Wrap was crunchy,burger full of lettuce and rice cold

Food was horrible over priced for what we had and was cold

Amazing service driver was extremely helpful

missing portion so 1 person did not get food..

Food was nice and hot and everything present as correct but still don’t like the chips kfc get some proper fries

There was hardly any beans, no spoon to eat with, cold everything and just awful food. Never had it like that before!!! Terrible

Ordered a 4 piece orginal meal but onky received 3 pieces. Well 2 and a half as 1 bit was so tiny a child could fit the whole thing in its mouth. Chips was cold and chicken was tough

time changed, food was cold, another customer called me to say they had received my order

Ordered at 16:30 on basis that it was going to be 15 to 20 mins delivery. Delivery kept getting pushed back further and further and then said delivered at 19:00 but we have not received any food? Absolutely terrible service.

Just eat your service is great but every time I order from KFC is always a problem either bad pieces of chicken not a variety like I ordered a 6piece and only legs they sent. Now today I ordered 6hot wings and I only got two. Very disappointed in KFC was looking forward to my hot wings

Food was KFC standard, arrived swiftly with friendly staff The restaurant is clean and warm. Atmosphere calm. Downside was the restriction on amending meals for similar values, handdrier in ladies didn't work today and no visible recycling taking place as it's finger food that makes your hand greasy with a hint of salt. An alternative for having to go to toilets for wiping/cleaning hands would be a thought 🤔

Absolutely terrible place was told couldn’t. Order at the till any more . So order via the machines the lady on the desk said tell me your order number and I will make you the unseasoned fries so me and my mum did this . Our order was called and the fries were the spicy ones which we don’t like . So she cooked us the original and had to wait so the chicken was then cold . I had a large my mum regular . My mum had double the amount of fries that I had for the money paid the amount of fries is so bad . We won’t be returning would give zero stars if possible

took ages to get delivered. made me and my partner throw up. disgustingly greasy

following driver on map-like all others he went to wrong address then lied! I called him & said I was tracking him & offered directions-he turned off the tracker & put the marker as delivered! I'm still waiting on my food now nearly an hour later.

Every time I order from KFC they always disappoint me you order chicken and they giving you all the wings and legs no other part of the chicken and also they always short on the chicken parts not happy at all

The sweetcorn was inedible, unfortunately. It had possibly been left too long and was grey.

Portions are hit and miss, always check before you leave that everything has been actually given to you. The size of the fries portion is just a con, especially when they want more money to go ‘large’ , won’t go again due to this, if fish and chip shops can give you a decent portion, I don’t see why KFC can’t. Rip off. The pictures are of the actual portion of standard fries, a 5 year old would want more

KFC never disappoints! The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The chicken, as always was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with that signature flavor that keeps me coming back. What I love most about this KFC location is the consistency, whether you’re dining in , taking out, or ordering delivery, you know you’re getting quality food that’s always hot and fresh. KFC is a classic for a reason, and this location lives up to the brand’s high standards.

After the experience I’ve just had, I would give zero stars if possible. Placed my order on the app and collected through the drive through. Got home to find the burger missing out of the box meal. Called the store and explained the issue and stated I’d return to the store once I’d eaten the rest of my meal. Returned around 30 minutes later and struggled to speak to anyone. A staff member found a team leader, who went and spoke to someone in a side office and then confirmed my missing item. He then vanished off out the back. A staff member appeared and handed me a bag, apologising for the missing item. I asked to speak to a manager again, they just shrugged. I asked who I speak to in order to complain and she walked off, returning with the store phone number written on some paper. I said I already had the number and asked why anyone with authority in the place was hiding. She shrugged again and I left the premises. I returned home and opened my burger to find a stone cold, rock hard tower burger. This was clearly the burger they hadn’t placed in my bag earlier, didn’t even have the courtesy to make me a fresh one after having to return to the store!! Last KFC ever, never again. I’ll be visiting the lovely orange fronted chicken venue in future.

Ordered 2 kfc meals from the Oxford rd branch 1 mile from my house , the order took over an hour to arrive and the food was stone cold an the cans of Pepsi were warm ! Quite an achievement for a branch so close ! I tried multiple times to call kfc oxford rd but no answer , this is not the first time it's happened and am unsure if it's the store that's bad or the delivery drivers either way it the last time ! Stay away folks or enjoy late cold greasy food !

I went at dinner time around 8:45 lobby was very neat and clean and food was very fresh and hot . We enjoy our dinner very well and staff were very good on presenting and friendly suggest us to get party bucket .Thank you oxford road kfc

Daughters fiance collapsed in carpark yesterday, thankyou for being supportive whilst they waiting for help to come. The guy who helped deserves a special thankyou from his boss.

Its one of those places i go for 2 reasons1. Convenient from my workplace. 2. Loyalty to brand kfc otherwise i wouldnt set foot there. The staff arent polite, they always look tired and uninspiring, regularly get orders wrong. Dont explain anything.

Very soggy chips!!!!! Chicken coating was also soggy and falling off! The bag had been torn open. Very disappointed 😞

Very friendly staff in this store are ready to help when a problem occurs. There's actually staff at the till ready to serve if you need it. One of the only KFC in Reading to serve sundaes. They are very generous with the toppings on the sundae. The lady even asked for a second opinion from a colleague. The food service is very quick. It's quite spacious with loads of places to sit and very clean.

Asked for a tight but were given a drumstick

Ordered 6 piece's of chicken bucket ,takeaway when I got home to my shock and horror I found 5 chicken drumsticks in my bucket out of the 6 pieces in my bucket , and was warm ,if I was eating in this would of been returned immediately, getting a refund

The order arrived quickly and the temperature of the food was great

Had 4 drumsticks and 2 thighs in our 6 piece bucket, no rib or breast. Chicken pieces are not distributed out evenly so you get bits of each. Not worth the money so will not buy from kfc again, disgraceful!!

Worse KFC ever always check your order they will get it wrong every time never coming back to this KFC 5 times wrong order and if u complain they don't believe u and say you didn't order that save your time and money

all food cold soggy chips not happy

Luke warm food, not delivered in an insulated box, just a carrier bag. Driver ripped bag handing it to me and to top it off, dropped the bottle of drink which we now can’t open as it will fizz over and be flat as a pancake. Not happy
