McDonald's in Portsmouth

I'm not usually a McD fan, but I had 30mins before a meeting and thought I'd stop have a coffee and breakfast muffin. The staff were happy, smiling and the muffin was delicious, very fresh. Unlike the deliveries (not necessarily this branch) have always turned up sweated and cold. Well done Cosham for restoring faith in the brand.

This is a nice branch of McDonalds. Taste wise it is the same as any branch within the UK. The car park is quite large. I parked up on one of the collection spaces. Ordered and the food was delivered between 5 to 10 minutes. It was pretty quick. Possibly quicker than going in. Ordering via the app was simple too. Pleasant experience.

This place is one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. Service is pedestrian. Don't bother if you're in a hurry or it's weekday lunch time. It looks more like a college campus due to the proximity of a local college.

Slow service, food average at best, overpriced, you are just a number over all experience poor

Fast efficient service with plenty of seating areas

The food was cold and we had to wait in the car park for the meal and forgot our sauce that went with the cheese sticks

McDonald's is McDonald's but this one messes up my delivery every time and always make you park up when driving through. The kids that work there are so slow

Amazing food better than any restaurant

This McDonald's seems to be one of few that consistently delivers poor service for just eat / Uber orders. My delivery driver was waiting for an hour in the restaurant today, the staff had poorly organised the orders and as a result completely cold food arrived.

I regularly have lunch with my son here on the weekends and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is ok and pretty cheap and the app always gives you rewards so on the odd occasion I've either had mine or my son's meal completely free, so I suggest you download the McDonald's app as plenty of rewards and points you can earn on there.

Very rarely do we get food from here and there's not an issue with it. Whether it's cold, missing items or sub par burgers. When they get it right, it's fine. This used to be the best McDonald's in Portsmouth, but it's gone rapidly downhill

20mins for a simple breakfast order. Too busy with online delivery orders. They did remake my coffee which had been sat for that 20 mins

Took half hour for food order ended up getting refund as tight on time

Problem after Problem do not order anything from this mcdonalds especially if its online even if you actually go to the fast food joint which it is far from avoid this place

Order from here you will be left disappointed and shot of food 3 meals missing fries and missing 1 drink cant seem to pack the orders properly somehow alway mess up

The worst of the worst..cold stale fries.cold quarter pounder and chicken burger with old browning lettuce in the box and not even in the bap..just picked it up at 15:00 on the 8/10/24.white transit van.just hoping they might remember us..will never go back again...total crap.

Ordered through the drive through. Asked to move to a bay and wait for the food. I went in after waiting over 20 minutes and it was sat on a tray waiting for me.

Too many delivery drivers jumping the queue. Orders lost. Screens not showing order numbers. Net result angry customers. Not pleasant.

Took along time in serving you. They seem more into serving the delivery drivers nowadays and not customers going in to eat

Food was cold. Fries were hard and greasy. Not impressed! It was after 11am so the food should have been fresh and hot.

Not fast food. Huge queue at drive-through. Priority given to food delivery. Waited 25 minutes for food.

delivery time kept updating every few minutes adding extra time. Don't mind too much but food was cold. Time on the receipt suggested it had been cooked for nearly an hour. Milkshake was melted and warm, everything else was completely cold. Disappointing but definitely the first time this has happened.

Paid for extra sausage and didn't get it, rest of the order was fine though.

Vile courier that was rude and aggressive.

Every time we order from this branch our food is stone cold! Delivery time kept being pushed. Is the food just sitting on the side?! Won't order again.

Ordered our food on the App and waited patiently in click and serve Bay. After 25minuts the App said the order was collected. We waited another 10 minutes before I went inside to find out where our order was. It wasn't even prepared yet. Stood there another 10 minutes watching our chips getting cold while a flustered guy was apologising to other customers for missing food in their orders. When he finally got the chance to prepare our drinks he gave me medium instead of large. I politely asked and he swapped them over. By the time I got back in the car we have spent 45-50 minutes in the car park. The food was cold. Not really fast food. They were all rushing around, making mistakes and obviously taking on too many delivery orders.

The whole order of food was cold. The fruit bag which was ordered and paid for was missing along with the dips. Half the Sprite was spilt in the delivery bag due to the lid not being put on correctly. Will not be using McDonald’s in cosham again.

The drinks bag was drenched at the bottom so the bag split and we lost both of our drinks. The food was over an hour late and was extremely cold. The chips were half full, the large chips looked just about a medium sized portion.

I did Not receive the 2 portions of medium chips with my 2 burger meal deal. Sort yourselfs out. This is the 3rd time something has been wrong with my order. Either refund me for the missing items or send the rest of my order to my address NOW.

Cold, late by over an hour, and i was told the order had been cancelled by me (it hadn't and wasnt showing as cancelled on my account), before it finally turned up shortly after. Not only was the food stone cold at this point, but the drink had leake

41 minute wait for 3meals. Dined in, wished we hadn't bothered. Restaurant dirty, bins overflowing as previous visit. Food was virtually cold. No fork available for side salad. Ordered sauces unavailable. Full of upset customers, several already asked for refund as over 30miutes waited. Toilets disgusting. Do not recommend at all. We will not visit this store again, let down previously here but this was beyond a joke.

Food was cold and ice cream had melted by the time it got here. Not sure if this was because it sat at McDonalds for so long before being delivered. The estimated delivery time was amended several times to be later and later, while courier 'waited'.
