food was really cold and my children had cold food had to put in mircowave to warm it up not very good for the price you pay for cold food

Half of my drink had leaked all through the bag andin my chips

Food came cold and half an hour late

good quick delivery but poor quality still.

They put three garlic mayo sauces instead of three mayo chicken burgers

We were very much thankful to the lovely person mimosa who gave us 5star service with all condiments especially her beautiful smile thank you lovely lady.we were satisfied

Been here three times, and ordered from here a few more. This is by far the worst tasting mcdonalds ive ever been to. Writing this review after receiving a delivery from here with Big Mac meat being oversalted to such extent that it literally burns the mouth.

Mimosa at MacDonalds Forbury Retail Park is very polite, kind and efficient in service.

Driver was very friendly and polite.

I ordered 4 Minecraft meals for my little cousins. I drove 30 minutes to get to the place and took it home. They gave me the wrong order and then refused to offer any solution other than a a voucher which I have to pay to use. This isn't even the first time this place has given me the wrong order.

The flat white cafe is small and expensive compared to batter McDonald's

we are fan of mcd and today a beautiful cat eyes lady mimosa made it more pleasing and awesome for us serving her best of her service wher we got all the condiments which usually we did not get and it was too quick she made us sit and gave us sit on the table although we didn’t ask for table service thank you for the best service we received from you will visit again definitely

The food was amazing! Great service and my food came very quickly and it was fresh and hot! All the staffs were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Don't use the drive through. Always have to park up and wait at least 20 minutes for your food

This McDonald’s is a busy spot but has a large parking area and a convenient drive-thru. For halal options, the Fillet-O-Fish burger meal and blueberry muffin are great choices!

I love the food but I'm very unhappy that the delivery was half an hour late despite ordering in advance in plenty of time

Sat for ages in the drive through. Ordered a plain cheeseburger meal and a happy meal with a fruit shoot. Cheeseburger wasn’t plain so son wouldn’t eat it and cried! Happy meal came without the drink. Terrible!

Food was hot and delivery was quicker than usual.

I use the app to order but despite my reloading itetc. I often have to go into the store to sort my order out. Orders are often wrong if delivered to car, no napkins, milk, etc. On writing a complaint the recompense is grossly inadequate ie £2.99 and I have to redeem in the store. My whole reason for using the app is that I am disabled and vulnerable so try to avoid coming into the store. Customer Care is nil.

Ordered a delivery at 6.30 asking for it to be delivered at 7.45. This was fit an event where one of our attendees had significant dietary requirements and so this was what he could eat. It was delivered at 8.30. This is unacceptable. Avoid.

Ordered online through McDelivery, missing a 20 piece nugget box, I have no one to communicate with on either end and have tried multiple times to contact the store and no one has picked up, McDelivery doesn’t have a customer service number either, and I want a reimbursement

The worst experience ever! The send a completely wrong order. When you ask for a refund they put you to pay the delivery and the service charge. Worst ever!!! I would never ever recommend it.

No matter what time you go here, there is always a lengthy waiting time. Staff serving at drive thru are never greeting a customer with a smile....food quality never the same, one day it might taste good but next day totally different....the most awkward McDonalds that I've been at.

Best Mc Donald in Reading, UK. Working until 23:00 and not kicking you out at 22:40 as Oracle or Oxford rd

The delivery driver was very friendly but a Big Mac was missing from the order

We ordered from a near by MacDonald's as it was showing delivery time 25-45 minutes . I understand the delay was because of the rider unavailability which Store is not responsible. Most of the food was cold and soggy once I got it. Really poor.

Usually go there with my friend to get food and it’s usually fine. My friend ordered large fries which he did receive but it wasn’t a lot in the container. Seemed more like a medium. I ordered a quarter pounder but got a double cheeseburger by mistake and when I went to change it, the lady was kind enough to give me an entirely new meal (6 nuggets, quarter pounder, large fries) which I shared with my friend. A few minor issues but good place overall.

Ordered 3x chocolate milkshakes from the ordering screens and got 1x chocolate and 2x banana milkshakes. How can you screw up an order like that?
