Just not good food not just this establishment all of them

Slow food in a corporate environment Where's all the fun gone from McDonald's? I had to wait 20 minutes for a happy meal really disappointing. Concentrating far to much on deliveries rather than the customers in front of them.

it never showed up and now I have to wait for my money back and empty stomach. what is this

Don't order for delivery on the app. I waited over an hour for my delivery for them to cancel my order. And to top it off my wife made an order at the same timewho was 2 mins down the road from me and hers got delivered. Stupid

Driver delivered quickly, polite and friendly. Unfortunately the burgers were all way over salted, we couldn't eat them.

the chicken nuggets were not fresh and the fillet o fish was cold. the chips were cold and hard which is a big disappointment as the food was for my grand children and most of it was wasted.

Hot crispy fries, great service. Nice atmosphere. No complaints. 👌

With the iced latte being out of stock, I appreciated being called and asked what drink I wanted instead. Food was delicious, and delivery was great too!

the drinks I ordered tasted so wrong. like chemicals or somthing, even if all the drinks were mixed like fanta cola Sprite it would not taste like watery fizzy chemicals so couldent drink either since I dont know whats in them. this is not the first time the drinks have been strange please address this.

The burger and fries were awesome. Sadly the wrap was lukewarm at best needed to be microwaved

2nd time they have delivered food what has been left out for 2 hours. Absolutely disgraceful for a multi-billion dollar company. Food came inedible, stone cold and solid to touch. Have over a handful of staff on and still can not cope with it getting busy. All the manager says is the policy is not to remake the food after the order has come through so they just leave it sat there for god knows how long until a driver picks it up and delivers it. This store really needs looking into as this now a problem what is occurring more and more. If I was you I wouldn’t order food unless you are after stone cold inedible food.

Always an issue :( either items missing, cold food, accepting order and never actually making it, food made incorrectly... this time, burger was perfectly made and fries actually warm! (not hot, but I'm not sure this is possible when ordering delivery with the packaging they use). Other items all as expected, however once again, missing all the dips! minimal, I know, but still disappointing. I don't report issues usually but with McDonald's I find myself having to report issues here often

The assistant manager Dawn was amazing! She took the time to help me set up link my nhs email to the app so I could get access to the discounts, was very kind and helpful and was more than happy to help! Was unable to use the discount this time but gave me a McFlurry to make up for it! Great customer service and made my visit very easy and pleasant, thank you again for your kindness Dawn!

Ordered food at 10 pm. It kept saying, waiting for a driver. 11.30pm they just cancelled it. Terrible service for something so basic. Minus stars if it was an option. Can't give a star rating on food we didn't have. Or service. There wasn't any.

I would like to know when I am getting a refund for my un-delivered meal which I ordered Friday 28th June please. Difficult to answer these questions as the food didn't arrive.

The buyers were both fine but thr flies were lukewarm at best.

Me and my partner stopped off in McDonald's Newquay on our way home from our holiday. When we arrived home in Bath, my partner realised he left his phone at McDonald's! We were so lucky that one of the staff had found his phone in the car park! We want to say a huge thank you to Carla who works here. She was so kind and helpful. She posted my partner's phone to him in the post - saved us a long drive back!! Thank you so much Carla for sorting this in your own time! This girl deserves a pay rise! We are so greatful 🙏 ❤️

We ordered over an hour ago I have received cold plain pancakes with no syrup and it was so late that I didn’t have time to even eat it very disappointing

Food missing from order. Ordered 3 meals to be delivered. Missing quarter pounder with cheese. Refunded £2.57 not enough to cover another burger never mind the additional delivery charge.

Nice polite clean staff, the place itself is always very clean. Nice quick bite place for McDonald's.

Delivery driver was excellent. Friendly and quick. The breakfast roll was ok but very squashed and eggs are always way overcooked. Filled the spot though

Was on holiday and it was so nice to go to a mcdonalds which was friendly. the food was lovely and hot and the service and staff were also lovely.

I ordered my food at 4.10 pm to be delivered for 6pm. It wasn’t busy when I ordered therefore I would expect I would have been priority having ordered so early. Food came cold as delivery guy had to do loads of stops (not his fault) I took the order as i was hungry. I had to warm up in the oven and it’s never the same. Chips are stake at this point. It’s not the first time. I have requested a refund and am expecting it on to my debit card used!!

I hate this place - it totally ruins my experience. Twice in a row I have ordered drive thru and been asked to pull into the lot to wait. Didn't order chicken. One burger. Fairly quiet nights. Waited 20 mins. Absolute disgrace. They don't give a damn. Don't waste your time. I never write reviews.

I order ketchup for children, there is no ketchup in the bag. My son is crying, my wife tells me to go to the cash register. I don't know English, I try to respond carefully. I couldn't stand the nerves, I hit 200 grams of base, I smoked it with my lover and I don't love the old slut. In 2 months, divorce, I will lose half a million. I do not recommend this pub.

Shocking experience at St Austell McDonald's. This was meant to be a triple cheeseburger with extra onions, I've seen better road kill on side of road!!!!!!! Looked like it had been run over. Staff were no better and the atmosphere was horrendous

The restaurant service and service from the delivery driver itself was great, they even arranged to recook our order because of the extremely long delay. Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with availability of the original courier assigned and no other replacement drivers for over an hour!

It has not shown up and I have gone into a hypo thanks to the amount of time it’s taken to evan get close let alone NOT SHOWING UP. I would like a call from a manager or a ceo to discuss this further or I will be taking legal action against you for putting my health at risk.

One of the best ones we've been to. Fries were hot and fresh, the burgers were hot and weren't just chucked together and thrown in a box . The restaurant was kept clean and tidy ready for the next customers. The staff I spoke to were nice and friendly.

Food cold , fries extremely cold warm-ups say the least , coke no ice warm . When you spend at least 25 pounds on food you expect it to be decent, we order takeout for a reason

Ordered a chicken Big Mac with no pickles the box says that’s what it is with no pickles and received a normal Big Mac which is beef not chicken with pickles in also cold and McFlurry melted

90% of the time going through drive through they have got our order wrong. Last time they gave us a vanilla milkshake instead of a strawberry one. Another time they forgot to put sauce in my Big Mac. Once they forgot the straws. The chips always taste dry and have barely any salt on them. AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Missing McFlurry, stone cold. AND took an hour n half to arrive. Absolutely disgraceful. The only thing that was “fast food” about this delivery was how fast it went in the bin.

nuggets were Luke warm and the triple cheeseburger was not even in the bag so only had half of the order.
