Food has not arrived after waiting nearly an hour

This was the first time my food has arrived WARM, so a big thank you goes 2 the we lady that delivered it, THANK YOU 😊

No curry dip food was cold no one puts in effort for people’s money

Cold inedible food. Ice cream was melted and spilled everywhere

ordered a large filling of fish burger got a standard. The food was cold and the coffee was Luke warm. Charged for large meal which I didn't receive. Totally disappointed

they sent the wrong vegan burger, which has ingredients the person who ordered it is intolerant to, so they couldn't eat the rest of the order was correct and made well though

I've been to this a few times, and all have them have been a disappointment. Today was no exception. I ordered the limited edition shamrock milkshake, and as you can see, it wasn't even full. Ordered two, and both weren't the same. The ice cream is also a disappointment, either not working or just bland and boring. Next time, just be going to Sainsbury's and buy a small tube from the freezer. Kid (staff) just messing around, kicking boxes of food (burger buns) around near a fridge, and most of them just stood talking to friends who come in the say Hi. The seating area was relatively clean and no mess on tables. Just seems like the kitchen needs a kick up the.....

Order was right and the courier Was a nice guy

how is it McDonald's are unable to employ workers with a brain ? the food is ok, but the employees are thick or most likely brain dead, McDonald's would be far better off training a monkey to do the job as the humans who work there can never get a order right.

normally my food is Luke warm or not the best but lately it's delivered hot and no issues. had the same polite delivery guy the last few times too which is great to see.

Really bad tecueved drinks but no food. So my child is still hungry. How do you olace an order recieve drinks but no food???

My food was cold also missing a wrap it was on the the receipt but never arrived

Every single time I order from here the order it's wrong. Always missing at least one item if not more. Definitely will change the restaurant. Have a nice day!

The rider didnt deliver the food, i explained to him how to get to my address and he stood shouting at me through the railings on the road then updated that the food was delivered

The order was ok but no sauce what so ever and no straws with the drinks . Even though the sauces are free they should come with the order. Whats the point in asking if you want sauce when you don’t send them

Driver is quick and professional! However MC missed 2 items

the 2cheeseburgers were a disgrace and inedible they were burnt cold and looked like they had been sitting there since lunchtime our order was not cheap and I did expect better food than that.

Extremely fast preparing and delivery, food still fresh and warm, great service.

Delivery driver arrived very fast, great service. They forgot the ketchup sachets unfortunately but still, everything was nice and fresh.

Ordered the food and McDonald’s put the wrong burger in that’s the only thing I can fault them on. Asked for only onion and they put a normal double cheese burger. Then when the delivery man got here my drink and spilled everywhere all over the food bag so the food was wet and I had no drink. He didn’t even an apologies just kept saying it’s okay ask for a refund. Absolute joke I want a full refund

How do you fail to run a McDonalds? I waited 90 minutes, 90 MINUTES!!! The only reason I waited so long was the curiosity of how long it will actually take them, but will never know the answer cause I never ended up getting my stuff Wish it was possible to give food a 0 stars sinced I couldnt even get it. Im now waiting on a refund which I dont even expect theyll follow through with... McDonalds is now on my personal blacklist cause their services are just becoming shit the more and more they try and act like theyre anything other than a fast food place...

There are simply no words to describe how awful this McDonald's is. Staff wandering aimlessly around paying no attention to customers or the sizeable queue that had built up at the counter & then, when we were actually acknowledged, it was like we were an inconvenience to them?! And don't even get me started on what was supposed to be the restroom!

5 pound credit for 20 pound worth of freezing cold food , just eat is a disgrace and so are the drivers

Missed half my order, took 20 mins to get food then when driving back and picking up the rest of my food no apology just got thrown the food. Just go to walton or Kensington the service here is always shocking.

driver got food out of car front seat with no heat insulated bag, food very cold!! driver also not a good attitude!! mcDonald's standards are low anyway, but 1 burger looked like it had literally been stood on!
