Let’s start with delivery time - it took 2hrs!!! Then, one item from order was missing, drinks spilled, which made other items wet as well, chips not cooked properly, and BigMac didn’t taste right. Overall - very disappointing

Big Macs were both very dry - seemed to have less big mac sauce than usual. Great driver - one of the best you have

Food came cold, drink had leaked and made bag wet and then split through and spilt everywhere

for the second time the same driver did not follow instructions he knocked on the door when I told him not to and then when I went out he wasn't even there I have to walk out to the end of my garden and meet him in the car park. I have told him not to knock because it makes the dog bark he does it every time and when I told him about it he just ignored me.

The food was cold, the drinks had been spilt so we only have half cups and there were no McFlurrys!

We nip in to Newquay McDonald's a couple of times a month, usually for breakfast. The food is very good and always served hot. The staff are very friendly and the service has always been excellent. We keep visiting because we know we will get a decent food served quickly.

this score reflects the restaurant not the driver. it was being "prepared" for a very long time and the food was cold. restaurant didn't put straws in and I had to put the contents into the burger myself (it was never put in properly)

Fed up of stone cold deliveries. Food is cooked and sits there for over 30mins whilst waiting for driver, who then drives your food across town because someone on the Uber app paid extra to skip the queue. The whole system is flawed. McDonald's say contact Uber and Uber have the rudest support centre staff I've ever spoken to and are zero help. Deleted McDonald's app and account

forgot 3 portions of chips, gave us a coffee instead of a diet coke and the coffee spilled all of my the other drink ,came 2 hours after i ordered

Food was cold when it arrived, driver has delivered another order before. Chicken selects were ok, burger has to be heated in the microwave, chips were inedible, had to put the icecream in the freezer, no straw for the drink.

The delivery time kept changing later when the food did eventually arrive it was freezing cold

Mcdonalds own delivery doesn't work for me anymore as they won't deliver to me, yet via Just Eat they can forcing me to spend money and not accumulate any more reward. At least this time the courier turned up, as before just got a refund. If the Ice Latte isn't available in the Am don't advertise it. I don't like the hot plain latte hence why I don't order it. Choice of substitute would been helpful. Courier today was great but the app delayed my order to start with so it was late.

Waited over an hour for the driver to deliver only my drinks. Said he’d be back so waited another half hour and just said it’d been delivered when I had no food

the driver called me before he arrived saying he wouldn't be long and that I needed to go and wait outside so it was easier for him.... he didn't even come to the door, I had to walk down the path and across the street. this is the second time this has happened but only I believe from this driver as everyone else I've ever had has always delivered no issues and are really friendly etc!

The staff at McDonald’s were great, but the lack of communication between the drivers, the restaurant and the customers is terrible. The order finally arrived just short of 2 hours after I placed the order and the food was cold and inedible. An apple pie even had HACCP sticker stating ‘discard at 14:31’ and the order didn’t arrive until 14:54. Again, the restaurant staff were brilliant, this is purely an issue with delivery time and lack of communication.

Ordered the food about 3:30pm and didn’t arrive till 5:21pm so wasn’t happy with that and when got the food chips was cold and stale and burger was cold and nuggets where Cold aswell so not the happiest with this delivery and want a refund as had to wait nearly 2 hours for this food

Order never delivered. Said it was delivered 5 mins after restaurant closed and 20 mins after id had to go there myself to get the food which id reordered after a 2 half hour wait. Worst experience I’ve ever had. My son was ravenous. (Would give 0 stars for delivery but can’t. Quality based on what I collected myself. )

Was really late kept on changing times by the time it did get here Chips were cold and soggy burger was barley warm cheese bites stone cold McFlurry had melted I had to put it in the freezer for 30 mins when I pay for delivery I expect it to turn up at least warm I know it won’t be perfect but that’s just unacceptable didn’t eat half of it was not appetising cold

Don't order for delivery on the app. I waited over an hour for my delivery for them to cancel my order. And to top it off my wife made an order at the same timewho was 2 mins down the road from me and hers got delivered. Stupid

Driver delivered quickly, polite and friendly. Unfortunately the burgers were all way over salted, we couldn't eat them.

the chicken nuggets were not fresh and the fillet o fish was cold. the chips were cold and hard which is a big disappointment as the food was for my grand children and most of it was wasted.

With the iced latte being out of stock, I appreciated being called and asked what drink I wanted instead. Food was delicious, and delivery was great too!

the drinks I ordered tasted so wrong. like chemicals or somthing, even if all the drinks were mixed like fanta cola Sprite it would not taste like watery fizzy chemicals so couldent drink either since I dont know whats in them. this is not the first time the drinks have been strange please address this.

2nd time they have delivered food what has been left out for 2 hours. Absolutely disgraceful for a multi-billion dollar company. Food came inedible, stone cold and solid to touch. Have over a handful of staff on and still can not cope with it getting busy. All the manager says is the policy is not to remake the food after the order has come through so they just leave it sat there for god knows how long until a driver picks it up and delivers it. This store really needs looking into as this now a problem what is occurring more and more. If I was you I wouldn’t order food unless you are after stone cold inedible food.

Always an issue :( either items missing, cold food, accepting order and never actually making it, food made incorrectly... this time, burger was perfectly made and fries actually warm! (not hot, but I'm not sure this is possible when ordering delivery with the packaging they use). Other items all as expected, however once again, missing all the dips! minimal, I know, but still disappointing. I don't report issues usually but with McDonald's I find myself having to report issues here often

She took the time to help me set up link my nhs email to the app so I could get access to the discounts, was very kind and helpful and was more than happy to help! Was unable to use the discount this time but gave me a McFlurry to make up for it! Great customer service and made my visit very easy and pleasant, thank you again for your kindness Dawn!

Ordered food at 10 pm. It kept saying, waiting for a driver. 11.30pm they just cancelled it. Terrible service for something so basic. Minus stars if it was an option. Can't give a star rating on food we didn't have. Or service. There wasn't any.

I would like to know when I am getting a refund for my un-delivered meal which I ordered Friday 28th June please. Difficult to answer these questions as the food didn't arrive.

Me and my partner stopped off in McDonald's Newquay on our way home from our holiday. When we arrived home in Bath, my partner realised he left his phone at McDonald's! We were so lucky that one of the staff had found his phone in the car park! We want to say a huge thank you to Carla who works here. She was so kind and helpful. She posted my partner's phone to him in the post - saved us a long drive back!! Thank you so much Carla for sorting this in your own time! This girl deserves a pay rise! We are so greatful 🙏 ❤️

Nice polite clean staff, the place itself is always very clean. Nice quick bite place for McDonald's.

Was on holiday and it was so nice to go to a mcdonalds which was friendly. the food was lovely and hot and the service and staff were also lovely.

I ordered my food at 4.10 pm to be delivered for 6pm. It wasn’t busy when I ordered therefore I would expect I would have been priority having ordered so early. Food came cold as delivery guy had to do loads of stops (not his fault) I took the order as i was hungry. I had to warm up in the oven and it’s never the same. Chips are stake at this point. It’s not the first time. I have requested a refund and am expecting it on to my debit card used!!
