worse kfc ever tasteless what happened to the spices awful

Chips cold, ordered a 6 piece bucket and got 5 drumsticks out of 6

The Fries had been dead cold. Not even Luke warm. I tried to call KFC immediately but to no avail. I was not in a position to heat the fries so it was wasted

Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent and the chicken and fries were fresh and delicious.

The gravy was lovely as usual. Unfortunately, the chips were cold and the courier was not very friendly.I will still order again but I think that the broad street branch is closer to me I shall order from them.

Amazing place for lunch and dinner Burger and Hot wings were fresh hot and amazing I talk with some the staff also they were very polite well manner and humble and family face all of them and assist me to use kiosk also .always give the same service the customer 5 star

disappointed it was warmish definitely not as usual. I regret giving the driver a £2.50 tip. I won't be ordering anytime soon 😒

No table service, they are hiding table board, staff are always try to close up stair portion. Not seems like customer friendly. ..

We ordered a chicken fillet burger and a Zinger burger meal. The roll was dry and hard on the fillet burger and the chips were cold with the meal. Do yourself a favour and either go down there and get it yourself or don’t bother. Appalling. Never again.

I only live half a mile away, but it still arrived barely warm.

did not deliver to the correct address. driver went to a different location and said he could not deliver to me. i had to go across a main road and a park to collect the order. i even called the driver and gave clear instructions on where to bring the order. by time i got back the food was cold. it is exactly this reason why i use other food delivery companies.

Not good as my drink was missing even though I paid premium for the drink on top of the meal. Other than that the food was okay.

My meal was ready, literally in 3 minutes of ordering it and sitting down. Sometimes a quick service helps with where you need to be, especially at the Weeknend.

Sadly the box was placed on it’s small side and all the food was mooched together.

Hardly a banquet! If the portions are to be reduced to such a small size, put them in a smaller box. the food was rattling around in such a big box and it looked sad. Everything was cold bar the beans. overpriced.

driver went to the wrong location requested my code and said he’d send a new delivery note and never turned up, marked it as delivered and were without food.

Good chicken, I have one gripe that is; my grandson really wanted the 6 pieces of chicken in a bucket. From past experience, the spicey ones were too spicey, so I asked for them to be swapped. The server said this couldn't be done. Take 2 bits out and put 1 or 2 bits in. Not worth making a fuss but???????

Very friendly staff in the store specially that Asian lady on window….Oh my god I can’t explain about her service….she is gem of your store…..Actually my card was declined 3 times but in that case as well she was very calm and helpful…..one more thing whenever I come to store she always suggest me good options.

Ordered a 4 piece orginal meal but onky received 3 pieces. Well 2 and a half as 1 bit was so tiny a child could fit the whole thing in its mouth. Chips was cold and chicken was tough

Ordered at 16:30 on basis that it was going to be 15 to 20 mins delivery. Delivery kept getting pushed back further and further and then said delivered at 19:00 but we have not received any food? Absolutely terrible service.

Just eat your service is great but every time I order from KFC is always a problem either bad pieces of chicken not a variety like I ordered a 6piece and only legs they sent. Now today I ordered 6hot wings and I only got two. Very disappointed in KFC was looking forward to my hot wings
