McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

Quick enough service bit food was cool so not great. Way too expensive for what you get.

The app wouldn't process payment so I went in restaurant to order while ordering the payment processed on app. Then waited for nearly 15 minutes to be told they were waiting for mini hash browns. The only food that was hot was the mini hash browns

Not the best, chips were undercooked and not very hot.

Order submitted at 16.45, with a requested delivery time of 17.30. Food arrived at 18.06 and was all cold. if you cannot keep the food warm why even offer a delivery service. disgraceful

The order delivered to me was completely wrong and cold. I emailed you regarding this matter, including photo evidence, but have not received any answer, nearly two weeks ago. We cannot afford to lose the money. Will not been using your services.

I waited 2 hours for my order. The delivery time kept getting moved over. Terrible..don't take orders unless they can be delivered at a reasonable time.

This is now the seventh and final time of me trying to order McDonalds breakfast over a period of 2 months. They don’t even start preparing it. Ages goes by, I can’t cancel it to reorder from somewhere else. They eventually cancel the order when they stop doing breakfast!

Ordered 2 chicken wraps of the day one with bacon ,one without got home and none had bacon ,also one had lots of cucumber no tomatoes and the other no cucumber but one slice of tomato? No bbq sauce in any wraps !

Went to this McDonald’s on the 18/09/2024, I arrived 1 hour prior to the closing time as listed on both the McDonald’s app and Google. I parked up and clicked collect on my order as I ordered on the my McDonald’s app, I go to collect my food having been allowed to order. To be told it was closed with everything turned off and the doors shut with no signs to inform me the ‘ restaurant’ was closed. I arrived again on the 19/09/2024 at 22:10 assuming this was a one off event, however I go to order and do so on the screens this time, and collect my order, a few people were sat down and assumed I’d be able to eat my meal I collected INSIDE, to be told the tables were closed. I understand closing off a section to enable a quicker clean down process but if you are open until 23:00 you must be able to honour people eating before this time, if not you should change your closing time and stop being lazy trying to finish a shift early. The attitude from the two ladies with the “crew trainer” badges absolutely had no ounce of customer service, and if these people are the trainers it’s no wonder this McDonald’s is so poor.

Order wasn't delivered. No help from the restaurant and no replacement meal sent. Rude lady on the phone. Disgraceful service

I’m unhappy with how my last order went I spent 20 minutes cleaning Coca Cola off of my inside and outside floors to which my food wasn’t ideal to eat the driver clearly didn’t care and carried my belongings with recklessness I would like this issue to be resolved I’m a regular customer and that’s crossed the line

it was well worth the wait I understand the lateness people are busy I really enjoyed my meal

Half the order was missing, again! Will get a refund, but it means half our household has no dinner now!

Everytime I get a McDonald’s from hitchin they get the order wrong and forget all sauces. I requested 14 sauces, 5 which I paid for and didn’t receive a single one. It’s really frustrating when this happens every order. My Fanta was also flat, and I didn’t get the sauce on my McFlurry

Order was really cold, (saw driver waiting around at another house for food 5-10mins from the map) order was also missing spicy burger. They don’t usually mess up this bad. Shame!

Worst mcdonald's around. Not ordered from here for a long time due to bad experiences in the past. Decided to see if the place had got any better. Nothing has changed still employing people that can't read a order. Plain cheese burger, no sauce, no pickles. What I got: bacon cheese burger with sauce and pickles. People need sacking sorry but it's not that hard to read a order sent online. Never had a delivery come that's right.

They forgot part of my order, as usual. Which I only noticed once I got home and checked the bag. Constantly annoyed when I order from this Mcdonalds

I give this 5 star because of the staffs caring attitudes.

I understand that it may have been busy but I do not expect cold food or undercooked fries for my child when normally I have no issues with McDonald’s

Missing item the pankakes one and the hash brown has one strange black thing inside

We regularly use the drive through and like the ease of booking through the app now. Service can be a bit hit or miss and we have learned the hard way to check the contents of our order before we leave. Other than that, you get what you expect to and it keeps the kids happy.

My order is currently over 2 hours late I ordered at 3:50 and still have not received my order but it says it has been delivered but in future time. Right now it is 6:15 and it says my ordered WAS delivered at 6:25. Make it make sense

They forgot 4?meals on my order 🙃

Their app takes the order in Letchworth but then I get a receipt for a Hitchin order. Nobody wants to take ownership so I need to double pay so I get my family to eat without going through a huge scene. Nobody is owning my £24 refund.

This place is an absolute joke! When the driver handed me the food, I thought to myself self the bag feels a bit lite! Once opened to realise no chips in the bag, no apple pie. On top of that the burger was a normal Big Mac, in stead of a double. To top it off no straw for drink. Now to deal with just eat is going to be fun!!! Only individual options for each situation.

As usual there is always something missing. Last time the pancakes and sausage meal arrived without the sausage. The time before, without the muffin and today hash browns missing. How hard is it seriously to look at a list and then pick it. And as usual cannot be accepting their pop in next time and we will give it free. Free? I paid for it already you overpaid and underworked.

Ridiculous early closing hours, and the app that allows me to pre order well beforehand only to find the staff sitting on the floor outside at 5 past 11 on a Saturday night shouting abuse at us. Very good quality and great delivery service

When ordering in store or on phone to collect the food is always hot and fresh! Fairly quick and staff are okay. When ordering via delivery you may as well give up. Food arrives freezing and horrible. Delivery drivers pick up multiple orders causing a huge delay and food left sitting behind the counter as seen in store.
