McDonald's in Southampton

Can't even get an order right .food poorly put together food cold Service is poor .it's like they are forced to work there

Whilst the servers are polite enough, every single time we come to this McDonald’s we have to park up in the drive thru for a good 15-20 minutes wait. The food arrives it’s not hot like it’s fresh either they just prioritise the Uber/Deliveroo customers. Better off paying the extra and going to Burger King up the road!

Mcdonald's is McDonald's food's okay, nothing special. It wasn't particularly clean which wasn't great. However, was nice and quiet at the time we went.

Ordered at 7 didn't arrive till 9 was stone cold milkshake and mcflurrys were water food was to cold to eat

Absolutely rubbish restaurant and service. We ordered food for home delivery and there are items always missing and the food is always cold, when you call the restaurant the staff are always unhelpful and blame the delivery drivers.

Once again they failed to deliver all of our food, tried ringing, but continually ringing DO NOT ORDER from here

I am food delivery... and I feel deeply offended by having to wait a long time for a simple food collection when the food is already ready for delivery. I think the employees are instructed to treat us badly!!! If the franchise owner knew, I'm sure he would send all the employees away from the parking lot. From the manager to the attendant.

Went in drive through not busy at all.

I was advised that the order could take up to 30 mins. It arrived within 10 mins. The food was hot and the delivery driver was great

When placing the order it said it would be 30 minutes it then ended up being delivered an hour and 10 minutes after ordering.

Everything was cold. I even microwaved coffee for 30 seconds and it was still only warm. So disappointing. Maybe you need to use microwaveable bricks to keep food hotter

Only half order received! £73.54 spent and what was delivered was cold also!! Absolutely awful food and service

how hard is it for both burgers to be added to the bag. It wasn't even a big order. stop employing idiots!!!!

there was food missing from my order. The food was over an hour late. what did arrive was stone cold. but its going to be when it dosent arrive on time.

This is such a bad McDonald’s took us an hour to get food and it was so cold and awful staff were so rude and clueless.

I am ordered my breakfast with delivery, and when is my food has arrived , find out my pancake wasn't in the bag! I called the restaurant but nobody picked up , left a voicemail message , sent message on app with the virtual assistant, but nobody contacted me... lost £4.29 for this pancake which I never got. Very dissapointed!!!

Ordered food at half 6 try to call restaurant don’t answer and then gets to half 8 and then they say they have delivered your order but still haven’t received nothing absolutely shocking

This fast food order took 1 hour 45 minutes. I was unable to contact the restaurant or just eat to see if it was coming. I could have cooked a roast dinner quicker!

When I placed the order at around 10pm, the original estimated deliver time was 10.25-40. The estimated delivery time kept goung up. The food was finally delivered at 23.53. The food was cold. The restaurant told me it was ready 40 mins b4 picked up!

normally no dips are sent. today dips are packed in order, but ketchup sent not sweet curry sent, which is what I selected

Got my order wrong (ordered a chicken burger, received beef) and short-changed on my diet coke. Had to ask for a top-up and they didn't fill it fully. Service is lacking.

Popped in on way back from hospital disappointed to find no fries just burgers and chicken nuggets if this is what the government wants then I shall not visit maccys again

Food was freezing cold when it got here and I waited over an hour for it

A quick stop with my 2 boys turned into a 25 minute wait for 3 burgers, there was only one other customer inside . The tables had not been cleared or cleaned from previous meals. The staff especially the manager founds alot of time for horseplay though. No urgency whatsoever! Once we finally sat down the fries were dry and plain . This is not the first time at this McDonald's and by my experience this is by far the worst McDonald's restaurant I have ever visited.

Food tasted good but could have been hotter. If the coffee was any colder there’d have been ice floating around in it. Don’t like the new lid on the coffee cup. It became soggy around the drinking hole and started to collapse and was hard to drink.

food meant to arive between 540pm to 6pm and didn't arive till 613pm!!! my chips are cold and stale and my drink isn't full up anywhere to the top and in addition I received a drink I didn't order.

Placed my order which was acknowledged at 17:09 which only comprised of 2 meals. Arrived at 18:20. Coffee & “Hot” Chocolate was stone cold as was the rest of the food. Had to reheat everything. Even the delivery driver apologized for the lateness and said he had been there for over 45 mins waiting for the meals so he could deliver them. Very disappointed with McDonald’s performance regarding my order. The Black Cat McDonalds in Swaythling is less than a mile away so don’t understand the delay.

Usually when you use the kiosks inside or even order online,the number doesn't match the onscreen number. So, it's really confusing just waiting for the order.

They take forever to complete orders not only that they mess orders up all the time and when you order food online it comes cold and not even warm and the fact the can’t put a bit of pride into the presentation of food when you get it as well they need to aim to work faster when they get online orders so they can get their food warm at least

I don’t have any of my order! I ordered 2 happy meals and a double quarter pounder and received a wrap and drinks thrown everywhere. Tried calling multiple times with no answer!! Absolute joke and kids are upset
