Missing items and half of someone elses order!

It didn’t even turn up. Tried to call driver, just says sorry cannot connect call.

told driver not to knock and he did. also added a note asking for no sauce and it still came with sauce. not happy

By the time it got here it was do cold that it was inedible, what a wast of time and money

Ordered at 18:30 delivered at 20:00 food was cold again (not delivery drivers fault- he was lovely and friendly ) just think the app doesn’t reflect when the food is picked up. Happened last time I ordered kfc that was two hours late and cold

ordered my meal at 1715, at 1830 still no show. said order would be with us by 2000. went to collect, McDonald's was amazing. made the order up fresh and couldn't apologise more. whomever the driver was, was the issue. not them!

everything was fine with the delivery except 5 item where missing from my order and was wondering if i can have the refund for tho 5 items those items were 1 medium coke 1 medium fanta 2 mayo chicken and 1 medium chips

Order missing food items. Drinks bag had spilled with icecreams mixed with drinks ! No answer when directly contacting restaurant. Poor service

Forgot to put the chicken patties in my chicken big mac... how does this even happen. Had to pay delivery and service fees again just because they can't make a burger right

I placed an order for a sausage and egg MC muffin x 2 hash browns and a coke one hash brown come no main meal the sausage egg MC muffin. first time this has happened I want a refund I'll update to if they refunded me

burger and fries cold,bbq sauce x2 and donut not delivered guessing someone couldn't be bothered and I have had refund ( credit ) for bbq and donut but had to also request refund ( credit) for meal but got to wait for a reply , discussed with this happens too offen

had a note in the bag saying sorry no hot chocolate contact just eat for refund? could have called me and see if I wanted something else?

Worst mcdonalds ive had in a while and worse driver too awful

food was nice and warm and chips salty but they forgot my donut and gave me a medium drink instead of the large i paid for, also forgot my dips that i paid for and didn't provide any straws

tried to order food at 18.45 from boundary road after 50 minutes of status not updating it was cancelled and refunded. ordered again at asda branch at 7.40 and after 30 minutes status was not updating, I called the restaurant, they hadn't received my order so I waited for it to be refunded again so I could get the money instantly back. after a hour of it not being cancelled and waiting a total of two hours I decided to order from the mcdonald app. it said delivered on my order at 8.10 it wasn't.

Food was little cold and no extras items like requested, but overall was okay! Driver was very polite and lovely

I am not happy!! Either the staff can't read or the delivery driver is not reliable. I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal and didn't receive my drink even tho on the receipt it says medium coke. I wish I could send pictures to prove it

Cold, soggy chips, warm burgers and melted McFlurry. I know traffic can be bad but this is ridiculous

The delivery timing assigned by the app when ordered kept changing for 3 times or more until we got it. That really is disappointing when you have little ones waiting to be fed. Not a good experience toady.

Not happy food is cold also what's the point in having the option to pick your dips u want if the staff doesn't bother looking at it.ridiculous

Unfortunately we were sent chicken nugget happy meal! We ordered plain cheeseburger happy meal! My grandson won't eat Nuggets 😔. Quality of food good but wrong item sent!!

The food delivered was appalling, one coke leaked all over 3 mcflurries we had ordered leaving us with no mcflurries and no drink, the chips were soggy and undercooked and the Big Mac was as dry as could be.

Rang restaurant to explain cheese allergy and not to add cheese to Big Mac. Order delivered on time however cheese on Big Mac meaning it was inedible due to allergies.

Forgot sauces…..again. Paid for extra sauces along with ones that come with nuggets so they wouldn’t forget them. Even put a note for the delivery rider to check they hadn’t forgot the sauces and he obviously didn’t. Poor service from both. 👎👎👎

I thought I’d order from you guys as Longwater had missing items. I was missing Fries and dips from Longwater, also not all that hot, had to warm up in the microwave. Got the dip from you guys but still no fries!? Don’t not know if I’ll bother using McDonalds anymore, always something missing, spoils the whole experience!

I haven't received most of my order and have given me a 1 portion of fries and a wra thought I would treat me my partner and my children to Maccies and was thinking well it's getting late so would be easier too and received this my children are gutted and I have now got to order else where. so means spending out. it seems the staff have put the wrong order in our bag as the reciept on the bag was correct so it wasn't down to the delivery driver and I expect someone else got our order. Not happy.

missing items how hard is it to follow a list

double quarter pounder meal with extra mustard, extra onions extra pickles and extra burger sauce. someone clearly can't read as it came with no mustard, no onions no pickles and no burger sauce. very dry and very plain. cold chips. not happy. especially when I spent just under £45 on meals

No food delivered!! Saw the vehicle was on our road, went out to get the food, he had gone and left no meals! Can’t actually get to speak to no one as no proper contact number - ridiculous
