Give us a free drink on the house quite often, and include a free pizza bread on all orders we’ve had so far. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious. You can tell the chilli sauce is homemade and they do not hold back on extra meat or halloumi. It’s so nice being able to have the option of a halloumi kebab. We enjoy the food from here so much I feel like we’re regulars now

Wow for a kebab shop they have done amazing I ordered mozzarella dippers 10/10 taste Exsactly like McDonald’s ones. Chicken wings 10/10 a little bit spicy but nothing crazy hot . Cheesy chips 10/10 huge portion and bangin chips

This is appalling I will not be using this place again I orders a bbq chicken pizza it came to my house spicy I then phoned to explain and they were rude on the phone so I took it down there and they were still super rude I won’t be using them again

Bought chicken burger on 4th August ended up with food poisoning for a whole week food hygiene have been informed

I always get halloumi burgers from here and they are sooooo good, the chips are also amazing 100% recommend this place, my partner always goes to pick up our order and he says they are really kind to him :)

Collected a couple of kebabs and chips last night. Food was fresh and hot and really tasty. I was dubious as some of the reviews were a bit off putting but he was in need of a kebab and I have never tried this one so thought let's give it a go! He said this one hit the spot and was one of the best he has had for a long while ! I had one really chewy bit of lamb and worried that my kebab would be awful but all the other bits were delicious and tender ... and there must have been about 15 chunks so wasn't a worry! Chips were delicious and will consider using them when I need a chip fix ! The guys behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back

13 quid for a kebab chips drink it was awful over priced

After new owners management they have improved a lot. This is proper turkish kebab I haven't had for a while. I make a collection order they were nice to me over the phone and my food was ready when I arrived. All people in there was very friendly and the price was really cheap for that amount of meat, chips and salad. The taste is unbelievable. Deffintly reccomend to everyone.

Came in to this kebab a few weeks ago, and they were coughing and spluttering all over my food with no masks being worn, and coincidentally I caught COVID a few days after. Doesn't show much care for your customers. I won't be coming here again and will be telling all my friends and family of my experience.

Cold chips, £4, terrible manners, terrible hygiene. There's a sodding pandemic, wash your hands between handling payment and touching food (seriously, you have to be told this?). You have cookers, serve hot food. Jesus H Christ.

BEST KEBAB SHOP İN AROUND HERE

Terrible experience, ordered on their website, both items arrived incorrect after an hour and a half wait. Contacted them to let them know, advised could not do a refund on orders online, I would have to go in to get a refund, or wait an hour and a half for replacement food, but to keep the wrong food so they could see the mistake. Felt I had no choice but to wait, replacement food arrived, a very grumpy older man, took the bag out of my hand and proceeded to poke through the kebab meat with his finger and then checked the rest, then thrust my replacement food at me without a word exchanged, I asked if there was an apology for the mistake, to be shouted at and complaining about having to come back out!! The replacement food is in the bin, can't trust a company with that attitude with anything I will eat, neither should you!!!

Always delicious, good value for money, everyone happy with their meal this evening and delivered promptly. Couldn’t ask for better

Ordered two combination kebabs and a plain cheeseburger. They managed to get the cheeseburger right. Although the kebabs we got tasted OK.

Have used them twice for pizza delivery. Prompt, on-line booking works well, good quality and hot despite being around 15 mins drive away.

Absolutely disgusting food , cold dry and vile , called to complain but was horrified to get a mouthful of abuse over the phone , environmental health should check this place out and close it down , daylight robbery and vile disgusting people .

only because it used to be nice ive given it a 3. if your getting it delivered and they are busy it can take up to 75 mins and you food may be cold. if your not hungry and have a microwave then it still can be nice. if you pay by card first dont be supprised if you get delivered to last. i dont want a free cheesy chips i wanted my hot donna meat n chips!!!!

UPDATE Now a four star food hygiene premises.The owner has worked hard to improve his food hygiene rating. I ate there and it was good. Reward the man for his hard work in improving his establishment. Give it a try.

Always order from Best, and the food is consistently brilliant. Brilliant takeaway, and the delivery drivers are always very friendly. Gets here fast everytime, usually within 20-30 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. After asking for food at the counter, got my card out of my purse ready to pay. Staff member on the other side of the counter snatched the card out of my hand and payed for the food without telling me how much it was, and then threw my card across the counter. It was busy, but that is no excuse for such poor customer service. Behaviour was from the MANAGER as well. Horrific.

It's a kebab house at the end of the day. Foods always been good for what it is, service has been quick and staff polite. All in all what I'd expect.

Always late and food is cold by the time it gets to you. Been a regular customer but owner/workers dont seem to care about keeping times. There is no such thing as quick takeaway at this venue.

Kebabs ok pizzas not always the best can be greasy

Ordered a mixed kebab to take away and eat at home. No chicken, just dry greasy donna meat, lamb shish and kofta. All thrown into a dry cracked pita bread with a bit of salad on the side!! Suggestion: Learn to cook and flavour food. Hummus, tabouleh, crumbled feta, roasted peppers, sweet pickled cucumber, tzatziki... You may find your business will grow if you care about what you sell to your customers!!

Got food poisoning never eat there again

Perhaps the worst pizza I've ever had. Cheeky chicken pizza had bones in it Hawaiian pizza had gross white stuff all over it. This was not the problem though. I called the owner to complain, not for a refund as I live 6 miles away and my kids were staving but to warn him that the food he was selling was tainted with bones in it. THE OWNER SAID HE WAS TO BUSY TO TALK AND THAT HE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR THE CALL EVEN AFTER I SAID I DIDNT WANT MY MONEY BACK. Aviod this place like the plague

Was crap my pizza was not cooked properly never again

We had a take away last night it was lovely. They said delivery in 1 hour so we picked it up ourselves. Free garlic pizza ate that on the way back home. Empty plates all round 👍

Over one hour late for the delivery, food was cold, they delivered the wrong food, one of the pizzas had bone in it?! Couldn't be less impressed. Didn't receive a single apology.
