disappointed with order, ordered plain cheeseburger but came with sauce and pickles.

delivery time kept being changed - waited 2 hours. hot food was freezing and ice cream was melted. ordered medium fries and got 10 in the order.

The food was warmish not hot. I think my milkshake was banana but it was a very faint flavour. The milkshake was also melted. I ordered 2 portions of medium fries but not many chips in a portion.

I didnt get what I expected. Half of the drinks had come out of the cup souked everything.

The order was done wrong and the food was delivered late

Every meal I order and I order a lot has missing or damaged items, I’ve came over to just eat and not ordered through Uber eats as normal and yet again the store has given order without all of my order

Worst mcdonald’s in the uk, probably competing for the worst in the world. All the burgers look like they were made by somebody with anger issues. 9 out of 10 orders are wrong, you always forget to do something, theres always stuff missing from the order. You should start trainings for staff rather than not at all, if you take any of the dishes you re making here and compare them to any other mcdonald’s in this city, yours will look different and gross.And thank you for the cabbage spine…. Il buy a rabbitt maybe he’ll like it.

Delivery was grand. McDonald's however, can never seem to include all of your order. If you order pancakes and syrup, half the order is the syrup so it helps if it's included. Dry pancakes are NOT the one!

Mcdonalds quality has slowly decreased in order to keep the prices, but today had been ridiculous. 10 tiny fries for a medium size and 15 on the large.Literally. Incredible.

Yesterday, I paid for a chocolate apple pie, but since they didn’t have any, they gave me a regular apple pie instead, which is cheaper than what I paid for, without offering any explanation. Today, I ordered takeaway, and it was just disappointing. The fries were cold, the bun was stale, the burger was soggy and cold, and the drink came without ice. I won’t be coming again.

I get breakfast here occasionally and regularly get a coffee at the drive thru. I find from ordering to collection very quick and the staff who have served me to be nice and helpful. Writing this review as I just read an article in the local paper reviewing this place as it had poor reviews and like the journalist I couldn't fault it.

Excellent customer service here, had an app mix up and the order go through to the wrong location, guys made up my order quick sharp and just showed the customer service is top class

porridge is cold, I am at work so do not have access to a microwave to reheat. It’s a waste. All Just Eat does is give 40p credit not even the cost of item. Gorgie needs to pay attention to the temp of the water they make this with. And Just Eat needs to a wee birth more proactive

Ordered at 5.17pm, meal was delivered at 7.52pm with multiple contacts to JustEat advising there would be nobody present to accept delivery as I had an appointment to attend. Almost 3 hours for a delivery is not acceptable.

I ordered this at 5:30 pm and got it at 8pm, by far the worst order I’ve ever had.

Very impressed by this restaurant; fries were perfect, staff were ever-so friendly, extremely clean lobby. There was a small issue with our hot drinks but the front staff handled it really well and quickly made it right for us 😁

all ofthe drinks were literally on their side in the bag and therefore spilled everywhere but they immediately credited my account the cist if the drinks so I guess it's all good now.

Usually decent enough fayre from the usual expectations. But on 3 separate occasions now, I’ve received the wrong thing at the drive thru. Tonight for example, id been thinking about trying the McRib, so I go to this restaurant, clearly say my order including size etc, only to get home and realise I have a McCrispy, one of the most disappointing chicken sandwiches on earth. Now I’m not going to go back with my order as it’s a 10 minute drive, but it’s not acceptable to receive the wrong things. I don’t know if there’s a problem with their drive thru intercom but it’s really frustrating.

Three of my four items were not delivered. The driver was given or collected the wrong order. The only correct item was the chips which were cold.

Burger was nice, but wish it had been hotter. Chips weren’t hot at all. Ice cream was nice so was the banana thick shake. Overall not bad / I’d probably order again without the fries. I got my sauces this time, last time I got delivery from them they forgot the sauce which are part of the meal (if u like sauce). They were much earlier than first anticipated. Ty.

There were some rowdy children when we were here this afternoon but the staff were very friendly, apologising for the noise and helpfully taking our trays when we finished our meal. I hope the staff here get a raise as it got quite busy at one point and it was clear they were doing their best!
