Ordered on line. Picked up when ready. Went on a Sunday evening, plenty of room to park to go and collect pizzas. Food as always with domino's was great.

Pretty reliable dominos. Easy to collect from Vs the other options in Colchester.

Repeatedly get the order wrong. Pizza often poor quality with hardly any toppings. Not sure if all dominos are like this but this one is terrible and I'm sure it wasn't like this in the past. It's quite annoying.

Great service again here!! A simple but honest mistake was made but the staff were super approachable and it was dealt with in no time

The pizza is amazing. I'm here for a few days with my family, but I can't eat such a delicious cake. I would take a photo but all I can take is an empty cardboard box. Mr. Artur turned out to be a very friendly Pole.

We are very frequent customers here. Their pizzas are made to order and made with semolina flour and you can see the assembly line in operation. They tell you how long you will be waiting (typically 12 to 15 minutes, but can be up to half an hour on a weekend evening) and this estimate is always accurate. You can order online or in person and they have a fleet of delivery drivers. You can eat in if you want, but this is designed as a takeaway operation. Always reliable and efficient. You know what you are going to get and it is always fresh. It has a reputation for being pricy, but I think it is good value.

Had the new ultimate spicy meatball pizza which was very nice but ladies beware, your otherhalfs farts WILL take your breath away the following day (I was fine ofcourse, I'm a lady) Usual decent Domino's experience, good price, decent pizzas and was ready in good time. We collected ours to save on waiting time. Noice.

Live less than 2 miles away and they will not deliver.

Driver trying to tell me that its company policy that they can't deliver to my front door in my flat! If I wanted to go out my flat i would've gone and got it myself!

Only take card payments no cash.

Took over an hour, and food was undercooked.

Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours for a delivery which it still didn’t turn up. Called them over 40 times to no answer. Thought I would go collect in which they said I have to wait another hour. They had so many people working there, I could understand if they were short staffed but they had people standing around. I explained I have kids at home waiting to eat and asked if they could do anything to help as I have waited ages, they said no. Ended up having to leave the store with nothing and have to wait another 3-5 days for a refund which I don’t even know if I will receive as they couldn’t give me a receipt or any form of proof. Will never bother ordering from them again

Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant. Placed order online, hour & half later still hadn't been delivered & little widget online says it hadn't even been acknowledged let alone cooked. Tried calling & calling (about 20 times in total over 30 min period) & not once did they answer. Will never order from there again as didn't get food or money back. I strongly advise avoiding this place!!!

I was in the area for my job interview and spotted the store, ordered on the app and then decided to eat in. Food was amazing as always, service was also spot on. Although you can sit down and eat.

Just because I park my car within a few yards of this establishment does not necessarily mean that I shall be a customer. However, observation reveals the establishment to be frequently visited by the army of home-delivery soldiers. I would therefore assume that it is popular with home-diners and that the fare is palatable even if the prices may not be!

Been ordering pizza for years. Always the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the lady with the eu accent - sorry i forgot your name. Yesterday with the confusion of collection time due to my boy misunderstanding - the lady ensured my boy gets a hot pizza and made a fresh one again. Thank you for this. Feels good to know my boy was looked after while I was at work.

Ordered from here a few times now, and each time the food has been piping hot, to order (no mistakes or issues with whats been ordered), however i’ve only given 4 stars as the food is always a bit greasy (not a lot, but still a fair bit).

I have dined from the establishment a fair few times and I am happy to announce that I have never had a bad meal. Service is fast effective and the food is always tasty and hot.

Took 40 minutes from ordering to receiving and pizzas were lukewarm very poor

Phoned and placed order at 18:55pm, was told 20 minutes to wait, came in to domino's to collect pizza waited till 19:31pm... not very good dominos 😠

I ordered here for me and my family i collected and picked up in store i spent nearly £45 i am not sure what happened here this time the pizza was that greasy it was soggy and me and my family all ended up with upset belly’s and spent all evening on the toilet was not a nice experience for us at all :(

Ordered a delivery last night, told it would take 45 mins, over one hour later food arrived, totally cold pizza, cold garlic bread, and cold chicken strippers, Definitely not worth the wait. Mr R Barton

not bad just not a fan of pizza, need real 100% cheese that some pizza arnt 100% cheese.

That’s not a topping that’s a whole bottle of jalapeños, after the majority of them had been eaten. Other pizza had stale chorizo. Needs to be sorted. Not our normal experience here, usually is great food. Service also was good but this is so disappointing

Wide choice of pizzas of various sizes, and side orders, prepared in front of you then baked to order. Well worth the few minutes waiting time. Can be eaten in the restaurant or to take away. Good value, especially their offer of two for the price of one if ordered before 4pm.

Came here for my meal break whilst at work. I ordered online before coming to collect. Quick and easy and when I got here paid for it right away. I tried the new cheeseburger pizza, I personally really enjoyed it and will be ordering it again.

Pizza is as you would expect, prob nicest in area. Can't comment on delivery as we always go and pick it up as it is far cheaper. Coop and poundstretcher nearby to pick up drinks and extra snacks!

Fairly new branch. Well laid out. Free parking. Couple of tables to sit and eat or wait for your order. Good and tasty and freshly prepared.

Awful. For the second time now we’ve ordered from here and after the delivery being out for nearly three quarters of an hour, and the driver being given the full address, detailed instructions, and even a satellite photo with the house circled, the driver had clearly given up trying to deliver. Called up to be told I should wait another ten minutes to see if it turns up, and after complaining was finally offered another order to be made up with a voucher for next time. Decided it was quicker and easier just to cook rather than potentially waste another 45 minutes.

Nice and easy to order on the website. Pizza ready in under 10 minutes. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good little take away.

We ordered a takeaway recently for the family. The staff were polite and friendly. The service was good. Fast and efficient. Pizza were good quality and we will be back again. Not overly priced aswell

Unfortunately not everyone is permitted to (or chooses to) eat halal meat and so there are so few choices for me that I actually like AND can eat, but the staff are friendly and occasionally they have a great deal on so they claw back a star. If you either have any Judeo-Christian or Sikh beliefs or hate the idea of unnecessary cruelty to animals to appease those of a specific ideology/religion (no offence aimed at individual members of the religion intended), then do not eat their meat toppings or sides.

Just a usual domino's pizza. Seating inside and not usually a wait.

dominos are usually very fast and pride themselves on being so but this delivery took over 2 hours, not acceptable! we wont be using again which is a shame because the food was excellent

I ordered two " New Yorker " pizzas! When I collect it, I didn't check the box, what is inside. When was at home I opened boxes, there was just one " New Yorker " pizza. Another was some sausage and sweet corn. Really disappointed about it, because hate sweet corn!

This place is the best ever! The manager is amazing and her team are superb - the food is great - they NEVER get it wrong and it's delivered quickly and is ALWAYS piping hot; we have never had anything but great pizza from here!

Rubbish, cheese is always coming off the pizza, waking up my nephew by yelling and slow staff. there is a nearby shop called "The Perfect Chef" so much better there

Rude staff, even slower service waited 40min cus they gave my pizza to someone else no apology or nothing utter rubbish
