All needed food after driving 3 hours nice and quiet early morning

Worst McDonald's I've been to.. if I'd never had a McDonald's before then it would put me off for life! Really cold burger, chips mixed with cold ones.. Burger was thrown together terribly.. I know McDonald's are a bit bad for throwing them together, but I think this one must have been thrown about the cooking area

Really slow service. Ignored at counter. Worst McDonald's I've been to.

Every member of Staff was a pleasure to deal with along with the food being hot and delicious 😋

Stopped here for the best ice cream even better with biscoff crumbs I love the Raspberry sauce flake version.

This place keeps handing out single Sausage & Egg McMuffins when you have ordered and paid for doubles. I know this is an ongoing issue as I’m addicted to them lol. It is annoying having to go back through the drive thru and sit in a queue to get them to fix their mistakes when you are in a rush in the morning. Given them 3 stars because despite this ongoing mistake issue due to either rushing or fatigue, the staff are really nice people.

Went through the drive thru expecting it to be quick and smooth because I was very hungry. Ordered 2 3 chicken select meals and 2 quarter pounders (one with just lettuce and cheese) then we ordered a happy meal and they made us go to the bay to wait so we waited and then they brought the food and there was no happy meal so she went to get it and got the wrong one I was so annoyed at this point so then we went home and on my box it said “only lettuce and cheese” when looking inside it had gherkins and onions in and I DESPISE onions in burgers. The service and quality of the food was disgraceful. The burgers looked like they had been thrown together by a 2 year old. Get better.

So, not only did they mess the order up. It was stone cold when it came. Had to request a refund through uber eats. On top of that, Both boxes of large chips had practically nothing in them. Iv honestly sworn I will never be using the delivery service again. I actually had to order another burger which cost me an additional 3.99 delivery fee. Absolutely never again.

Contender for the worst McDonald's global! It is extremely rare to not have issues at this place in the evenings around 6-7 o'clock. They just can't handle things. Today, they lost complete control of the drive-through. There were 3 waiting and one waiting window, but 6 cars were waiting to stop all cars behind, which backed up to the busy street. I was personally waiting for over 20 minutes. The main reason for this was because the order tickets were being missed and written off, even with people waiting. (I heard the staff talking about it while I was waiting.) The managers here should be ashamed of themselves.

Again food missing from our delivery order. How can you mess up a 4 item order. Because of this location I stopped ordering delivery a few months ago ...I only done collection but from Normandy Way...today I don't had time so I place an order (the app gives me this location as it's closer)and had food missing. I was thinking because it was a new location they need time to implement a system or something...but now they've been open for some time nothing changed. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION

It was almost empty in the drive-through, but we were told to park up. We were given the drink and a mcflurry, and 15 minutes later, the 'hot' food finally turned up. It was luke warm. Of course, the mcflurry was melted. We needed to use the ev charging point, but we won't be going there again for a while. It's a shame because it used to be so good.

Young adults werent very happy inside, didnt tell me they had the suitable dips for my meal until i got to the last window baring in mind they didnt have the item i originally ordered in stock so i had a refund

Used to be good but terrible slow service now. Waited 45 minutes the other day and the food was cold.

Great place to eat, always clean. Views out over the A5 so interesting things to look out at while eating. Ordering easy and food delivered to table speedily and in a friendly manner.

One of the best McDonald’s around for staff friendliness, more than ample amounts of parking, a lift to upstairs seating if you’re unable to manage the stairs, wireless charging and entertainment screens for kids

Went to this Mcdonalds and was very disapointed. On a tuesday night, we waited 20 minutes and watched cars drive round us in the drive through.The drive through was empty on arrival so generally terrible customer service

Bacon was missing from the Bacon and Egg muffin breakfast sandwich. Had to go back and took a long time to get it sorted.

To eat in its fine. Exactly what it says on the tin. To takeaway- not so good. Three or four times we have made an order. Things have been forgotten/missed. The food is smushed into the bags. There's a lack of care and a lack of customer focus and that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when you've spent £40. They get very busy and it always seems to take them by surprise. If you visit here be prepared for a wait.

If you can't order food via app get ready for a long wait for slow food. Drive through and deliver roo. Are prioritized before anyone in the restaurant. Salad boxes obviously invented by a salad Dodger. Lettuce, cucumber &tomatoe if your lucky. 😱

Went with children macchicken sandwich no lettuce and bread was black burnt cheeseburger had no burger and chicken selects cold disgusting so not be allowed to sell food like that and doesn't matter what time you go they never seem to have milkshakes this is worst one every never experienced this at other macdonalds. Went back to this macdonald still poor service went through drivethrough waited ages to be served then waited ages to receive food maybe if the youngsters that worked there actual got on with work instead of talking then people wouldn't have to wait so long. Also never got sauces and half of chips.

Great experience with great food. Be cautious though that the carpark has a 1 hour and 30 minute limit on Only found this out as friend received a fine through the post. There probably is signs but we didn't notice and wouldn't have expected there to be a limit as we bought food and there is a play area there.

We ate upstairs and were immediately greeted and welcomed by a member of staff whom I later found out was Jamie G. Jamie G was working alongside Paul and both members of staff were excellent in every way. They didn’t stop working the whole time we were there, helping people with orders, getting high chairs etc. They were constantly cleaning, emptying bins, acknowledging the children. I overheard them checking in with each other as to whether toilets had been cleaned and checked over. Best customer service I’ve witnessed and had in a long time. 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Need to check every takeaway meal, never seem to get it right, even when you do check, the times we've had the wrong burger, ask for plain, get stuff on it, ask for triple, get double.... only good thing is it's cheaper food.

Overall very poor! Waited over 20 minutes for 2 burgers. No bacon on my burger so sent it back only to get cold bacon straight out of the fridge and put it on my burger! Never again

Incredible service and an excellent breakfast menu

It took so long to get the food it shouldn't have been a surprise that it was only tepid when it arrived, I guess I was hoping it would have been hot as it had been made fresh and maybe that had been the delay. But I suspect it's just something we are all starting to get used to. It may be their range has expanded so that nothing can be made fast any more or held at peek times. Was this deliberate marketing to get them away from the stigma of a fast food restaurant and to attempt to become a "Restaurant". Who knew? Oh and the table phone chargers were not working either.

Thoroughly disappointing. Ordered on the app, collected through the drive thru. After being told to wait in the bay (not unusual) we awaited our meal. 15mins later (how?) the food arrived. We left and parked up to eat, to find half the food was missing and the other half was cold. Back we go to collect the missing food, and realise the sauces we requested had not been included either. I honestly don't know why we return, it's not cheap, the service is terrible and the food always cold.

1 hour and 39 minutes for delivery on Saturday evening. All food came cold, and when you try complaining about them, they just ignore you and do nothing about it. I don't know how the F get 4 star reviews for this incompetent rich corporate?

Food was cold! Chips were hard and crunchy. Staff was nice and understanding and did what he could for us. We then went home but the lift was so slow! The stairs would've been faster. Can't say I'm comming again tho... 😒

Had food from here for the first time today. Food was really good. It was also reasonably hot when I got it home too (McDonald's never really travels exceptionally well). Service was pretty slow, we waited 15-20 minutes from the time of order to collect the food. Overall, apart from the slow service and the fact my Coke didn't taste like Coke (more like Diet Coke, Coke, and Oasis all mixed up together) then I'd recommend this McDonald's!

Solid. Very efficient drive thru. Lots of parking. All new and nice. They've got a couple of EV chargers in the car park too so you can sneak in a McAttack whilst you charge your Kia.

Food is great as normal, long'ish' wait times even in quiet morning period but I don't mind as the food is fresh and not sat in a hot hold, but the music playlist needs changing.. 3 mornings I've been this week and its so depressing, all sad songs, not really what you want when starting your day!

Very, very slow on drive through every single time, no matter what day of the week, and still cold, orders wrong even when asked for things plain! How can you just get just chicken and bun wrong

Food was normal mcd quality food but it was early evening on a Friday and we had to queue to get into the car park before then queuing for the drive through. This could be because the other mcd restaurant in the town is being refurbished but it's not an experience I will repeat in a rush

Truly one of the most useless mcdonalds out there....routinely forgot stuff. This time they forgot 20 nuggets! Absolute clowns......a month later they now forget 4 happy meals. Every time we visit or get a delivery there's missing stuff. Unfortunately they don't care.

Obviously you know what you're getting, but the food is just about warm, service is slow and the queue for the car park backed out into the road.

How you can mess up a simple order of chicken nugget happy meal and 2 double cheese burgers TWICE is beyond me. If I can't do my job I get disciplined, You lot must get promotions as mistakes are so prevalent!

Getting in and parking a nightmare. So busy aswell, found that the more local McDonald's was closed. Plenty of staff but unorganised unfortunately, food was very slow at being served and ice cream was starting to melt.

Absolute shambles of a restaurant. Missing items every time we order, then they try and blame the delivery drivers. Completely inept

Would never normally come here as it's out of my way. I had the opportunity to visit, but out of pure bad luck, the coffee machine had broken down. Food, service, and ambience are tried and tested, but the lack of coffee left a figurative sour taste in my mouth

Poor customer service skills, food lacks flavour and warmth most times, assembled like its been slide on the floor with footy boots on... breakfast used to be good, but those place seems to mush it together and somehow ruin its appearance and taste.... Need better from a not to cheap fast food joint

Due to layout and location I'd avoid at busy times as can be horrendous but off peak is a standard maccies

Drive into the drive thou and waited for nearly 6 minutes before anyone asked for my order! Other side was ok and 3 cars ordered and drove past me with my order not being started I then wasn’t given the drinks we ordered so we waited for a while longer from start to getting food it was 18 minutes and we only had 3 simple fast food meals

Everytime i come to this mcdonalds you queue for pretty much half hour to go round the drive through and they still make u park up why is nothing ever ready. And you need to check your food as there is usually always something missing. Its a joke

A very busy Macdonalds, situated on the A5, A47 junction, on the edge of Hinckley in Leicestershire. At peak times the queues are lengthy, but they don't take long to clear. The staff are generally very friendly and the food is consistently good and warm.

Well, i ordered on a machine and whilst my sister got her order within 5 minutes (keep in mind she bought 3 more things then i did) my order of fries and a drink came 30+ minutes after ordering, as i watch others who only just ordered receive their food. Not only the delay to be received but my order came missing the sources i ordered and the fries were cold. Not an enjoyable experience for me.

Food to the good standard you'd expect. Efficient, polite staff, good pace in the drive through so you don't have to wait an age. App works very well. All good.

Quite slow service, and food was average

Ordered a breakfast to have in, quiet at the time. After 10 mins, noticed cars going through the drive through being served. Decided to ask how long the order would be, virtually ignored as worker moved on to serve another customer. Asked again after they served the customer and she still didn't acknowledge me. I then asked the manager as they passed. It was only then that he got a worker to start preparing the order. I didn't have time to eat then as I had to head to the office, riding a motorcycle too, so no option to take with me. I feel this is getting worse everytime I visit McDonalds now, wherever in the country, whatever time of day.

It's the first Mc Donald's that finally knows how to cook fries. I hope others might follow in the future.🤞

I find it's now getting expensive and smaller portions. I had the new crispy chicken burger but I wasn't impressed. Its fast food so you just pit up with it. I won't rush back to any McDonald's but this one is one of the best. Staff are awesome.
