Long waiting about 20min. Food not so good

Awesome, helpful staff, allowed me to use disabled toilet and helped me with the lift for the upper floor eating area. Great staff, great food.

Cold fries like not even luke warm and rock hard Toilet closed for cleaning so had to use disabled

Winter cold with ice chilled drink and Mc Fish burger....... Would recommend this combo

Honestly I’m really disappointed after 2 hours of waiting for food its cold and I asked for no relish sauce or cheese, relish all over it and you can see where they scraped off the cheese and considering it is round the corner shouldn’t be cold

Yet again. No dips. Everytime we order from here something is either wrong or missing. I do honestly wonder how some of the staff here manage to get up, dressed and find their way to work! Abysmal!

It's McDonalds, so what can you say? The food is generally OK, the place is usually fairly clean and tidy, the service could be better at times (or at least friendlier) and the toilets... The toilets could definitely be much improved! We have used this branch quite a lot over the past few years as a stop over on our travels and the one consistent feature is the poor state of the toilets. We usually use this outlet either early ish morning (9:00) or early evening (20:00 - 21:00) and the toilets are always in need of a good cleaning or/and restocking of toilet roll, soap etc..

Couldn’t get my address right, rang the restaurant 4 times to enquire about my order, and no response. Spoke to a Just Eat employee who provided me with no helpful information. STILL waiting for my refund!!!! Will NOT use again!

there's items missing as such as a triple cheese burger an a medium fries so i would like to resolve this issue pls!?

fries were rather cold which isn't good and chicken nuggets weren't warm but weren't cold. I've had much better from you in the past

Even though the food was delivered on time, the burger was cold. They also didn’t send the kids fruit bag.

Ordered for the first and last time, granted the food came quickly but it was cold. Coke tasted like fizzy water. I’d rather sniff a smelly fart from my wife then have to experience this again.

Slow service, even when it's empty, there too busy chatting and girls with long hair, it's always in a pony tail, but dangling, should be in a hair net.

Delivery time perfect, food still hot just a shame McDonald’s sold us stale pancakes again not just eats fault though.

Pulled into the drive thru and had to wait 30mins for a cheeseburger. I thought it was fast food. Nothing is ever ready anymore

Absolutely poor service it’s not McDonald’s fault but the drivers have no sense of urgency knowing it’s hot food being delivered todays order was not even put in a warm bag so was absolutely freezing I’m disgusted in the service

Usual standards, but the staff member went above and beyond. I dropped my entire full cup of coffee. A smiling worker came by and offered to tidy it up and also get me a new one. Superb service. Thank you.

We just used a toilet and no spent too much money here, but everything was clean and nice, no to busy. I was surprised no many food delivery drivers here, because they are example in London making horrible feeling in the restaurants.

I asked for full fat coke and Coke Zero was delivered. I am allergic to the sweeteners in diet drinks. Just eat have refused to refund me for the drink

Muffin was hard and a bit rubbery

Driver was really rude and only delivered half our order and was told to phone McDonald’s, phoned McDonald’s and have been told the right order was taken so they should still have our half order but been told it’s been delivered to someone else and McDonald’s said it’s on the drivers fault not them!!!!

No stars for service! The slowest fast food ever.... Cold food. A waste of my time wait for my order to receive cold food.

Only bought 1 burger, waited 20 minutes for it, and it looked like a monkey threw it together. Asked for a replacement, got grunted at with no apology. When I sat in my car to eat, there were rats running around everywhere. Just for clarity, this was Colchester services, near the football ground.

I got a fish fillet whilst I was working my first deliveroo shift. It was busy but the guy who was serving was a G, even though it was very busy. Still was polite and he gave me a massive fries. These guys are hardworking and some customers are rude for no reason. Well done guys.

We have ordered from this particular McDonald’s several times and each time something from the order was missing! Won’t be ordering again. Spoke to a member of staff on the phone and she explained to me that her manager had said all the food was sent, this was without knowing or asking for my order information. The staff member was nice but the manager was not! The food that did come was cold and not only missing parts but was wrong. For the price we paid as well, nearly £50, was very disappointing!

My wrap, looked like it had been wrapped by someone that had no idea how wrap a wrap.

On our way home from the airport so stopped to get something to eat ,ordered on my McDonald's app like I normally do got confirmation of my order straight away then waited 35 minutes for our food to arrive I had to go to the counter 3 times to chase up our food order I could even see it on their board and it was just being ignored ,all the orders were being done for the drive thru and deliver roo drivers . The staff were not being managed at all, and the manager hid behind the door McDonald's sort this place out as the service here is unacceptable 😑

Forgot my sauces again. Sent me someone else’s drink. Food wasn’t hot or even warm. McDonald’s staff must have a combined IQ of 7 as they continuously get orders wrong.

Conveniently situated right next to J28 A12 northbound. Needed some breakfast so stopped off there. Plenty of parking, placed my order and only took a few minutes. Food was hot and coffee good. Not too clever on my feet and employee allowed me to use disabled toilet rather than climb the stairs. Overall a good experience for a maccys.

Absolutely dreadful, the courier was sat at the restaurant for 30 minutes before it even left and the food had clearly been sat there the whole time. Will never use just eat again.

Would have been ok if all the items were delivered how can you get a 4 item order incorrect 😒

Service was quick despite the large number of people. There were plenty of landing spots. Parking was also no problem. Overall a good 2-story Mac Donald's. I recommend it. )

Usual McDonald's fayre. Given it's a newer build it has a nice little play area for kids.

Terrible, delivery time kept getting pushed back over an hour and 15 mins after food ordered it was delivered! Food is ice cold, drinks spilt everywhere, one drink missing. I’ve only rated 1 star as it won’t let me submit a no star rating. Absolute joke. And food has gone straight in the bin.

Good parking, quick service and ample seating. No complaints, the food is McDonalds, exactly what you get in every other McDonalds!!!

Use this place as a stop off when driving to and fro Kent. Always clean and tidy and as yet, never had a bad meal.

Awful McDonald’s. They don’t pay attention to the orders being placed, always end up with incorrect orders and never get compensated. Avoid like the plague

Toilets are situated on 1st floor which isn't that easy for a quick trip
