Cold food slow service what we have come to expect from McDonald's

24 hour drive through. Very slow service, poor attitude from staff.

Mcdonald's is certainly going down hill

Arrived 30 minutes before closing and told by the guy at the drive thru intercom there was a problem with the intercom we need to wait 10-15 minutes. They then didn't come back and locked the restaurant doors, and ignored us as the drive thru window. If you can't be bothered to serve us just say, don't tell us to wait & waste our time. Mean spirited behaviour.

Sent the wrong delivery TWICE...refused to deliver the correct items or refund. What a joke.

This particular branch of McDonald’s keep leaving items off my orders. I went to their branch to get my missing burger but not only did I not get an apology or refund or burger, I got awful customer service from their “manager”. AVOID THIS BRANCH.

The delivery driver drove miles in the opposite direction before coming to me, he obviously had other deliveries to do first. Food was stone cold. Missed lots of items. All in the bin, non eaten

Mc Donald’s missed half our order out , will not be ordering again

Order was lukewarm, we ordered no cheese and cheese was on the order and the coffee was not in a holder so was spilled by the time it was delivered. Just eat refunded but frustrating.

Drive-thru speed has improved. The atmosphere is better. Service quicker, food hotter.

Food was cold, and basically inedible, time frame kept changing

food was completely cold, the driver wasn't long from food leaving till arrived. pretty sure my order had been bagged up and not kept hot so the 20mins until the courier arrived meant everything was completely cold. No way this was prepared when courier got there, there would still of been some warmth to my food. totally not loving it. totally chucked it all in the bin. not the couriers fault, even the HOT chocolate drink wasn't HOT!

The entire order was freezing cold had to microwave everything! Fries ended up horrible! Also they left the Phili Cheese stack burger out of the order! Honestly, a pile of ****!!

theres item.on my order missing and wrong as i order 1large philly burger and 1 medium bu i recieved 2 medium even i paid for large i order 2 apple pie i onky recieved 1 i order large hot chocolate i recieved a regular one but i paid correctly

I don't know what you sent there, but the wrap that arrived was terrible and not tasty. I don't want to order delivery anymore, that's for sure.

my order never arrived and said on the status that it had arrived ..phone the restaurant to which all I got was contact just eat ..very frustrated that someone has took the order which my kids were so excited and waiting for after a good day of my lil girls birthday so not happy at all then u got to wait ages for ur money back when ur on the bread line like most of the country !!!

Moped rider went to littlehampton with my order before coming to me in Goring. Food was stone cold.

Porridge was awful/luke warm, even on their 2nd attempt. Coffee was scalding thoug!

I spent £52 and my meal was missing. A chicken mcsandwich meal.

Food did not turn up. Only the coffee. Phoned the restaurant who advised the driver left without the food.

Missed 2 expensive burgers from order. Two fifths of the price worth of food. Incredibly disappointed and still no information on refund. Would not recommend ordering McDonald’s from this store. They suck.

Food came freezing cold. Chips and burger were like cardboard. Cheese wasn’t even put in the burger properly, half hanging out and stuck to the box. I also asked for two large cokes but given two diet cokes instead.

The place is dirty. No seating and front of house woman rude. The staff are always up for an argument just stand and chat no work

spilt coffee, cold food,missing dips,drink, straws and napkins. happening more often. delivery driver was rude & didn't listen to an answer when he asked for the code. Then went & left the torn soggy drinks bag in the front garden! I think McDonald's staff might need to pick their game up. It's not cheap for a takeaway anywhere now, but when you do a treat ,that is what it should feel like.

It was delivered quickly. Food was warm and very tasty.

lady that delivered was fast snd actually gsve all the order over unlike the guy on the motorbike yesterday.

drinks had been spilt and this caused them to leak into the milkshakes and the bag was soggy and the straw were soaked and stucked together so couldn't be used, absolutely awful

they keep forgetting straws and dips I don't want to eat dry fries 🍟 I want my dips for a reason is it that hard to remember the order in front of them? maybe slow down a bit I'm fine with waiting a little longer so I can have the order how I've asked for it

Delivered an hour late and completely cold.

Only reliable item we got were our drinks. Our McCrispies had an odd taste, even though we asked for sauces, we didn’t receive any aside from the salsa dip with the mozzarella sticks. Spending on how serious you are with the Monopoly tickets, you won’t receive any outside of the ones on your burger box, for some reason everything doesn’t have the tickets on them. Was a disappointing drive home.

watched the driver for over an hour, he drove passed. Got the delivered message but the food didn't arrive.

food item was missing, refused refund even though the driver had another bag and didn't give it to me (said it was his bag) could have been the missing items or didn't put them, boxes of food were wet and falling to pieces covering food in sloppy cardboard. I will be using there own app next time as when uber eats delivers it they take more care of your food, probably because they charge extra for delivery but if it all turns up in one piece it's worth it

New girl on the ordering at Chichester drive in ! Does not listen properly and butt's in when you are trying to order. Most surprising for macdonalds and irritating. Sack her.

Disgusting... Worst McDonald's I've been too, partially cooked bacon, in fact nearly raw, served in breakfast muffin - thrown in the bin, as it was a takeaway. Complained online, but NO reply

Did drive thru. No milkshakes. Told wait 5 min for meal. No parking spaces left. That was a sign! Had to park across rd by lorry park... waited. Told man at boith where we were parked... waited. Went back to cut a long story short.nocar spaces as people were waiting 25 min plus! Inside looked busy. Staff were not on go fast as myself and several other customers were standing waitingfor our food. Asked for refund . Guy swerved our request saying food was coming . ( one lady had young children in the car + had been waiting ages,) Personally if i was the manager i would have closed the drive thru down . Sorted out the customers in cars. Then re grouped before re opening.●get your staff to be honest!! If its 15 min wait tell them at the ordering point !!!! It was a terrible service. When eventually the food arrived. we got to our destination to eat it. It was wrong order..... will not be returning .

Easily the worst MacDonalds I have visited in terms of service, it's slow, you are ignored, items come out wrong. It comes down to really poor management and organisation. The just eat/deliveroo drivers expect preference over visiting customers, the seem to be given it, they all stand in front of the counter waiting, which makes it impossible to get served if you need to approach the till area. It really is a very poor experience from what you expect from MacDonalds.

Absolute joke for customer service. You order a delivery well within the time, 2 drivers down and nothing. Call the restaurant they don't want to know/ sounded like they couldn't be bothered. No food and have paid. Literally disgusting service!!

as usual the staff at MacDonalds mess up again!!!! Big Mac meal with fanta....big Mac and an oasis.....that's it.... even on the drive thru they still mess up!!!!... can't remember the actual last time I got a perfect order that was hot from just eat as well.... I'm getting fed up with it

no srars at all food cold chips under cooked coke flat so all round terrible food and over 1 hr later than first told . this is the second time its been terrible service when odered macds really bad service.

McDonald’s sent me the wrong order.

this is my 3rd McDonald's order via just eat & yet again I'm missing parts of my order my last order the parts I was missing I complained about too but this order I'm missing 3 items to be precise 2 brownies & 1 cookie & I'm getting p****d off with this happening as waiting for the refunds to go in is not the best option when you place a order which includes items for a child that doesn't understand they can't have what they ordered as the store or driver will not redeliver the missing items

Why is it so hard for McDonalds to put the sauces in that you order. There’s a ticket on the front of the bag saying you’ve ordered them yet they leave them out. Very annoying.

This was absolutely disgusting food got delivered the drinks split all over the food and McFlurry and delivery drive just handed it over like it was fine it’s was dripping all over my carpet and couldn’t eat any of the food as it was soaking wet from the drinks im very disappointed

order meal at 5.30 pm saying it would be bout 25-35 mins. Order was accepted and then said it would be 6.20 and then kept changing getting later and later. Turned up at 6.50pm. And of course was all cold.

This McDonald's is just terrible. Absolutely terrible. Food came 1 hour after it should've, and it came all cold. I ordered before but they refunded it for some odd reason, took me three tries just to get my order to go through.

Well situated fast food restaurant near a hotel, petrol station and a Greggs. Just off the main road above Arundel. Very popular.

Drive thru ordering was OK. But the food orders were taking a long time which created a grid locked traffic situation as they instructed you to park and wait. We had to chase up our order after 15 minutes and seeing others after us getting theirs. Staff were having to go from car to car to find who the orders were for. When we did get ours it was cold, so can only assume it had sat for a while before being packed and brought to us. We visited on Friday evening.

Absolutely awful service from this shop. Orders are frequently missing items and today we got the completely wrong order delivered. This service isn’t good enough.

Missing items again!! And not just one or two things, whole meals, a share box and extras I ordered. Absolutely will not be ordering from here again as this happened last time and when speaking to the restaurant, they blamed the driver.

Various items missing as usual, and someone in the restaurant thought it would be hilarious to drop the dip pots actually into the McFlurries, which is the sort of thing a 5yo would think funny. Do better.
