Costa Coffee in Broadland

Shockingly terrible service I just received at this drive through. I asked for a decaff oat coffee and was told they had run out of decaff and oat, not their fault I get but I was offered no alternative. I then drove forward and because I had to wait so long behind the car in front I thought oh I'll actually ask for a hot chocolate. So I waited at the window and was just ignored. So I've had to leave with nothing and they've lost you a sale and a customer.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They are having supply issues hence only 3 stars for food this time but not their fault and they work around it. Can get noisy and echoing but that is just the design of the building. My only niggle is the lack of automatic door (on a new build this should be minimum specification) meaning it's more difficult to get in with a wheelchair and be truly independent but the majority of the time some kind soul jumps up to open the door. Will keep going back since the staff are so lovely

Slow service, no full creme milk, very dirty floor both sides of the counter, and pls change that dirty old cloth you ve been using all day on the milk frother, must be a load of bacteria on that j cloth! Gross all round.

Good quick drive thru experience

I’ve been here a few times now and honestly don’t know why I keep going back! The service is so slow! Staff seem to not care and the store is a mess, nearly every empty table had a pile of dirty dishes on it. They definitely prioritise the drive through over the walk in customers. Need a big shake up here. Won’t be going back unfortunately

Always pleasant, gets very busy at times which leads to tables not being cleared and cleaned, no one in store fault, lack of staff problem is a management issue.

Had the tuna panini which had too little tuna in it so that a lot of mouthfuls were just bread. It did not used to be filled so sparringly.

My daughter spent all weekend looking at the website deciding what she wanted as she has problems and this is the way she is. When we pull up to the drive through we are told this is no longer available as out of season despite showing on the website, websites are live and dynamic. If it’s no longer available as the option has finished then remove it Costa!!!!! When we picked another option they didn’t have all the ingredients, by this time the loud obnoxious server was really grating on me so I just accepted it as my daughter was having a melt down, I took a flat white, as I drove away I took a sip and it was barely warm. Shocking service. Will stick to Starbucks in future.

Visited here on 29th August late afternoon and was looking forward to it as hadn’t been here before,I won’t be back! Nearly every table inside and out was dirty despite it not being very busy and staff standing around behind counter.It was filthy behind counter with open containers of milk lying around,the floor was covered with food debris,uncovered bins had flies around them.It was obvious that drive through customers took priority and that hygiene and cleanliness didn’t matter as those customers couldn’t see the state of the shop.2-3 staff not doing very much and my coffee was rubbish.

Incredibly long wait. Too much priority for Drive Through. When drinks did arrive they were both wrong so had to wait another 5 minutes

A large costa with a good range of food, wider than some smaller stores. Also many items in the costa gift range available. Some outside tables so you can bask on the delightful view of the retail park. No umbrellas but you get the shade from the building.

Fowl bacon roll, needed extra sauce as it was so bad, but they wanted more money after I had already paid for ketchup so bacon roll was inedible, Cappuccino was awful Every table has old food on, Place needs shutting down, never go to this Costa again. The Costa at sweet briar in fab.

Have visited this Costa several times before and has been fine, but this time there was a very large queue - granted it was lunchtime so naturally busy but service was painfully slow. In the end we left without ordering - not because of the queue but the store was unbearably hot. Don't understand when the weather is mild outside, why the temperature in the store isn't adjusted accordingly, as opposed to the heating being whacked up as though it was freezing outside.

Love this Costa. Has been one of my favourites for years. Pleasant staff, good friendly service.

12.01.2024 Slow service inside as staff deal with drive thru customers first. Painful to wait! Perhaps worth the wait as drink was hot and brownie filled a hole. Water Bottle refill tap not working. Lots of seating at 4.30pm on a weekday. Free parking.

Though very busy and the staff seemed to be working very hard both serving customers in and through the drive thru. The cafe seemed rather messy and unclean, particularly behind the counter in view of customers.

New one opened up recently....what service and so clean too....

£8.05 for 2 coffees is a absolute disgrace, moreso when I opened it up to put sugar in and it was half empty.

Really buzzing in Costa today,lots of happy people enjoying the nice food and drinks.lovely service,pleasant and happy to help aswel.

They really do a good coffee and tea.

This Costa Coffee shop is lovely, the staff are all smiling and welcoming which makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy your refreshments. It's in a brilliant location, with lots of available parking due to being in a retail park. I will definitely return, 😁

It was my birthday today, I got a surprise email from Costa to say that I can get any free bakery item! Thank you to the guy who got me my free cake and wished me happy birthday! 🙂

A decent Costa with a small amount of outdoor seating. The service seems efficient and it was bright and clean inside. Their bubble tea is rather excellent.

The Perfect costa. Clean, elegant, fast. Staff are lovely! And drinks are as expected. A recent person said they are lacto free and the cream was put on a drink they had but in fact (not to sure if she’s aware) they also have whipped cream which is also LF. Really nice place to sit and have a drink if desired.

Wasn’t going to say anything but it’s happened twice now! I always order my favourite salted caramel frappe with coffee - I’m lactose intolerant so always ask for soya milk. The first time - they added whipped cream! Most Costa’s usually ask if you want cream but they didn’t - I assumed with common sense they would think I didn’t want any considering I opted for a milk alternative. They were busy so I didn’t bother complaining. The second time I’ve got my drink from here, no cream but NORMAL MILK! Cannot express enough how people don’t just order Soya as a trend - some people are ALLERGIC!

Really quite, service takes a little time but it's new and staff are learning.

Such a lovely designed costa. Staff are very friendly and hardworking but clearly still training so a little slower than you’d expect. Otherwise flawless

Nice new building, mega busy, not enough staff, queuing out the door..!

First visit into the new Costa today for lunch. Nicely set out, clean and tidy. Plenty of space for customers inside and outside. Ordered food and drink. The chicken and bacon toasties taste were lacklustre (no flavour to them at all) , the hot chocolate taste was more like an instant drink. Just something for the staff to note... When serving toasties, be sure to give customers knives and forks
