Everything was perfect the food the time the quality only down side once again failed to send ketchups

Extremely fast preparing and delivery, food still fresh and warm, great service.

FOOD COLD DONT DARE SAYBFOOD WAS COOKED AND DELIVERED IN UR TIME SCALE STOP WRAPPING COOKED FOOD IN BROWN PAPER BAGS THAT STOPPED IN THE EARLY 80S YA MUPPETS

Messed my order up again they are incompetent

Ordered the food and McDonald’s put the wrong burger in that’s the only thing I can fault them on. Asked for only onion and they put a normal double cheese burger. Then when the delivery man got here my drink and spilled everywhere all over the food bag so the food was wet and I had no drink. He didn’t even an apologies just kept saying it’s okay ask for a refund. Absolute joke I want a full refund

Delivery driver arrived very fast, great service. They forgot the ketchup sachets unfortunately but still, everything was nice and fresh.

Food was cold and coke was spilled all over bag so only had 1/2 cup

The delivery man was extremely friendly and kind he is a credit to your company. Please treat your delivery people well without them you have no business. X

There are simply no words to describe how awful this McDonald's is. Staff wandering aimlessly around paying no attention to customers or the sizeable queue that had built up at the counter & then, when we were actually acknowledged, it was like we were an inconvenience to them?! And don't even get me started on what was supposed to be the restroom!

Missed half my order, took 20 mins to get food then when driving back and picking up the rest of my food no apology just got thrown the food. Just go to walton or Kensington the service here is always shocking.

5 pound credit for 20 pound worth of freezing cold food , just eat is a disgrace and so are the drivers

driver got food out of car front seat with no heat insulated bag, food very cold!! driver also not a good attitude!! mcDonald's standards are low anyway, but 1 burger looked like it had literally been stood on!

Arguing over handing food over due to code

We ordered 3 meals we never got any drinks with r order we also order McFlurry n it never came aswell

Wait was ok, food was ok but fries were undercooked. Ate in and had to use fire exit around the side cos it was after 8pm, I assume there’s anti social behaviour problems. Wasn’t able to access much of downstairs and nothing of upstairs and so was forced to sit by cold draughty door. While here, very large miserable looking security guard who barely said a word to anyone just started at us while we were eating, not a great experience. Also, member of staff was mopping around where we were standing and sitting even going over my shoes!

I didn’t receive my full order and I haven’t received my refund yet

Quite a poor experience, as my partner and i walked through an area of the lobby we were told the area was closed for cleaning, this was only at 7pm so there was no valid reason for us not to be able to sit there especially when it was relatively busy inside. Condiment stations were placed in the way of exits from a section of the lobby which isn’t entirely safe. Staff in general seemed quite dismal especially the lobby staff

ordered a 5 piece chicken select meal and received 12 cheese bites in a chicken select box!!!!

I’m absolutely pissed about my recent experience at your McDonald's. The hygiene was beyond disgusting! I saw staff putting their hands in bins, blowing their noses, and then handling food like it was no big deal. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health risk! On top of that, I waited three hours just to speak to someone about my concerns, and it wasn’t even busy! When I finally got to someone, the security guy was rude and refused to let my 12-year-old sister in with me. I’m 21 years old, and expecting me to leave her outside alone is just ridiculous! I demand that you take this seriously because this kind of treatment and lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve better!!!

I always order the McSpicy, and it’s my go-to! But when I ordered a Happy Meal, I was disappointed because there was no toy, and they didn’t even put it in the proper Happy Meal box!

I always go drive through here and it’s always amazing. Truly the best McDonald’s in Liverpool. The staff are lovely and so friendly! Food it’s always fresh and hot. Crispy fries too! Definitely recommend if your nearby

Got order totally wrong then severed fries with a hair in them and the Mcplant had no salad in it, guess what McDonald's the clue is in the title it's a mcplant. Clueless to say the least. Won't be using this outlet again

Awful, get my order wrong online every time, went the drive through and my order didn’t arrive. Went inside to ask to speak to manger and the guy kept telling me NO. Even though she was stood right there, then they were both talking bout it in front of me to the point where I had to shout, he was arguing with me to the point where I had to shout louder. Got my refund. Avoiding that place forever now.

delivery driver dumped litter from his justeat bag onto my step, he dumped drink trays, a drink and mcdonalds bag onto my step and even poured the drink out onto my step. how is this allowed ??? never again

Delivery time changed but courier managed to get here 5 minutes early. Fries were cold. Big Mac thrown together so not together. Wish they’d take more care preparing these things so they’ll look a little more like the ads.
