If you want your food fast don’t come at 12 noon

Food was only warm as usual. Had a flat white which was nice and hot though.

Super busy location. Limited parking but all good. Drive thru as well

The worst of the worst..cold stale fries.cold quarter pounder and chicken burger with old browning lettuce in the box and not even in the bap..just picked it up at 15:00 on the 8/10/24.white transit van.just hoping they might remember us..will never go back again...total crap.

Ordered through the drive through. Asked to move to a bay and wait for the food. I went in after waiting over 20 minutes and it was sat on a tray waiting for me.

Took along time in serving you. They seem more into serving the delivery drivers nowadays and not customers going in to eat

Too many delivery drivers jumping the queue. Orders lost. Screens not showing order numbers. Net result angry customers. Not pleasant.

I was waiting 25 mins for my food it was freezing cold my drink was warm there was curry sauce in my wrap should of been barbecue

Food was cold. Fries were hard and greasy. Not impressed! It was after 11am so the food should have been fresh and hot.

My food could of been hotter and my hot chocolate more chocolate...

Not fast food. Huge queue at drive-through. Priority given to food delivery. Waited 25 minutes for food.

Paid for extra sausage and didn't get it, rest of the order was fine though.

Food was still warm. One off the drinks the syrup had gone.

delivery time kept updating every few minutes adding extra time. Don't mind too much but food was cold. Time on the receipt suggested it had been cooked for nearly an hour. Milkshake was melted and warm, everything else was completely cold. Disappointing but definitely the first time this has happened.

Been using McDonalds throughout Portsmouth for years. Don't need any freebies. I just enjoy every visit, Well Done Team. Best Wishes Philip.

May as well have cooked the food myself, the amount of heating it I had to do when it arrived. Almost stone cold

Every time we order from this branch our food is stone cold! Delivery time kept being pushed. Is the food just sitting on the side?! Won't order again.

Vile courier that was rude and aggressive.

Ordered our food on the App and waited patiently in click and serve Bay. After 25minuts the App said the order was collected. We waited another 10 minutes before I went inside to find out where our order was. It wasn't even prepared yet. Stood there another 10 minutes watching our chips getting cold while a flustered guy was apologising to other customers for missing food in their orders. When he finally got the chance to prepare our drinks he gave me medium instead of large. I politely asked and he swapped them over. By the time I got back in the car we have spent 45-50 minutes in the car park. The food was cold. Not really fast food. They were all rushing around, making mistakes and obviously taking on too many delivery orders.

The whole order of food was cold. The fruit bag which was ordered and paid for was missing along with the dips. Half the Sprite was spilt in the delivery bag due to the lid not being put on correctly. Will not be using McDonald’s in cosham again.

Food arrived cold no effort was made to keep it warm. Driver was also rude

The drinks bag was drenched at the bottom so the bag split and we lost both of our drinks. The food was over an hour late and was extremely cold. The chips were half full, the large chips looked just about a medium sized portion.

Took over an hour for the delivery to actually turn up and then when it did it was stone cold. Considering it was for my son who I only see on a weekend it was a bit of a let down as he was looking forward to it

I did Not receive the 2 portions of medium chips with my 2 burger meal deal. Sort yourselfs out. This is the 3rd time something has been wrong with my order. Either refund me for the missing items or send the rest of my order to my address NOW.

Cold, late by over an hour, and i was told the order had been cancelled by me (it hadn't and wasnt showing as cancelled on my account), before it finally turned up shortly after. Not only was the food stone cold at this point, but the drink had leake

41 minute wait for 3meals. Dined in, wished we hadn't bothered. Restaurant dirty, bins overflowing as previous visit. Food was virtually cold. No fork available for side salad. Ordered sauces unavailable. Full of upset customers, several already asked for refund as over 30miutes waited. Toilets disgusting. Do not recommend at all. We will not visit this store again, let down previously here but this was beyond a joke.

Food was cold and ice cream had melted by the time it got here. Not sure if this was because it sat at McDonalds for so long before being delivered. The estimated delivery time was amended several times to be later and later, while courier 'waited'.

ordered and payed for 2 ice creams in my order and did mot receive them , the delivery guy was asked if all the order was their he said yes so won't be ordering again

Ordered a breakfast roll with extras and got breakfast roll with no extras. So left me feeling pretty bumped tbh.

All the food was stone cold and inedible i ordered at 19.46 and food turned up at 21.31 ,no dips sent ,the whole thing is totally disgusting wasted my money ,but just eat still got the cheek to charge 2.15 service charge on top ,WHAT SERVICE ,DISGUST

Given a time of 15-30 mins delivery and it arrived 1 hour and 5 mins after ordering. Food was cold, had to microwave it to warm it up, ice and drink had completely melted and made drink watery. The burger looked like it had been made by a 2 year old. Really not happy and won't be coming back to McDonalds because it's the same old rubbish, looking rubbish and they keep pushing the prices up in the process.

I order at 16:24 and got delivered an hour and bit later the food was cold and where gone cold tasted stale my milkshake where melted and been sat for to long it when bubbly and frothy and the McFlurry where melted was just liquid had to throw them away as couldn’t eat them

Mixed up my drink with another one when asked for Fanta gave me a coffee

Absolutely filthy in there. I was there Sunday morning at 9am you would have thought it would be clean being so early but no. Floors were stinking. Walls. Food lying around. Bathroom walls stinking. Won’t be back
