Hideously slow service inside and on drive through

A great location by the A34 n a perfect size 👌

Honestly,I’m shocked! The workers are as friendly as can be,way better then the lower earley mcdonald’s.Very friendly and nice atmosphere

Didn't notice receive all off our order tried ringing no reply from them I'll be going down there I'm disabled chips cold not cooked drink not fizzy cold big Mac and no double big Mac meal so they owe me money and I will get it back

took 30 minutes for my order because someone stole it. on the brighter side it was remade in around 5 minutes

Asked to park up in the car park for 15 minutes when there’s no queue - every car after me is also parking up no matter the size of their order. I literally just ordered a mayo chicken 😭

We were very much thankful for the best service given to us by beautiful eyes female named mimosa my mom had ill Ness of shivering of the hands and the coffee dropped but mimosa took all the trouble of cleaning and bought another coffee for us really appreciated .she deserves 100/100.thank you so much lovely lady.

I am infuriated with my local shop it doesn’t matter what you ask for they tell you to park up and wait 15 minutes . It’s such a joke they should not call it fast food there’s nothing fast about it.

Go through the drive-thru in the middle of Summer, order a quarter-pounder meal and a mcflurry. Staff give you the mcflurry and then make you wait in the carpark for 10 minutes for the meal. By the time you've actually got your meal your mcflurry has already melted! Such a stupid idea.

second day i have ordered from this McDonalds and both times they forgot to put the dips in that are part of the order

The Food Was Amazing. Didn’t Come Cold And Tasted Mesmerising. But About 15 Minutes later, My Stomach Churned And Hurt Quite A Bit. But, I Don’t Think that’s The Restaurants Fault, Might Just Be Me. says what it does on the Bag , Fast Food that you can eat and has it's unique McDonald's flavour and smiling staff 😂😂 That was months ago July 2024 Uber eats and deliveroo have ruined the customer experience in a McDonald's, friendliness has gone out the window , it's all about the 5 min deadline ( turnaround ) of getting me Uber or delivery out the door , customer has been sacrificed Fast Food not anymore Fast is now online and customer service is a Premium , very poor I'm afraid Personally Stressed out staff and to forget That I am a physical customer , who pays there wages

When I was waiting for my order I saw the staff in the kitchen preparing the food without gloves. Non of them used gloves and just spinning around and touching everything . I asked the lady who give me my order why her colleagues don’t use gloves when preparing the food and the answer was : oh we don’t need them . But you definitely need them specially when preparing food for so many people and kids . 🙂

Went to MC Donald's today , brought 2 Strawberry milkshake it was lovely Very tasty loved the taste of the strawberry milkshake would Recommend to everyone Would like to know what they added in the strawberry milkshake very tasty love it I'll give them 10 out of 10 Well-done keep it up what a lovely n tasty strawberry milkshake had today enjoyed it.

Took the drive thru,my bun for my egg McMuffin a bit too crispy

Staff member was feeding birds in the car park. So much so that birds were sweeping all around the area and pooing all over the place. This is incredibly unhygienic and puts young children at risk.

My Punjabi bro was very polite , delivered the food in a good condition regardless of bad weather. Thankyou :)

my order neve came, the driver said that he had arrived at the address provided, but that wasn't the address I place for the order to be delivered

The food wS stuck preparing for 1hr and 30mins,then I attempted to call the restaurant twice and they never answered. Then my order magically jumped to delivered (it never left nor arrived with me) . I feel sorry for the courier who wasted his time waiting for my food.

Wrong order delivered again. Driver went to pick up the right order and never returned. Had a big tip waiting for him too. Not good enough.

Got asked to wait in the carpark after ordering. Food took absolutely ages to arrive. I saw a server carrying a bag of food around the carpark and got out of the car and approached them. They got visibly annoyed, and snapped at me to say my food would be brought out soon. Another 5 minutes go by, and the same server, with the same bag of food, sheepishly approaches my car, and says it was actually my food. They were looking for a silver car not a blue car. Which is what was hand written on the receipt. What a ridiculous system. Needless to say, our food was cold. Should have complained at the time, but was in a hurry. Really poor experience

It was very bad the order i ordered was completely wrong. The receipt on the bag was completely different to what I ordered. It’s ridiculous last time I ordered the order never come and I had to go to the restaurant and explain.. they never pick up the phone over 15 times I called.

It's a MCDONALD'S. What new do you expect? It's the same

We arrived at this McDonald's at 9:44 and placed our order via the app a few minutes later. 20 minutes later we checked the status and it said that it had been delivered. We went up to the counter and 5 minutes later the server served us and realised he had our ticket in his hand. 5 minutes later we received our food. Which was cold. We sent it back and had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to be delivered.  This batch was missing a portion of chips and the food was warm. It wasn't just us, delivery people were complaining at the wait time as was other customers. We will not be coming to this restaurant again.

Disappointing Experience: Cold Food and Missing Items I recently ordered McDonald's and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Not only was the food cold when it arrived, but also several items were missing from my order. It's disheartening to receive such subpar service, especially from a chain like McDonald's known for its efficiency. I hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

Always something missing tovthe point where i am now fed up of using just eat...because when i feedback i never get refund ...straws fries and sides always one missing and i order regular aswell...fair to say i will be taking my money elsewhere

There are great people in here tonight. Lots of reading people. All enjoying McDonald’s. They are being really looked after. So please definitely come to this McDonald’s. P.s. There are some Americans here too. Showing reading is a welcome to all nationalities. The Americans have left now. Hopefully they will have a good time in reading. P.p.s there are still really cool reading people in here enjoying McDonald’s. P.p.p.s it seemed to get very quiet in here but now more nice people have arrived. Which is good. There is a nice man at the counter. Maya is cleaning. P.p.p.p.s there are still lots of cool people here. This McDonald’s is such a welcoming placeu. Plus they have nice chairs. The Deliveroo man came I think this McDonald’s is good for takeaway. The drive through is also good and it is open. P.p.p.p.p.p.p.s there are two nice gentleman speaking Urdu Hindi it sounds very nice. P.p.p.p.p.p.p.p.s now the uber eats man has arrived. I think sometimes the drivers swap bags as I’ve seen that before so I’m not one hundred per cent sure he is from uber eats. But he probably is. I checked and the Deliveroo man has three accounts. The just eat man works for just eats. P.multiple.s I have so much in my head tonight McDonald’s are thank god you are here. You are so caring and giving and make a lovely grilled chicken salad. I can’t stop thinking about all the women and men who suffer and how people who help them deal with it. They do so much. I am so insignificant and I am nothing. These people who help others in their work from McDonald’s to the police to everybody are incredible., I am so humbled by them like David the paster said. Mohmood was so calm and helpful. Thank god he was there inshala I think you say. You think about the past but you can’t do anything about it that’s what I try and tell myself but it’s so messed up. People are hurting so bad. What can we all do to help each other from not being so messed up. Mayo is a manager in McDonald’s and she helps people not to be messed up. Going to close thanks McDonald’s we love you. Still thinking a lot. GWR have helped a nice lady with a taxi. If they can help they try to and they’re amazing. Cant stop thinking about all the people who help each other. In this world if we all help each other we can get through. All the nhs all the companies everybody. Deloitte helps everybody. 5m futures changes lives. We just all have to help each other. You can see the great McDonald’s from the pictures. The young McDonald’s staff are the future of the company and the future of this great nation. They work so hard in the kitchen.

Trying to fob off sugar free as sugar drinks. If you weren't charging for it I wouldn't mind so much but it's a principle at that point.

No sauce and bacon taste horrible, very disappointing.

Been to this branch a couple of times in last month. Service abysmal. You walk in at 5:30am. no one else in there. Make your order. Even if a car drives into the Drive Thru 5 mins after you walk in. They'll be served first. I guess I can get somewhere faster on foot than a Car can hey!!!? Or they're just stood nattering or doing anything besides making your meal. Don't ever expect a receipt of from the machines as there printers are always broken. Guess McDonald's don't have money in the coffers to sort that out. Poor service. Can't afford machines that work.

Burger was dry, chips were under portioned, drink had opened slightly and gotten napkins wet and the dip was forgotten

We were travelling home when the driver got to our house two to three minutes before us (we were the ones running late). The driver called us and we told him to leave the food on the doorstep that we didn’t mind as we were a few minutes out. He said he wasn’t comfortable leaving it on the doorstep as it was food and he didn’t mind waiting. So professional! And very kind hearted, I don’t know what your name was but thank you so much!

Most of the food was fine, but my daughter said that her nuggets were overcooked and “chewy”, and they ended up in the bin.

Everything was fine until the delivery driver waited for us to come to his car as it was raining.

Missing half my chips, both burger and what was given of the chips was stone cold and burger had almost no mayonnaise
