Not damaged nothing missing and taste good!

Rubbish cheap food at good food prices

The food delivered was appalling, one coke leaked all over 3 mcflurries we had ordered leaving us with no mcflurries and no drink, the chips were soggy and undercooked and the Big Mac was as dry as could be.

Delivery guy was friendly and cool

The food came warm and tasted so good not mistakes. DEFINITELY will order again!

Rang restaurant to explain cheese allergy and not to add cheese to Big Mac. Order delivered on time however cheese on Big Mac meaning it was inedible due to allergies.

Forgot sauces…..again. Paid for extra sauces along with ones that come with nuggets so they wouldn’t forget them. Even put a note for the delivery rider to check they hadn’t forgot the sauces and he obviously didn’t. Poor service from both. 👎👎👎

Order took 2 hours to arrive. Had to get alternate food for kids so their meal ended up going to waste

Missing food and wrong milkshake

I thought I’d order from you guys as Longwater had missing items. I was missing Fries and dips from Longwater, also not all that hot, had to warm up in the microwave. Got the dip from you guys but still no fries!? Don’t not know if I’ll bother using McDonalds anymore, always something missing, spoils the whole experience!

I haven't received most of my order and have given me a 1 portion of fries and a wra thought I would treat me my partner and my children to Maccies and was thinking well it's getting late so would be easier too and received this my children are gutted and I have now got to order else where. so means spending out. it seems the staff have put the wrong order in our bag as the reciept on the bag was correct so it wasn't down to the delivery driver and I expect someone else got our order. Not happy.

double quarter pounder meal with extra mustard, extra onions extra pickles and extra burger sauce. someone clearly can't read as it came with no mustard, no onions no pickles and no burger sauce. very dry and very plain. cold chips. not happy. especially when I spent just under £45 on meals

no syrup in milkshake pure white not strawberry, salad looks old and manky. milkshake also has a weird gone of smell without syrup like amonia, the only good thing about all of it was the delivery driver, but hey cant tip these days as a £15 order cost £21 total so a 25% inflation for £1 worth of food quality.. bout sums it up. also large chips looked half filled... havent even looked at the burger or cheese bites yet. erh!

Both my drinks had all leaked and we only had half left in the cups, leaked all over the carpet from where it had spilled out the back on the way!!

Skittles mcflurry is good. don't appreciate that cover on the coffee though. didn't realise there was a second one so when I lifted it up it spilled. thankfully none of it touched me or there would have been a second McDonalds coffee lawsuit.

Ordered a large Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal with a classic Coca-Cola, but upon delivery of said order my drink was missing - I can only assume the restaurant had not placed the drink in the bag. Quite dissatisfied with this particular order.

When the delivery arrived none of the special requests on the order were made Considering it shows all the details on the receipt that was attached to the package, this is not the first time it's happened either. Staff really need to pay more attention to detail.

The food was cold so I had to reheat the food. The delivery time was changed twice 17.45-18.05 then 18.10-18.30 it's not good enough, then you have the cheek to ask for a tip never again.

Who says if you order a large meal with a large cappuccino they actually have to fill the cup . Often happens get a regular cappuccino in a large cup been going on a month now. Get what you pay for ?

Not really happy, my chips and 8 sauces had all been forgotten about. so I had lost out on my money and the chicken nuggets were dry due to workers forgetting my 8 sauces and chips. And when my drink arrived it had leaked everywhere in the back (small hole in the bottom of the cup) it also tasted flat, even my partner noticed.
