Attention to detail should be high on the list of this Macdonald's. My burger arrived slightly warm and one burger was hanging out half way with cheese stuck to the box. The other burger had a quarter teaspoon of sauce and one sliced gherkin. The fillet of fish also had a quarter teaspoon of tartar sauce with the top section of bread hanging on for dear life with it's cheese stuck to the box. If you want a job, surely do it to the best of your ability? Such a shame. The table service was poor. The tray arrived and was dropped onto the table, not a word spoken. Perhaps it was bedtime? It was 9:30pm. The four of us almost felt like we should be apologising for being there! We hurried our food in case we upset anyone else. Our friends live 3 miles away but have said they won't be going back. As said, such a shame.

It seems to just take for ever to get anything you order u stand here for 30 40 mins some days They seem to just concentrate on the drive through and not care about anybody in the restaurant 🙄

Had take away as usual and as usual not hot enough, cold. Had to warm up the burger and re fried the chips 🙄 and no care putting the burger together, messy!

Been here a few times and the drive through is so slowly and this out of peak hours. It takes on average 20-30mins, so poor.

It's McDonalds, so fast food and good service.

Ordered from here twice ovr ge weekend Food and drink the 1st time and coffees the 2nd time. Everything was fine 🙂 no complaints 👌

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with McDonald’s delivery service. On 25/08/24, I placed an order for takeaway through your app, only to receive a delivery that was so incomplete it was almost comical. The number of items missing from my order exceeded the number of items actually delivered. I immediately lodged a complaint through the app, only to be directed to Uber Eats for resolution. While Uber Eats did issue a refund for the missing items, I was then informed that I would need to reorder and pay the delivery fee again to receive the correct items. This is utterly unacceptable. When I questioned this, I was told that it is policy and that there was nothing more that could be done. Frankly, this is a poor excuse for a solution. Not only was my original order mishandled, but I am now expected to incur additional costs and inconvenience due to a mistake that was entirely McDonald’s fault. This situation demonstrates a clear lack of accountability and respect for your customers. I expect McDonald’s, a globally recognized brand, to take ownership of such issues and ensure that customers are not penalized for mistakes that are out of their control. The current policy is inadequate and places an unfair burden on the customer. I strongly urge you to review your policies and customer service practices. I expect immediate corrective action and a response detailing how McDonald’s intends to address this matter.

Nice place to eat. Very clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

If you like waiting 20 minutes for your food then this is the McDonald's for you. Everything seems to be geared up for the drive through, huge queues inside. Terrible organisational quality.

First and last visit to this branch, appalling! Self service screens don’t work but no staff serving on the counter either. Finally ordered food, 20 minute weight, to then be given someone else’s order. Waited again for the correct order that had clearly been sat around as it was cold. Absolute chaos, staff not capable at all.

It's a McDonalds. It's everything you expect from a McDonalds. Never had a particularly negative or overly positive experience at this particular spot.

wrong and missing items on this. Ordered a double big mac with bacon, instead received a double cheeseburger, and my nuggets had no sauce included

I don’t give reviews at all, let alone negative ones… But I ordered 2 burgers. Asked for NO pickle, NO tomato slices and 1 extra patty on each burger... I received 2 burgers, each with 1 patty and tomato sauce. Not even any lettuce. I know you don’t need a degree to work at McDonald’s but surely you are required to at least have a brain. Not even a full brain. Just 1 brain cell. Hoping I get a refund but not expecting one due to the awful service this app gives.

Not very impressed with this McDonald’s, every time I order from here something is forgotten. Last night I ordered and I had to wait over an hour for my food to arrive, every time I looked at the app it kept changing the time that it was going to be delivered.

Big Mac had a ridiculous amount of sauce making it unenjoyable to eat. delivery driver got lost so all food was cold, tried asking the driver if they struggled to find the house and she laughed and smiled at me.

"Technically" on time, but believe the drivers are delivering more than one order at a time. Food was stone cold and inedible. This is not the first time it's happened and on a previous delivery that first dropped at mine, saw at least 2 other deliveries in their insulated bag.

wasent very happy that are order was late. it said it be with us at 6:30. didn't come until we rang macdonalds. they got someone to bring are order out as quickly. which wasent until 7:35. my husband had wrk at 8pm. he needed to leave home at 7:45pm. so he was starving and was late for work. would like are money back.

Truly awful place. The waiting time is horrendous. Several people in front of us were complaining before me. There was no explanation as to why we had to wait so long. I really took offence when at order Several numbers after mine was presented at the counter first when the amount was similar in size. On challenging this I got a shrug of ghe shoulders and suddenly my order number appeared as ready, even though I still had to wait Several minutes more. Won't be visiting here again.
