Dry, cold chicken/waited 90 mins/sent wrong order. This was my first order. Complete failure and when I complained, they didn’t care. They sent the wrong food to me, somebody else’s order. They said they would find another driver to deliver. In the meantime, my food was obviously left waiting on the counter to be delivered. More than 90 minutes later the food was delivered. Cold and dry chicken. I called and was told “brother it’s fresh” I said it was maybe fresh two hours ago. When I asked what they can do to help… there’s nothing they can do. So… here’s my review. That’s the best I can do to warn others.

Super informal setting, absolutely delicious food! Well seasoned and prepared. Had the whole chicken, chips and salad. Easily a shared meal for two. Will definitely be back.

Best Lebanese in london hands down

I asked for a menu and was pointed towards what they’re got written on the panels, not everything had prices. I asked the guy how much a falafel wrap is and he said £5, so I agreed although I know I can get one for as little as £3.50 in some places. The other way made it, took me to the till and said it was £6. I queried this, told him the other guy said £5, he said it was £6 and I can take a receipt. I walked away paying the £6. If people cannot understand the principle of the matter then don’t work in such industries serving people. I was already dubious when I didn’t see clear pricing but having been lied to my face is not right. I also noticed one of the guys serving was wearing gloves. Looks hygiene right? Wrong. He cleared up some dirty plates where people had dined in, threw away their waste and without changing his gloves, continued in the kitchen. Disgusting. Safe to say I’ll never be getting anything from there again.

Got extreme food poisoning from the chicken shish. Aired my concerns a few days after, they did not in the least care. Avoid unless you want to spend two days in agony.

Its been 3 years this is our go to place to eat, i visited today, one of the new staff members seems new not have seen him before misbehaved and refuse to give the food of our choice that we always order. We saw him doing similar with another customer too! sorry but you have lost your very old customer i always push great words for you to the people but now it is completely changed!

The absolute best halloumi wrap I have had and my son had chicken shawarna wrap one day, chicken shish wrap one day and chicken shish plate one day and loved them all. My nephew had chicken wings with fries three days in that week we were in London. The staff was super friendly and I can't wait to come back!

This restaurant showed be checked by health inspectors. 2x I’ve ate here and both times I’ve ended up in the A&E with food poisoning. Unacceptable what type of quality food are these people serving. Trash would definitely not recommend this restaurant. Avoid at all costs

Got the mixed grill, and it was enough for my partner and I. Loved it. Service could be improved, and the chef was quite grumpy. Update and note to staff: listening to the rant of a hate preacher on YouTube while waiting for your food is totally off-putting and inappropriate.

I just had ordered roast beef wrap on Uber eats I m so regretted that I ordered from here . This place 5 min max with motorbike from my house . I had roastbeef wrap they were cold . Beef was look like greyish and smelled and tasted very off this place they are selling expired products don't trust them don't eat here

It is great to dine in . But avoid ordering to deliver, my half a chicken has arrived undercooked twice now.

I ordered a large Wrap for £1 extra but had the regular size. The food was very oily and dripped while eating. They didnt even put some napkins inside and no fork for my salad. But 2 Stars because the food tastes not that bad tbf.

Been there for the second time, staffs are welcoming, place looks okay, pricing is reasonable and the food is great. Absolutely loved their half grilled boneless chicken. Food was served within matter of minutes after ordering. Would recommend and go there again.

The grilled chicken was alright but hummus was flavourless or seems out of date with the pitta bread very cold and I hate the dips that came with it. Overall not a good experience.

The images on uber eats were really misleading. The main benefit is that they gave generous portion sizes, but the quality of the food was missing.

Average to pathetic food, the portion is way too small (salad is almost unexisting). Rice is under the one from Lidl (which you made in mivrowave). Also the meal size is ridiculous small for 10£.

I'm so disappointed, the kebab was dry and the portion was tiny.

First, I'm vegetarian: I just asked what they could bring me and the cook listed a lot more than the stuff on the card. It was amazing, the best falafel and hummus I ever had! My Family had chicken and (something, i guess that was named) 'Shish' - they said it was absolutely delicious. For us tourists from Germany it was a great decision to go there, it took them a pretty long time to bring the food to the table (around 25 minutes), but the good music and other nice guests carried that time. I'm very thankful for the nice meal and can just rate that restaurant with 5 stars! <3

I must say the chips were rock hard with no taste , your staff don't wanna talk you need English speaking people , Customer Service is key

My wife decided to order a half chicken and rice from here and the food was decent but shortly after my wife had stomach pain and felt sick. This ridiculous , my wife was very hungry too and she was looking forward to a good meal and enjoy the night but NOW she is in pain and feels AWFUL.

Ordered via Uber Eats. There was a small problem with my order but I called the restaurant directly and they sorted it out straight away. Service was quick and efficient. Our food arrived when it said it would, within around 30 minutes. The boneless chicken was so hot and fresh that it burnt my hand picking it up! Everything was delicious and the customer service was 10/10. Will definitely order from here again, thanks guys!

They said my order was given to someone else, and they are not prepared to make my order again even though it wasn't my fault. Ridiculous

Enjoyed the whole chicken with fries, sauces where good, chicken moist and chips had a crunch an fluffy inside. Came recommended as my favourite has stopped doing the whole chicken, an only does breast meat... Which I don't really like.

Been going to Lebanese kitchen for past 3 years for tasty lunches, but I always been lazy to leave a review 👀 - Absolutely love the food, the selection (though I keep ordering exact same thing all the time). -Friendly customer service, they do rememeber little details about how I like my food served, which is always a nice thing. - Good quality meet, which not always can be found in take away shops. There is a lot of going on Old Kent Road and there are few places you can chose from, but Lebanese kitchen definitely worth trying 😎 Only one inconvinience - guys don't take cards - be ready with some cash for lunch 💷

I went to this place and it’s absolutely disgusting! I ordered grilled chicken shish along with sides and the meat was undercooked - rubbery texture & bland. I threw twice after & had to get checked at the hospital. This is serious! These people aren’t trained cooks / chefs or whatever they are. Just a bunch of lads that dont care about the service or food. They seem very unhappy & like they just want to go home which is reflected on the poor food. Never again!

I don’t know what is going on with these guys. Normally their food is very good, ordered myself a chicken wing meal, and was very disappointed, the chicken was over over cooked which was very dry, the salad was only red cabbage and onions. Guys please fix up, I am one of your regulars

Ordered through Uber eats and very dissappointed!! I asked not to put chilli in the wrap and and yet when I bit into it was so spicy and ended up not eating it. Both chicken and lamb wrap came very cold. Picture of roast lamb on the website and what they describe isn't the lamb the they serve. They gave me literally lamb doner!!! £8.00 for a small portion of lamb doner wrap!! Doesn't listen on the notes/instructions and food isn't great it will come cold so be careful when ordering with them!! Never ordering again from this joint!!

Ordered my food here, and the guy gave my order to the wrong driver or something, and tried to make me pay again for my order. Apparently i'm not the only one with the problem
