I thought this was a fast food restaurant it’s not staff are so rude and so slow. Staff being payed to chat not work. Man on till swearing his head off load enough to hear. People who finished there shifts where talking to the people who where it’s a disaster. My Food was sitting on the side stone cold for 30 minutes got it re made but still stone cold, not good enough sorry. Waiting 40 minutes after a long day at work. Would not go here again used to love it know hate it.

No idea what the food or service was like as it was closed. This is supposed to be 24hours so why was it closed?? This is the 4th time this has happened. No sign up to say why. It was about 1.30am so not happy after a long journey!! Maybe they could comment as to why they close a 24hr restaurant?!

Nightmare, over an hour to get out. Too much traffic for a badly congested area.

Went there this evening , waiting in the outside lane for 15 minutes while others cars went through the drive through, asked for burger with no pickles and got extra pickles and got the steakhouse stack burger and it was dry as anything, tons of salad but no sauce in it and the burger was tough as old boots like it had been sat around for hours

Never ever get drive through orders right… 7 times and counting

If i could give 0 stars I would terrible place cant even get all your food delivered to you missing 30 pounds worth didn't even get my food and half the rest is missing jokers is it really that hard to give someone the correct amount of what they ordered 😡

McDonald's is a place for a stepping stone to a better career whilst at university. The food is herendous as the burgers are flat and look old. Cannot understand why people eat this "food" 😕.

Don't order delivery, you never get straws or sauces with your order

Wow, as if I thought this branch could get any worse. Not only do they forget your food in-store, they also forget it in a Mcdelivery. Ordered £30 worth of food for 3 of us, food arrived over half an hour later stone cold, chips tasted stale and a large coke was half full and tasted flat. We were also missing 1 side & dips which we paid £4 for. If you're thinking of ordering for delivery, think again! Certainly won't be ordering from here again.

I only wanted a mcflurry, yes the machine was working!! My friends ordered food. It's McDonalds people, does what it says on the tin. I do customise my burgers to have no lettuce or tomatoes if it's a gourmet burger. They always get it right

I was served a desert pie that should have been thrown in the bin 5hrs before according to the label. I was served by Amila when I complained she just threw another one on the counter. I said is that it, no apology? She replied it's not my problem I didn't give it to you with. Absolutely disgusting attitude considering i was served out of date food. I was also served a maltesers mc flurry with no topping, she would not replace that eather

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Whenever you are visiting late at night, they make excuses that their card machine isn't working and can't take payment for 25 minutes. This has happened twice now. I went tonight and my fries were just plonked in the bag, not even in the box.

Of all the McDonalds you’ll go to, this is the worst run. There’s always something not right when you get your food, the drive thru service is the worst of any. They’re a very busy franchise but somehow your fries are never fresh and almost always a short measure. It doesn’t get better with the burgers either, inconsistent saucing and you’re lucky if the patties are actually between the buns. If you go here, something in your bag will not be right, one burger will be hot and your chips and other burger will be luke warm where they just bag the chips and burger and it sits there getting cold while they wait for the final burger to be made. It’s poorly organised line cooking. It’s honestly worth taking the extra 13 minutes and driving to Chichester.

I went there yesterday morning and the drive thru was cordoned off again om done with that macdonalds always queues , staff slow start stop they need to sort it out

Lady told me to join the back of the que if I want to amend my order. Burgers missing sauce, fries missing salt, drink missing ice. No pies, no McFlurry, no milk shakes, and it took 30 mins to finally get our food. The worst McDonalds I’ve been to, and I’ve eaten in Mcsonalds in 12 countries 😂

Went to Arundel last night around 7.15pm to find how disgusting it was in there…… don’t get me started on the toilets….. looks like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks…… the restaurant was also terrible with every table filthy and badly needed cleaning …. Chips, bread, tissues all over the floor and all the bins including outside were overflowing ….all our food was cold, luke warm at best and took over 20 mins to arrive…. On a plus side I did have time to get wipes from my car to clean my table ….yes I could have sent it back and said my food was cold but couldn’t wait another 20 mins….I know it’s a busy restaurant but unfortunately Arundel you will never get my business …. JUST EAT AND UBER EATS HAVE RUINED RESTAURANTS

Thankfully customised orders have been correct each time, hence the second star. But dips seem to always be out of stock here as have never had any supplied with nuggets/selects/dippers (the menu items that should have them and were added in the order).

Ordered of just eat and the staff can't get a simple order right and send it. It's absolutely shocking. And then when you ring to complain you get a person who is so rude was they try to pass the blame onto just eat when it's the mcdoonalds staff that has made the order wrong

Always some kind of problem with this McDonalds! It's either something missing, cold food, burnt and dry food.. you name it, Crossbush has done it wrong. Ordered a Minecraft meal, they didn't put in my collectible (and Minecraft meal costs more than regular BigMac meal, so I paid for the collectible!), drink had ice in it when I ordered without ice. Fries are cold 9 times out of 10 Do not recommend.

Make you wait long enough my god… never get the order right

Ordered a delivery. Didn’t get half my order. By time I opened up the bag the Uber eats driver had left. Can’t get hold of driver. Can’t get hold of McDonald’s, you phone and it just says line is busy. No way of contacting through the app. Wasted money.

For a fussy person that dislikes sauce and pickles and always requests my food without to get home taking a bite to find my food covered in sauce and with pickle despite my request when I raised this all I got was a sorry I then said if I was allergic and had a reaction a sorry would be to late. Please check your food before you eat if you have any allergies.

Absolutely rubbish we have been coming to this McDonald's for years and over the last year we have had nothing but issues with food being cold given the wrong stuff or food missing would not recommend at all

Just ordered my food and didnt get chips

I have ordered from here multiple times and every time there has been an item or items missing don't order from here it's shocking.

By far the worst experience I have had in a retail establishment. All the so called manager cares about us delivery orders and the drive through ignored the fact that cars were queuing and blocking the slip road. Terrible!!!

Waited in queue for drive through for 40 minutes. They are to concerned with serving uber eats drivers. Once you drive away there is always something missing from order

First order point didn’t work, over 20 minute wait for an order of 3 items and only 8 nuggets (should have been 9) in box. Iced Drink made long before order was ready. Most of the Staff have zero sense of urgency. Very Poor and not fast food.

Normal macdonalds, hold your nose when entering toilets

Every time I order on Uber eats there are always missing items! Last time they missed a big Mac burger from a burger meal & I said I wouldn't order again but my son really wanted one today & today they missed a big Mac burger again! Which was part of a meal! & 20 chicken nuggets!!! Why does this happen every single time?????

Delivery is awful...... inside is ok but the staff are always so unorganised and flustered.

Pretty slow service here most of the time. A lot of deliveries going out seems to take priority.

Folk criticise such fast food places but they provide exactly what you should expect. You want Haute cuisine, pay their prices. Place was very busy with many school children at the time of my visit but the staff coped. Yet again the Instavolt chargers worked; one of the two was available, a Tesla on the other. Surprising at Instavolt prices (almost double). Anyway I'd no trouble once I realised my CCS was not on the driver's side as promised. Managed to stretch the anaconda cable across, since it was just long enough. Enjoyed their McChicken. One of the easiest charging places on this area.

Chips were luke warm burgers ok.

Went to the drive through service. It was pouring with rain. The drive through branches into 2, I chose the one on the inside lane. I waited and waited. The other lane was moving, 5 cars have finished their ordering. I was stuck, so was the car behind me. They moved lane and managed to placed their order. I hit fed up of waiting so I horned. A young man came and took my order eventually. What happened for that delay, I’m not sure. As I went to collect my order, the roof definitely fell short. When I wind down to collect my order, rain poured in. That was not the worse, the staff working inside were chatting away. Just when I thought it was my collection, I wind down my window in anticipation only to find, it’s not my order. This puzzle continued for 3 window ‘wind downs’. I was wet, my car was wet. The guys chatting inside are dry. Hence, they don’t really care. Really disappointed with this branch.

Recently ordered on just eat and ordered extra mayo in my mayo chicken and ordered extra sauce in my cheese burger hahaha I have to laugh really... as I got all the extra sauce in the wrong burger. Come on guys you get it this wrong. Oh I didn't get any salsa sauce with my mozzarella bits as well.

I love when you are made to feel like a massive inconveniences when using a restaurant of any kind. But this was a special kind of service ! How dare I ask for more fries because you didn't even fill the carton half way. The look on your face was everything and the snatch out of my hands made me want to ring your neck. As I was with my son I stayed calm. The fries came back looking like the advertisement picture?. (How they should look) we sit down and I put my fries in my big mac box like most do. I then look at the burger and think to myself what a sad looking burger the big mac has become. But mine was extra sad because they only put one patty in it. So I take it back up to the counter where Mr happy sees me and turns his back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I show the lady my food she also looks inconvenienced and throws the burger and fries away. Gives me a new big mac after about a 6 min wait. I then have to ask for the fries that you through away. I get both and sit down to eat. My son who hates pickles has his big mac and he has no fewer than 9 pickles (we did not order this) he ended up not wanting his burger. Great job mcds Arundel.

Ordered for delivery, a medium sized meal and a cookie. The driver that delivered insisted on taking my delivery number before he opened his food bag, he then proceeded to hand me one small, very light bag. I asked him where the rest was, he said this is what the restaurant gave him, he asked them if there was anymore as seemed weird, they advised no just the one bag. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and to call McDonald’s to redeliver. McDonald’s didn’t answer and you can’t call just eat. I had to send an email and order from elsewhere. I’ve provided photo proof that I got 1 small empty bag (attached) and they have refused any refund, or to replace my order. I spoke to Megan the manager at McDonald’s today who was about as useless as the letter G in lasagne. All she kept repeating was ‘we can’t refund delivery’s’ even when I asked her to just replace the meal I didn’t get and I could collect (just want my damn good at this point). She had no resolution apart from speak to just eat, who don’t seem to have a contact number. I felt Megan was rude and very unhelpful, didn’t seem to be any other manager that could help. Overall I’m pissed off I’ve spent £14 and received no food on a Saturday night and now both companies (just eat and McDonald’s) are being completely useless. I know it’s a McDonald’s issue as I can see on the bag what the order should have, and it says just a cookie!? I ordered a whole meal and then you bring me a sealed empty bag.

Fries are always cold, my kids love going Mac D’s but please can you just give us warm fries! I’ve asked so many times and when I go back in it’s a frosty reception so now I don’t.

I stay here regularly. When i have dinner, i have had no issues. What so ever.

Drive-thru speed has improved. The atmosphere is better. Service quicker, food hotter.

our my flurry was not delivered I ordered 2 maltesser and 2 Oreo mc flurry but it did not come along with our order

order was suppose to turn up at 12.30. the currier was at restaurant on time but food was made late. and my food was cold. ice-cream melted.

The quality of the food was great but by the time it was delivered, it was nearly cold. I tracked the delivery driver and could see where he was. Either he had other deliveries before he got to me or he had trouble finding me

Delivery time was changed arrived 20 mins late over almost 1 hour. the food was cold and not one dip delivered for 20 nuggets even though 4 were ordered. Extremely disappointed , annoyed. Won’t order again

No mustard, pickles or onion in BDCB chips were not warm, had to reheat them. Both burgers was a tiny bit warm, when usually warmer. Only one straw provided, I'm sure ALL McDonalds staff know by now that one straw isn't enough for a milkshake

Was supposed to be 15-30 minutes, ended up being an hour. All food was cold, strawberry milkshake had no strawberry whatsoever.

As usual standard but 1 ordering screen froze and would not continue order and next one would not print a receipt and collection code. If they want to save on staff then the ordering technology needs to work, reliably and at all times.

There is ALWAYS something missing with my order, this time it was EVERY single meals chips. How can they get this wrong every time!!!

Food was ok but added extra to the order to get the free item and then paid more service charges when I could have got what I wanted from McDonald’s delivered as didn’t get the free nuggets anyway- which was probably McDonald’s fault but not the point and I paid extra for that

Our dips were missing again. Whilst the food itself is good, we've had many instances where food items are missing, or dips. It's very frustrating. Unfortunately we won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

It was abysmal, food was dry. Chips were soggy. Inedible. Burgers were squashed. Worded maccies I’ve ever had!!!! Wish I’d walked.
