McDonald's in Southwark

Dirty, loud and uncomfortable. I have never been in such a poorly managed branch.

Don't think staff can read. Asked for no lettuce and extra onion. Got no lettuce and no onion. Called loads of orders forward but none were ready. Waited extra 5 minutes after called forward. Jokes

Brekky was undercooked and cold 🥶 sort it out McDonalds.

Shame we could add more pickles/cheese toppings on to the burger otherwise it was nice and tasty

It was wrong Oder not happy was excited to eat the ice cream and it was mars chocolate fix up

Filet of fish was hard and dry. Must have been sitting there for a while.

Half of my coke was spilled out in the bag which leaked from the front door to my kitchen upstairs and my strawberry milkshake looks like a vanilla milkshake with a drip of pink in it.

The drinks (two bottles of orange juice) we ordered were not supplied and the large chips boxes were only half full

McDonald’s Camberwell Green have so far been excellent in getting the orders right. Can’t say this for many other McDonalds.

The food quality was rubbish. Stone cold and burnt. Unusual for McDonald’s but half of it went in the bin. Delivery itself was great and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Just a shame we didn’t get to eat!

Driver was rude. First called me asking “where i was” when he could not find my address. Then wanted me to give the code without even taking the food out of the bag.

Driver gave me wrong order, was only when I realised and chased him down the street that I got my actual order. Always double check.

I ordered 4 happy meals for my kids and there wasn't a single toy or book, the drinks were wrong (3 milkshakes, all melted!), and there were no dips! My kids were very disappointed.

The courier had my food for more than half an hour and when he arrived his thermal bag was wide open!!! What’s the point of a thermal bag if you don’t close it? Food totally ruined. Please refund immediately!
