They don’t not fuckijg deliver my food they should get sacked

Order did not arrive and driver did not come

Very soggy chips!!!!! Chicken coating was also soggy and falling off! The bag had been torn open. Very disappointed 😞

Very friendly staff in this store are ready to help when a problem occurs. There's actually staff at the till ready to serve if you need it. One of the only KFC in Reading to serve sundaes. They are very generous with the toppings on the sundae. The lady even asked for a second opinion from a colleague. The food service is very quick. It's quite spacious with loads of places to sit and very clean.

The bread was old, the lettuce looked terrible, and I ordered 4 zinger burgers, only 3 were delivered..... no answer at the restaurant

Ordered 6 piece's of chicken bucket ,takeaway when I got home to my shock and horror I found 5 chicken drumsticks in my bucket out of the 6 pieces in my bucket , and was warm ,if I was eating in this would of been returned immediately, getting a refund

Had 4 drumsticks and 2 thighs in our 6 piece bucket, no rib or breast. Chicken pieces are not distributed out evenly so you get bits of each. Not worth the money so will not buy from kfc again, disgraceful!!

Incorrect items were delivered. Ordered a zinger box meal and got a side rice and some chips..

Worse KFC ever always check your order they will get it wrong every time never coming back to this KFC 5 times wrong order and if u complain they don't believe u and say you didn't order that save your time and money

all food cold soggy chips not happy

Luke warm food, not delivered in an insulated box, just a carrier bag. Driver ripped bag handing it to me and to top it off, dropped the bottle of drink which we now can’t open as it will fizz over and be flat as a pancake. Not happy

Oxford road retail park KFC is the best in Reading.

Soggy coating on the chicken all stuck to the paper bag!!! Out of 6 piece bargain bucket 5 of them were tiny drumsticks. A bit rubbish really!

our house has been here for almost 100 years and I have even dropped a pin on the house on your map,.yet your drivers still try and deliver to another address , time and time again! Making my food cold, unacceptable! They have sat. nav. yet still I have to go to another street and wave them down.....

My chicken burger from my ultimate bbq burger box meal that I ordered was dry and over done. I was very dissapointed as in the picture on the kfc website it looked so nice. I have been buying food from kfc for years now and always loved any of the different types of chicken burgers they do. But over the last year or two I have not been impressed with how the chicken burgers now taste and look. As I said previously the chicken was and is often dry ,over done and hard around the edges on the outside , such a shame really.. :-(

awful experienc. food was cold, the gravy had leaked over all the food, the bag was falingl as it was so wet with gray. the driver didn't care that it had leaked, and was dripping over our carpet. the walked away when we mentioned the state of the food

The chicken was really poor quality. It was like a black piece of shoe leather the burger really wasn’t edible.

I do love a twister wrap or a Zinger Wrap. So nice with Beans And a coke. The Kansas Bites are also moreish, Yumm.

Poor delivery driver wasn't able to find us, not sure if your system for delivery shows the drivers the best route as it kept trying to make him go via a flooded river. I do not blame the delivery guy, he tried his best to get to us but needed a lot of help finding the correct route.

Food was cold- I had to reheat everything in the microwave so defeats the whole objective of take away where you don’t cook. Did not receive full order- coleslaw missing.

Didnt get my food i want my money back

Part of the order was missing. When I went on just eat website to get it sent out , I selected what was wrong and then it just says I’ll get refund in 7 days. Tried ringing kfc but shockingly no one answered the phone. The driver rang me to say he was outside. Not sure why as he needed to be at my door. First time I’ve used just eat in about 2 years and the driver had gone to my back gate which is in a different road. Rang him to see where he was and he finally appeared at my gate where he stayed and I had to go and collect my order. I think he’s unaware of the concept of a delivery service. Bad service from both KFC and Just Eat. Will be using an actual good delivery service in future

the meal was luke-warm even though I live less than 5 minutes from the outlet, which suggests it was not hot when despatched. Chicken was very oily. On the other hand, delivery was very prompt

Order placed 17:50 with 18:10 indicated delivery, this became 18:10-18:25 after ordering, notified at 18:05 the driver was at the restaurant. Food collected at 18:25ish, but on the map the rider was nowhere near KFC. it's like they only updated the food collection at this point but had collected it earlier. Food arrived 18:44, it wasn't hot, barely warm, fries were soggy. We were starving so ate it but it wasn't a treat.
