Great service from the drive thru.

Busy in the drive thru. The cheeseburger was good. The double cheeseburger was pretty good. The double quarter with cheese was good but a bit dry

A nice mcdonalds. Got your food quickly. Atmosphere was a bit off but nothing that the manager didn't sort out

Marked in down because I visited at 7.30 for breakfast and the place was untidy in need of cleaning. Tomato sauce on floor as I walked and grubby .. had a bacon and egg muffin which the muffin was dried out. Under heat lights too long ! The printer on the touch screen was hanging loose. Could be a H&E issue for little fingers. Just generally felt unclean and scruffy.

Always good service from here, by far better than Hedge End. Here, you get treated as if you are wanted as a customer.

It's a McDonald's. It was what I was expecting. Well run. Really weird dining room layout, but it's in an old building.

I bought a large meal and it came with a large drink bit when I took the lid off my drink I found a medium cup inside my large cup my step mum had the same thing with her large drink so I payed for a large drink but actually got a medium

The worst Mcdonalds I've experienced consistently. The only reason we keep using it is because it's 24 hours, and everytime we get food we believe it might be different, but it's not. Whether you walk in, go to the drive through, or order usind food apps, something is always wrong. The wait is extremely long always, food is cold more often than not and items are always missing or not prepared as instructed. Believe it or not, more than once, we have ordered the philly CHEESE stack from here only for it to contain no cheese at all. Very poor. Would not recommend unless desperate. One in shirley is much better

At about 10:40pm , toilet was closed not allow to be used by customers (from chris, shift manager ), while customers still in the restaurant eating and ordering food . Very disappointed .

Visited the drive through a few times recently and not been disappointed… order correct, including straws ketchup and napkins. The drive through guy is amazing and should be an inspiration to others.

Disgusting food. My daughter got food poisoning from the chicken burger. We went to the drive through in Southampton, on the journey home to Bournemouth, and but the time she got home, she was throwing up all night. Would never go there again.

This macdonalds is high-tech. All orders done via screens. Then food served from a hatch. The epitome of self service with no employees. Next McDonalds may even cook my AI machines and use robots.

Turn up at the right time of night and you'll see all the rats scurrying in and out of the bait boxes!! Definitely a family living in one of them. I've named the parents Burger King and Colonel Kentucky

We waited FORTY MINUTES. Food came out cold. Did not get proper portions either. Manager could not give a toss, and food all over the floor. Avoid at all costs.

Food was freezing cold asked for no onions but had onions so ruined my daughters dinner

If it wasn't for the staff here this place does my head in, the amount of times it's closed for the night is beyond me, got a smiley man giving you your food and a chatty more mature man taking your money and takes time to chat, like I say the staff are great 👍

What to say it's a Macdonald's? Some unusual decor that looks like building refurbishment but isn't. Still pricey compared to a Weather spoons breakfast.

My food arrived very cold and so did my hot drink so wasn’t able to drink them the delivery took ages and my food was most likely sat up for a while

Alright as far as McDonald’s goes. Seating area is a bit small, and it’s not the nicest McDonald’s ever but it’s okay, no reason to avoid it.

order 6a1e3, missing 2 large fries, 3 white chocolate raspberry pie, came in 2 large sealed bags but goods not inside. i suggest avoid this branch as after a hour ringing them no answer and gave up. as a buisness this is terrible and there is no customer service as no one answers. i expect a lot more from McDonald's very very disappointed

As a delivery driver, picking up from this McDonald’s is a frustrating experience every single time. Orders are never ready on time, and we’re left standing around waiting while customers get impatient. Instead of prioritizing online orders, they seem to focus only on walk-in customers, leaving drivers stuck for 20–30 minutes (or longer) for a simple order. The worst part? There’s no proper system in place to manage Uber Eats and other delivery app orders efficiently. Staff often seem disorganized, and even after waiting ages, orders sometimes still aren’t ready or are missing items, which just makes things worse for both the driver and the customer. If you’re a fellow delivery driver, avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting time and losing out on earnings. And if you’re a customer, don’t expect your food to arrive quickly.it’s not the driver’s fault, it’s McDonald’s terrible handling of orders.

The beef is all broken into pieces food cold asf and only from down the road either make fresh food and keep it hot or get new workers food is discussing never ordering from here again and you guys used to be better than Burger King but you got to keep up with your reputation as a clown clowns don’t beat kings so get fcking better

Extremely slow at breakfast. Waited at least 20 mins (time was printed on the order and I got it 22mins later) and a few people were starting to get annoyed / ask to cancel their order. Need to get a move on it's soooooo slow. Food wasn't that great either. Cold after all that time. But was already home so couldn't complain. The receipt machine didn't work either so can't complain using that... probably done on purpose.

Missing items as per usual from this poor excuse of a McDonald’s. I’m not entitled for a refund even though my son’s burger was missing along with Mozzarella dippers. It’s literally a simple job to put the food into a bag, my 10 year old son could do a better job than half the staff working here.

Worst mc Donald's is southampton. If you like your food warm dont even bother. They make ever drive through customer park up and wait. By the time the staff member who job it is to deliver the food to you finally finds your car as they are guessing most the time looking around like the are lots your food is cold and horrible and they dont like it when you dont want to park up or go back to ask for warm food. Not sure what their problem is but maybe they need better training or managment to run effeciantly as the fast food was inteneded to operate. I have seen 3rd world countries mc Donald's operate with better efficiency.

It’s McDonalds so the food is consistent, but it has to be the worst experience in there. Always so slow, takes forever to get your order, and even then its wrong. Very dirty inside aswell

I’m disappointed with my recent order. I was told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes, but after an hour, it was still marked as “prepared”. The only updated were delays, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. It would have been better to cancel the order than to deliver it in such poor condition. I hope you can improve your service.

The delivery kept changing making it longer and longer. When the food did turn up, it was stone cold and missing a bacon double cheeseburger, so I am left hungry after a meal that's cold and late. really pi*sed off tbh. Yeas I'll get a refund for the missing item, but that's no consolation tonight when I'm hungry after this cold meal.

Mcdonald's is McDonald's food's okay, nothing special. It wasn't particularly clean which wasn't great. However, was nice and quiet at the time we went.

Whilst the servers are polite enough, every single time we come to this McDonald’s we have to park up in the drive thru for a good 15-20 minutes wait. The food arrives it’s not hot like it’s fresh either they just prioritise the Uber/Deliveroo customers. Better off paying the extra and going to Burger King up the road!
