only problem was we wasn't given any dips. We have to choose them to proceed with our orders but then we aren't given them anyway.

I ordered for 7.25 am first order of the day, they didn't start preparing the order till 7.40 and it arrive at 7.55 and was luke warm, had to reheat in microwave

you delivered two fries I ordered sweet cob not got it.

Not impressed with the drink I ordered it was a coke zero large and arrived in the bag not in the cup am sure McDonald's can do better when delivering drinks

The order arrived with bags with broken seals, iced drinks were melted and the food was freezing cold. Am trying to deal with just eat to get my money back on the whole order but they are offering less than £5 back on an inedible order that totalled nearly £30. Still fighting for full refund. Abysmal service and abysmal food.

The delivery time kept being amended backwards, so the delivery time was longer. When the food was actually delivered, it was only lukewarm.

Food was freezing and came with sauce on what I didn’t ask for what don’t like so got threw away I am really not happy about this order

Three times I’ve ordered from you and I never received the order. You said you’d refund. It’s been weeks for one of them and months for the other 2. You now owe me around £50!

I’m absolutely livid. I’ve ordered from here through Just Eat a few times. Twice the food hasn’t even arrived, once the drink was spilt all over the food. They now owe me about £50. McDonald’s won’t help, they keep saying it’s Just eat’s problem but Just eat won’t help. They promised a refund and I never got it. I never have trouble with any other restaurant through just eat so it’s clearly the McDonalds responsibility. I’m so angry.

I ordered at 8.39pm it was delivered at 9.18pm it kept moving the time. Then the map showed the delivery driver at restaurant then all the way over in Holland. Food is cold.

After the delivery time being changed 3 times it got here. It was just okay. Bacon was very overcooked and dry the mini hash browns were only just warm. The only good nice thing though not hot, was th hot chocolate. Driver was lovely and followed my delivery notes so thank you to her b

The burger was hot and the chips only medium hot, so that they were virtually cold by the time I had finished eating the burger. The delivery driver was very disappointing! i'd only give him one star!
