McDonald's in Broadland

When McDonald's used to be a treat, now a homogeneous gloop served cold by teenagers in their first job, and that's including the inexperienced manager who is unaware of customer service.

Plenty of space inside ,but staff not paying attention to orders, not everything included, not the first time. Food warm and good.

Probably not the best in Norwich.

I ordered food for the Minecraft toys and they don’t even give you the toys. Absolutely useless

Always the most reliable McDonald’s order in the NR8 area,great tasting food,fries could have been a bit fresher but overall very good.

The drinks were spilt everywhere and soaked my floor and the food was stone cold

Ordered mcflurry via the app then eventually found its not available. Restaurant a bit untidy, bins overflowing.

Missing drinks and stone cold food

The food was lovely delivery was great, although the happy meal ordered for small child came with no box and no toy as ordered this is second time experiencing missing items with the children's meal unfortunately which is very disappointing for the little ones.

I placed the order and didn't gety food till 3hrs later absolutely shocking

Origially said 15 to 20 mins whilst ordering, changed to delivery between 7.10 and 7.20 got it at 7.34 and it was all cold, not warm, cold and there were no dips when there should have been 3. Not happy.

My good was cold and coffee and waited over an hour and more for delivery and courier was at restaurant for an hour waiting discussing service

2nd time my sauce has been forgotten & everything was stone cold & late

I come here often and usually have no issues, however, today, 24/01/25 I came and ordered my usual, veggie deluxe. I grabbed my oder and went back to work, I took a bite out of my veggie deluxe and realised it tasted weird, turns out, it was a mcchicken. Now, I have a metabolic disorder, which means I cannot eat fish, meat, chocolate, etc. If I hadn't noticed and eaten this, my levels would have skyrocketed. This place is usually very good, however, this could have been very bad for me.

The dips were stolen again by McDonalds employees. They also stole the ones we paid for.

Was hoping this branch might be a slight improvement on the dreadful airport one but nope. Dips missing as usual. Sauce slopped all over burger boxes. Won't order McDonalds on Just Eat again until they start showing some respect for customers.

Received my order on time however the big tasty burger didn’t have any sauce, no lettuce and no tomatoes too. It was just meat and cheese in the middle, very disappointed

The food was cold and the chocolate was melted, the sauce was spicy and not being able to give to my son, drinks spelled out in the bag!

Very Unhappy. Everytime I order from here I never seem to get my chips. I will NOT be ordering from here again if they cannot give me the food that I payed for.

Disgusting food as you'd expect

Only half of order delivered. Delivery driver said there was no other items and couldn't be bothered to check properly.

after paying out £50 for a xmas eve treat for the family... all the sauces for the share boxes and the nugget meals were missing.... also half the fries from the order were missing... and whatever food was delivered.... it was all stone cold. simply not good enough

Been to this McDonald's a few times. How is it possible to regularly get the order wrong. I've had different hot drinks given to me, missing food or different food.

Ordered milkshakes I got cokes no message on to say milkshake machine was broken 😕

Every single time I order from them the sauce is missing. Even the ones I pay extra for!! Chips always cold also
