What can I say, serving up cold food on a Sunday lunch time, I counted 10 chips in the box. Definitely avoid

Had a takeaway, food was nice and restaurant looked clean from what I could see, server was polite. Just realised after I got home and ate the meal, about how much the lack of value for money on the meals now, crazy when you look at it properly.

The perfect meal for one great food thank you xx

KFC are universally terrible, inconsistent quality, poor service, incorrect orders....... However, this is a gem hidden in a pile of doo doo! I've been there multiple times and received the best quality KFC efficiently and politely on each occasion. Well done Mile cross lane KFC.

The food is rubbish with burnt oils not cumsioum from animals or humans

Popped in for coffee while waiting for tyres to be re aligned near by. Very pleasant and clean inside. Husband said the coffee was really good. Sadly, I couldn't have one as decaffeinated wasn't one of their options.

The BOY, taking my order at the drive through was blunt, arrogant and stroppy, no manners whatsoever, no 'please' or 'thank you' , he just shoved the card reader in my face without telling me how much i owed, then in a bossy tone said "next window", i get to the next window and another stroppy teenager passed me a bag and said "thats yours boss". I get home with the food and was immediately hit by the smell of pepper, there was pepper on everything, and a lot if it, so much we didn't eat half of the order, since when did KFC put loads of pepper on food?, are they masking something?, £27 + in the bin. I've noticed good reviews get a reply from the manager, but the negatives don't, well dont be such a coward and reply to this, your food is disgusting and so are some of your staff, you shouldn't be aloud anywhere near the franchise as your management skills are zero.

Rude staff, slung sauce at my partner. Not polite at all. Won't return

Very Bad experience, extremely disappointing!!! I drove 5 miles all the way to home when I opened the box I found out that they got the order wrong. Spoke with the Manager Micha she didn't apologise!! She said just bring it back otherwise I cannot do anything. Customer services 0000000 zero ......

Can't beat a KFC , chip's could off been hot but ok

First visit to a KFC in at least a decade. I visited because I had next to no food indoors and didn't fancy going food shopping. I bought a BBQ chicken burger (I think) which came with fries. I opted for another drink instead of the Pepsi. It was pink in colour, forgot the name of it but it was very nice. I ordered my meal using one of the two computer terminals. The other was not working on my visit. The one that did work did not print out a receipt for my order, which slightly wrong footed me a bit. However I managed to remember my order number and all was, well!

Ordered on the app. Wrong order was delivered. My husband went to the store for a replacement one of the burgers that we’d ordered (as we could make do with the rest that was incorrect). He got it home and again it was the wrong burger. I returned for the 3rd time and they would not give me a refund as we ordered through the app. They did replace our whole order. My husband ordered a 6 piece colonial bucket, which when I got home for the third time we have seen they have now missed the wings and fillets from the order. I won’t be returning for a 4th time to complain however we will not be returning to this store. Shocking.

Ordered just eat . NO 1.5l bottle of coke at £3.59!! Called KFC and Rasa told me nothing she can do about it 😳 Terrible service! Customer service unfortunately that was not on the menu either!!!

Unfortunately we didn't check our order until we got home, where we noticed 4 fries and a bottle of Pepsi Max missing. Partly our fault for not checking but worse for your company that pocket from customers and not providing full items that were paid for. A real shame and because of this we won't be going back.

Worst KFC ever! Went through the drive thru to order a bucket of chicken when we got home we found 3 of the chickens had been eaten already and with bite marks on 3 chickens seen in the photo. We reported that they had sold us already eaten chicken and they didn’t care and offered no apology or compensation for selling us second hand chicken with bite taken out of it. The lack of apology and lack of compensation made me report this horrible level on customer service. Don’t go there as they sell already chicken.

Why doesn't it deliver to the center of Norwich but it does to the university?

The only problem with this site is the parking. the mist of the spaces seems to be occupied by the small garages next to the site.

I visit here with my husband. Initially we were worrying about the reviews. But when we enter the shop the cleanliness and atmosphere was good. Staffs were very humble and greeted us with large bright smile. Especially one lady staff (jason) explained us about their currents offers and discounts which is really appreciated

Too busy and chips cold. Price Gone up a lot since I last had KFC. Update on above. Thought it might be one off but no . Went today 2 Feb Wasn't busy but still food was nowhere near what I would call fresh and hot

(50% off!!) its 50% off because 50% of the meal isn’t included , it’s not exactly a deal .It’s just taking items off and making it the price it would’ve been if brought separate lol .

Vastly improved, I used to come here expecting an hour wait… even started avoiding it. It seems they have got their act together as the service is speedy and professional and the food is top notch, well done kfc. The staff here are really friendly and professional super speedy drive thru experience and great food too 😁😁

Christ it was painfully slow to get my order with drive through, order booth closed, no apologies from staff, 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of us is a joke

The food was great, apart from my hash brown missing from my burger. Service was terrible. We had to wait ages, with me having to go in to get my "drive through." While waiting, we watched one of the staff wandering around the car park again and again, looking for random customers. This has to be the worst managed "fast food" I've ever been to...

When I call I was wanting to order a large fries. Whilst ordering I was rudely interuppted by a aggrogant and aggressive staff member who told me to "shut up" I am deeply offended and will never order from here again, I hope your happy with yourself you've lost a loyal customer 😡😡😡😡

Me and my boyfriend came in today I ordered a rice box and it came with sweet corn which I specifically asked not for as I’m allergic, sent back and was fine after, my boyfriend got 4 fillets and a fillet burger and now has food poisoning and is currently suffering on the toilet, violently throwing up and shaking. Extremely unhappy especially after the order was £20+ will not be coming back ever again.

Always check your order going thru the drive thru... Can't remember the last time there wasnt something missing. On a positive note had a Wicked Variety bucket and it was great. Not greasy... ordered on the app and was ready as I walked thru the door. App needs a little work. Crashed a few times.

It's ok, the food is ok, the service could be better (our number was shouted out and our food was just left on a tray without any drinks on). The tables were clean today which was nice, the toilets weren't very nice, they were quite dirty but this isn't unusual. It's getting more and more expensive for a fast food restaurant.

Ordered a meal for my guests and myself, told it would be delivered at 5.30pm. It turned up at 8.50. Refused to accept it and still waiting for my refund

Food arrived cold. Items missing from my order and there response was well u can come and get it. Wont be ordering from here again. 2nd time they've messed my order now.

Overall ok, but the food is getting very pricey and the quantity is less. Value for money is not the best now a days. Going to weatherspoons offer more for the money compared to KFC as an example. Service was good, the young lady was patient with us while we worked out out our order. Food delivery was quick. And food was tasty. Overall I will give this place 3.5 stars, lost some rating die to the price rise and less quantity.

So, KFC have changed their fries recipe several times. Last time they admitted they got it wrong and have brought out these overly spiced (onion powder, salt) and luke warm things. Why don't you just copy the burger specialist and do plain fries cooked in a quality oil. (And try serving them hot)!

Toilet stinks restaurant dirty and rubish everywhere food was tasteless

Quite literally ordered my food and 1min 47 seconds later I had a my meal (had a variety bucket and some other bits)

Half of my food didnt arrive, overpriced, small portions, hot wings arent hot AT ALL. Tried to call and complain, was being civil, when we called them they hung up on us, said we were prank calling them, and called the police. Poor customer service, food didnt arrive, and now im £40 poorer and just as hungry.

Shame about auto service and them hiding the mini fillets.

Tables, floor, and toilets. Very bad due to it being a place to eat food. As a customer I don't expect to have to clean my own table and wipe food off the chair am about to sit in.

Called in for fries only on the way home from the theatre. Fries were soggy, limp, tastless, and a very small portion. Glad I didn't have chicken as well! Absolutely awfull. The girl serving had the personality of a dead slug. Will never go there again.

13/08/23 This is my third visit in three years and whilst the unit seems to have overcome food dripping grease and local closures for not being compliant the store has come on a long way unfortunately due to its location on Mile cross or poor standard of seating they still have ripped seats bodged up with masking tape. Not only does this look ugly it is against the Fire and Safety policy which allows the restaurant to open as the masking tape is doing a poor job of pushing the stuffing within the seat is not fire retardent and gives off toxic fumes in the event of a fire. KFC please either remove/replace the offending chairs/sofas or face another potential temporary closure in the invent of a Fire Inspection by #Norfolk Fire Service

Hit and a miss with buckets size of chicken pieces are tiny now and price has doubled

Never had such greasy chicken, the oil was literally dripping out (a lot), I hope it wasn’t dipped in oil again to heat it up. Even though a takeaway there was no serviettes to clean up after all the oil, or is this normal nowadays? We won’t be back to find out.

I keep giving this store a chance hoping it’ll get better and it never does . I’ve never been so let down with a meal . Have been wanting to leave this review for a while … Me and my partner came here and had to wait over 30 minutes for our food just for it to come out cold and have absolutely no seasoning and no batter on our chicken . This cost £20!! For two . When the staff were bringing the bags of food out trying to figure out where it was supposed to go they were just wondering round with absolutely no idea what car had ordered it while making the food even colder . they started putting the bags of food in peoples windows and taking it back out again when realising it’s not their order and doing it to all the cars , if I got my food and it had been handed to everyone in the drive through before getting to me I would not be happy! Especially with covid! What an absolute waste of money . rude customer service and they all look uninterested and aren’t helpful at all. Not sure why I can’t add the picture of the food :/

Ordered online, waited several hours only to recieve a call from the delivery app that when the delivery driver arrived to pick up the food the place was closed. I'm unsure of who is actually at fault, however both could've done more to ensure all orders went out. I literally worked at a kfc before and I know we'd have done something. As a uni student, I ordered bc I had no food, I had to go begging to friends for noodles bc every other delivery place is closed😭

The staff were really friendly and I can’t fault the service. The decor is really nice but the toilets were in need of a good clean. Food came promptly but my wife’s burger was cold as were our fries. We took them back to the counter and the young lady was very polite and apologetic and fixed the problem. Would come back purely based on the great service from the staff.

Male Staff member with tatoos just kept staring in an intimidating way even though he wasn't serving us. Generally customer service was bear minimum and barely any engagement with customer or effort made towards customer service. Felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome with the weird guy staring... I don't have three heads so I dunno what the issue was

Used the drive thru and I couldn't see what I usually order on the brief menu you get shown at drive thru (why?). The lady was very patient while I figured out my order using the app. I should have ordered on the app for collection with hindsight but at least I wasn't being rushed by the lady working the counter.

We took our little boy for a late dinner and food was what you'd expect for KFC 🍗 all good and he had a lovely time babbling at staff and playing. He really wanted to help with the sweeping! Thank you

I'll grant you, the restaurant seemed absolutely overwhelmed. I ordered online for collection via drive through, but there was a very large queue of vehicles. When I did get to the window I was told to park up and they'd bring the food to me. So, I didn't have opportunity to get any sauces, napkins etc. When the young server approached, she carried several orders and had no clue which was mine. Nor did I as it was too dark to discern. She then left to offer the other orders around before returning with my lukewarm offering. I'd had a long day and was just happy to finally get food in me. I'm sure the young team were working hard, but could probably do with more staff at peak times.

As expected however prices are beginning to get to expensive for a snack option now so probably won't be using as much in the future

We got someone else's order completely the first time, then ours but incomplete on the second attempt. I guess the extra steps across the car park won't do me any harm, and the staff were apologetic and helpful both times. Locals are friendly.

The floor was greasy but the food was reasonable- as expected. Ordered on the self service to be brought to our table but something didn't work properly and waited a while before someone told us they were calling our order at the counter.

Went to drive through, got told to park up as something wasn't quite ready, half an hour later we had to go in as we'd seen around 20 cars come and go and still no sign of our order. After going in they were very apologetic but we were very disappointed it took so long.

Check your food before you leave the window. Been stiched up here many times but by the time I get home I can't be bothered to complain. Not a happy customer. I actually think that KFC owe me about 50 pounds worth of missing food

This branch of KFC is always fast, clean and get the order correct. Unlike the one in Sprowston. Too bad they are further away, but I would drive further just because this branch is so much better.

Last 2 visits I have either had items missing that have been paid for, last time I gave my order and hot wings never got added to order. I leave 10 miles from the store so too much to go back to get what I needed.

Got an original RICEbox, got home, sat comfortably ready to indulge in greatness only to be greeted with a chicken salad.. where was the rice? So many staff members, not one brain cell. Just close the whole place down, the toilets were rank also, don't like the job, leave.

Poor quality food, bad service. Kept waiting ages, no-one even made eye contact, too busy chatting. Cold overdone fries, most fell out as counterstaff picked them up. They must drop more than they serve, terrible system, bags are way too small. Mini fillets about half normal size and cold. 4 tiny mini fillets and around 14 cold overdone fries, bottle of still water £7,50. Waste of money.
