McDonald's in Broadland

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s we have had,Luke warm food,flat burgers as if they have been sat on 4/10😔

Rubbish!!! - missing half the order. Refuse to refund

My good was cold and coffee and waited over an hour and more for delivery and courier was at restaurant for an hour waiting discussing service

2nd time my sauce has been forgotten & everything was stone cold & late

The dips were stolen again by McDonalds employees. They also stole the ones we paid for.

Was hoping this branch might be a slight improvement on the dreadful airport one but nope. Dips missing as usual. Sauce slopped all over burger boxes. Won't order McDonalds on Just Eat again until they start showing some respect for customers.

Received my order on time however the big tasty burger didn’t have any sauce, no lettuce and no tomatoes too. It was just meat and cheese in the middle, very disappointed

The food was cold and the chocolate was melted, the sauce was spicy and not being able to give to my son, drinks spelled out in the bag!

Very Unhappy. Everytime I order from here I never seem to get my chips. I will NOT be ordering from here again if they cannot give me the food that I payed for.

after paying out £50 for a xmas eve treat for the family... all the sauces for the share boxes and the nugget meals were missing.... also half the fries from the order were missing... and whatever food was delivered.... it was all stone cold. simply not good enough

Been to this McDonald's a few times. How is it possible to regularly get the order wrong. I've had different hot drinks given to me, missing food or different food.

Ordered milkshakes I got cokes no message on to say milkshake machine was broken 😕

gave wrong item, got double cheese burger rather then triple cheese burger

Paid for chicken selects got nuggets instead, not happy , was hungry and have to wait days for a refund

i ordered this meal at 18.43pm and the delivery times kept changing. eventually delivered over 2 and a half hours later.

The food was barely warm - chips in particular were almost not worth eating. Disappointing

Placed a fairly large order with McDonald's Asda Norwich. Requested delivery time, which McDonald's adjusted. Order arrived on time, order was correct with the free nuggets and the food was simply delicious. Thanks for a great meal.

No drinks arrived with delivery

Only received chicken nugget happy meal and orange juice

delivery time was good but 4 items of the order missing again, this is about the 4th time iv ordered using this app and honestly it has always had something missing from it, don't think il bother anymore

Driver turned wrong way off roundabout, but delivered within 15 mins window anyway. BIG TASTY EXCELLENT!!!

all special orders were correct. food was all hot. milkshake was still frozen. 5 stars

Meal cold , for the price you charge you expect the meal to be hot and edible which it was not chips cold Big Mac cold and coffee cold

It never turned up! You clearly delivered it to the wrong house but I dont know which house to retrieve it. I've had to go to Hall Road norwich to purchase the order again!! Not happy.

Over half the order missing so I had some very unhappy kids. Refunded me for missing items but then when reordering the missing items it totalled way more so refund was lame to put it politely.

I am very cross.what's the point in asking for sauces with the chicken nuggets if people are not going to receive it. There is no straws for my drink. And I have got given the wrong milkshake I have got a vanilla instead of strawberry absolute wrong I want some of my money back I am not happy

pleasantly surprised. food delivered on time and correct. fries were actually hot. only issue was the drink spilt in transit so had to get a refund. but no issues with the restaurant.
