Would give 0 stars if I could. Order never arrived. Lied to us and deliveroo over and over again about it being on its way when it clearly wasn't. Told us when the food got to us he would refund us and we could have the food for free, yet the food was never even on its way to us anyway and he didn't issue a refund. He used excuses like their car had broken, then something about an electric pump for a tyre, it was all rubbish. 2 hours we waited and called for and this is the service we got. They then closed up and turned their phone off. The resteraunt isn't even 5 minutes from my house yet somehow they still couldn't manage it. I'll be avoiding this place like the plague from now on and suggest everyone else does too.

Finally a decent dessert parlour in Portsmouth that delivers! Fast and efficient. Ordered a variety of milkshakes and waffles for the family, all absolutely delicious. Will now be using anytime I need to treat the family and friends.

Long wait but arrived in the alloted time frame. And worth every penny the waffles are amazing. They looked fantastic smelt fantastic and tasted amazing!! Highly reccomend

Placed an order , then had a phone call to say how long it would be , great customer service very polite , lovely desert , cookie dough and waffle with white chocolate and banana , delicious, will definitely order again

Do not even try, matches frozen deserts quality from cheap supermarkets.

Tub of ice cream wasn’t even a scoops worth, milkshake was runny, had no flavour and just tasted like milk, they responded asking me to contact them to sort the issue, and after I attempted to contact them on multiple occasions they never responded.
