Cold and didn't have the Minecraft collectable that was meant to come with the Big Mac Minecraft medium meal, almost extra £2 off me for the privilege, only difference was a Minecraft big Mac box!! fries weren't even a Minecraft box as is advertised, so rip off.

Missing items again - I ordered the minecraft meal, super excited about it and all I got was nuggets and a drink. Didn't get the collectible, didn't get both sauces. Really disappointed, such a waste of money.

Delivery person was nice. Came into the hospital ward to bring my food, they went the extra mile for me :) thank you!

After ordering the Minecraft Big Mac meal specifically for the collectible it wasn’t even with the order. Very disappointing as this was the only reason for the order. Couldn’t write this on the items missing section of the ‘need some help’!

Food is always lukewarm to cold. I think this is because the orders just sit on the side in paper bags until the drivers collect. The drivers then take ages and sometimes deliver to other addresses before mine. I’m paying £5 extra in fees for soggy, lukewarm food.

Order took TWO HOURS FIFTEEN MINUTES to arrive and was freezing cold. Driver was rude and useless. I won't eat this as it is unsafe. What an absolute farce.

couldn't eat due to it being dropped by driver but was also cold to the touch so wouldn't of eaten anyway not at all happy wouldn't even give 1 star, kept changing time which wasn't great either appalling service this evening

I am a big fan of the food in this restaurant, and regardless of which restaurant you are visiting in the country, you generally know what you are getting. There's a delicious range of burgers on offer, I always enjoy a good big Mac, double quarter pounder or a big tasty and on this occasion I snapped up a really tasty Philly cheese stack - a limited edition. The breakfasts are fantastic too, with highlights including the sausage and egg mcmuffin and deliciously crunchy hash browns, I do lament however the loss of the breakfast bagels, these were a fantastic addition to the breakfast menu but sadly, very sadly unavailable as has been the case for the last few years. Maybe they will bring them back one day? You can also get a decent coffee here - there's something for everyone. The only thing that marred this visit slightly, was the presence of a group of slightly scary looking youths - some of whom had concealed their faces behind ski masks, I'm sure there was nothing sinister going on but it's worth noting that this Macdonald's usually employs a security guard at night time, presumably due to the presence nearby of a fair collection of pubs, and the proximity to tynecastle stadium, the security guard was notably absent on this visit. All in all a pretty good experience though!

They didn’t send the mozarela dipped I paid for. They were stated in the receipt. The delivery guy didn’t steal them because the bags were sealed. Waiting for a refund. Not impressed…

mcflurry completely melted food stone cold

I placed my order at 5.15pm the delivery time changed numerous times and it got delivered eventually at 6.45pm the food was freezing cold and unable to eat I had to order something else

This is the second time ive had problems with my order .items have been missing and food comes cold which i expect to be hot when delivered. Idont usually complain but when you paying all that money for food you should expect what you order.

Didn’t enjoy my meal, chips were cold n soggy in the bag, didn’t eat!! Burger wasn’t much better……..when I picked it up it (was cold) fell away into pieces - very messy, did not finish it, most unpleasant. We got free chicken nuggets……….yes, they cold n horrible, I used to love these, but I’m off them now yuk!!! And it’ll be a while til i return!!!

delivery time kept being changed - waited 2 hours. hot food was freezing and ice cream was melted. ordered medium fries and got 10 in the order.

The food was warmish not hot. I think my milkshake was banana but it was a very faint flavour. The milkshake was also melted. I ordered 2 portions of medium fries but not many chips in a portion.

Worst mcdonald’s in the uk, probably competing for the worst in the world. All the burgers look like they were made by somebody with anger issues. 9 out of 10 orders are wrong, you always forget to do something, theres always stuff missing from the order. You should start trainings for staff rather than not at all, if you take any of the dishes you re making here and compare them to any other mcdonald’s in this city, yours will look different and gross.And thank you for the cabbage spine…. Il buy a rabbitt maybe he’ll like it.

Order took 2 hours 40 minutes to arrive and was cold on arrival.

Delivery was grand. McDonald's however, can never seem to include all of your order. If you order pancakes and syrup, half the order is the syrup so it helps if it's included. Dry pancakes are NOT the one!

I’m very unhappy with my order and this restraunt I’ve ordered from here multiple times and they always go to the wrong address and nearly every single time I’ve not even got to my front door of my house and the juice bag has collapsed in my hand I got in my house and my 2 cups of juice where empty and the bag was filled with it

Mcdonalds quality has slowly decreased in order to keep the prices, but today had been ridiculous. 10 tiny fries for a medium size and 15 on the large.Literally. Incredible.

I get breakfast here occasionally and regularly get a coffee at the drive thru. I find from ordering to collection very quick and the staff who have served me to be nice and helpful. Writing this review as I just read an article in the local paper reviewing this place as it had poor reviews and like the journalist I couldn't fault it.

Yesterday, I paid for a chocolate apple pie, but since they didn’t have any, they gave me a regular apple pie instead, which is cheaper than what I paid for, without offering any explanation. Today, I ordered takeaway, and it was just disappointing. The fries were cold, the bun was stale, the burger was soggy and cold, and the drink came without ice. I won’t be coming again.

Excellent customer service here, had an app mix up and the order go through to the wrong location, guys made up my order quick sharp and just showed the customer service is top class

Ordered at 5.17pm, meal was delivered at 7.52pm with multiple contacts to JustEat advising there would be nobody present to accept delivery as I had an appointment to attend. Almost 3 hours for a delivery is not acceptable.
