McDonald's in North Somerset

Food said delivered however never arrived . No code was given so unsure how driver delivered the food

Hot chocolate was half empty and spilt in the bag.

For the first time in a lone time the food was hot and really nice. Fries were cooked to perfection and salted well. It’s nice to not have to complain as really enjoyed it. How the big tasty isn’t a permanent burger on the menu is beyond me.

missing item ordered jam and muffin and yet again NO JAM its a disgrace Sunday servers must be half asleap so I will not be ordering from them again Rubbish

Lovely delivery man , very friendly and helpful, polite and happy.

ordered chicken mayo with my order, I entered no mayonnaise in order, but they still added mayonnaise, not happy as I could not eat it.

Yet again the food was freezing cold. The fries were undercooked not salted and looked animic. I ordered a big tasty with bacon meal and received burger with no bacon. Freezing cold and was just chucked into the box. Two cheese bites in the bag which I’m sure you get more than two, I’m sorry but if people can do there jobs to a decent standard at McDonald’s then maybe rethink your life’s as your obviously failing yourself. Yet again money down the drain. Shocking yet again.

It took over an hour to get the food delivered… when it did finally arrive it was cold. Really disappointed.

Wrong order delivered driver nor mcdonalds could rectify

No sauces. I even said "is there sauces in there?" Reply... Yes, and to my not surprise, I open the bag after the driver had left and I've got a 5 chicken select meal with no sauces when I should of have had 2 different flavoured ones plus the extra 2 sweet curry's I purchased. why do Mcdonald staff nationwide never put sauces in with the delivery bags? it's weird. is not just Weston-super-Mare Mcdonalds. it's all over. I know that from being a truck driver. The driver was a nice guy 👌

ordered one of the new deals two burgers for 9.99 and they only delivered one someone had to not have a burger I can't believe at this day and age that someone is not checking the order as it is packed to check it off safe to say disappointed again with the service.

We have not received two quarter pounder meals with the family bundle .. they are missing !

burger was cold and missing brownie

Food was cold. Ordered a burger with extra pickle. Was sent literally 2 burgers with pickle and sauce in between. No bun whatsoever and it was over salted

Fries were more or less cold rest of food was warm but could have been hotter. Didn't see if courier used an insulated bag he just brought food from his car .

My drinks leak and everything was wet.

Once again the meal I ordered was only Luke warm maybe because the courier was delivering more customers orders. I complained last time as well regarding cold food including the coffee but did not receive any explanation or apology

Ordered at 18:00 and my food arrived at 19:55! When the lady arrived i asked if they was busy and she said no very quiet! When i told her i had been waiting for 2 hours for my delivery she was very shocked and said she had accepted the job 10 minutes before she delivered my food!

Food was half hour later than it was said to arrive, alongside with it arriving cold my drink had been knocked over in the bag so I had half a coke and the bag with my food was also wet because half of the drink spilled onto that bag , not very happy waited a long time to get cold wet McDonalds

the delivery times was as expected. when the food arrived it was cold and dry. I can only assume this is down to McDonald's

I ordered my meal at 16.29 and it finally arrived at 17.26. the coffee is cold nuggets just about edible as are the chips why take 1 hour to deliver?? original time was 16.55 and time increased from there no serviette or ketchup. your comments would be appreciated.

The hash browns were cold and the muffins were like/warm.

the driver did not listen to the driver note then when I told him about it he was very rude

Delivery driver rang to say he couldn’t find my flat. I reiterated the address he said I’d given the wrong one - I double checked I had not + I had given delivery instructions, he asked to check delivery code so I gave it. He didn’t turn up or call back yet marked the order as delivered. Customer service was awful & just said as the driver has the code I could not have a refund. I would advise people not to use JustEat as the service in all aspects was appalling.

Food was cold and inedible. It was delivered by bike from the McDonalds farthest away. We have one just down the road from us.

enjoyed the milkshake but couldnt eat the burgers or the fries because it was to cold and felt like chewing carboard i spent ova 20 pounds and all i had was 2 milkshakes ,i use just eat a lot and dont normally have any problems ,wasnt happy tonight tho .

Rather than being the only 24hr McDonald’s in Weston, how about you shut for a few hours to train your staff how to assemble a hot burger. by the time it arrived which took longer than suggested the drinks had leaked all over the place. I had half a cup if hot chocolate which was cold. when i tried to take a sip the cup leaked all over me. the chips were also cold. and sent wrong deserts.
