Arrived frozen. I had to reheat it in the microwave

Food took an hour and a half to arrive, after stating it would take 15-30 minutes. When it finally turned up it was absolutely stone cold.

Good delivery time , but the deliverer parked on my driveway to deliver the food which was a bit strange.

Ordered two meals and they forgot the fries from both meals. So annoying.

Apple was telling me wrong things. had to speak to resturant twice to find out what was going on with my meal. I also asked the resturant to cancel the order via the driver. but it turned up anyway

One triple cheeseburger came with no cheese at all. Milkshake came as a small and not a medium. Burgers were warm though.

Stone cold…. Driver made several other stops in opposite direction.

the drinks bag was leaking when I got it inside. opened it to find the coffee upside down, the 2 fizzy drinks half empty and mixed with coffee and the iced coffee was empty. bag was swimming in liquid. the driver must have driven like a rally driver to cause that much damage!

Probably the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to locations all over the US, UK, Canada and Amsterdam.

missing my quarter pounder burger and dips

The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, same rubbish every night, cold food, no napkins. They have you waiting 10 mins to cook you a fresh burger but then give you cold fries that have been sat in the ‘heater’ for the last hour. Disgustingly run restaurant

not only was my burger wrong, but what I was sent isn't even on the menu! a chicken burger drenched in a sauce that doesnt go with it

It's okay, it's like McDonald's chips aren't as warm as they should be. Had to take them back, got a bit of attitude from the staff, but it's McDonald's. What do you expect?

This store is better than the nearby branch (owned by same franchisee) although they both suffer from lack of staff and bottlenecks, but orders are generally correct and hot (except the fries, McDonalds can't seem to serve hot fries even when straight from the fryer. Nice modern building, always busy but always space to park, prime location too, at its best outside of peak times.

Didn’t bring my sauces. I know it’s not much money but every penny counts.

It took 2hrs to be delivered, in that time we called up the restaurant twice only to find that we were being lied to as there was no courier there. Upon arrival the food was also cold just to add to the misery.

Special mention to the McDonald’s worker who went out of his way to look after us on Sunday lunchtime, he asked whether our dogs would like a drink of water (we sat outside), then offered to put up the sunshade for us. We really appreciated his friendliness, sorry I didn’t get a name.

my food was missing, food was cold, abysmal!

Late as usual but my congratulations to the chef for being able to get a meal delivered where the coke was warmer than the food. Always disappointing but hope springs eternal that order will be correct and arrive at the original stated time.

ordered with a 25 min delivery time. was finally delivered nearly 2 hours later. food was Luke warm at best.

Yet Again missed the toy off the meal cause they couldn't be bothered, not brilliant when you have a tism at home!!

Ordered a meal and some items from here through the drive through, everyone was pleasant but the burger was missing from the meal, so that was nice

Great delivery, really quick, faster than originally quoted, excellent! Unfortunately we only received half a chocolate milkshake and 3/4 of a chocolate milkshake and the other one though.

Considering I was told initially it would be a 25 minute wait and I ended up waiting over an hour, I was not impressed. Left feeling very hungry and disappointed.

Every time I visit this McDonalds I have the best experience. The staff are always so polite. Food is always served very hot, fresh and quickly. I visit this McDonald’s every week it is amazing.

Written by my 11 year old son, after a recent visit: They got a upstairs and the toilets were not too bad a little bit dirty friendly staff parking disabled parking in their large car park 🅿️ they also also have electric charging ports good l recommend it

Visited around 3:30 am today, fries and burger were fresh and piping hot, staff on drive through were really friendly only downside was the nuggets were overcooked. Best McDonald's I have been too I a while

Had a great time here food came out fast and was still hot and I would also like to feature our amazing server Paul. he is an amazing server anytime we come he is always greeting us with a smile and he is very friendly he is never afraid to help us with anything and he is very kind would recommend and Paul needs a raise 🙌🙌

The place it is by does smell which puts you off the food sometimes. fFood is greasy and things are forgotten but alright overall 👌

I ordered 5 items this evening and 2 of the 5 items were missing. I am very disappointed with this order because our main items were missing so we didn’t have a full meal. There were items added to my order which I’m allergic to so that was very disturbing for me. I am extremely upset with this order and will not be ordering from you again and to top it off it was absolutely freezing so had to go straight in the bin due to being so cold so not happy at all and I expect a full refund

Got my food 20 minutes later than expected then the whole lot is freezing cold. Over £15 worth of food freezing cold resorted to being thrown in the bin and I gets offered a £4.33 refund
