McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

No sauces and ordered 2 Minecraft meals for the toy for my son and didn't receive any.

Food was cold and no dips delivered

Not even the correct order I ordered McDonalds and received subway

A bit cold And was given the wrong drink but good enough

Ordered 3 dips for a 20 nugget sharebox amd received no dips

Awful took too long food cold food missing, literally no idea how something so basic could be so badly done

Took over 3 hours to be delivered food is all stone cold

everything fine except no condiments again

Easy ordering, quick on time delivery.

Order arrived over and hour and a half later than the latest estimate. Order arrived stone cold and milkshakes had melted. completely inedible. please refind us without any further inconvenience. We have to order somthing else elsewhere.

Delivery guy was super nice and talkative. Give this guy a raise

Absolute rubbish. 2 hour wait to be delivered stone cold food. Obviously made hours ago, should have the option to either cancel if it’s going to take hours or the staff should have the decency to remake the food so it will be hot on delivery. Bag was also unsealed. This place need to sort itself out!

My order was delivered more than 2 hours ago, it was confirmed. The food was not hot, and the chicken was not crispy enough

We didn’t get any straws with our order and the food wasn’t the warmest but that’s usual I’ve found as fast food tends to go colder once served quicker.

They omitted all of the ordered sauces. Devastating.

The place is really clean and friendly, the stuff helped me carry the second trey to the table, toilets are really clean and smell really good! Would definitely recommend it!

Delivery driver was on his phone didn’t even speak to me. I left a message to not ring the bell as I have kids asleep… proceeds to ring bell and bang loudly on the door and woke kids up…

We are always happy with our orders but have to say that the fries are always cold on arrival and need microwaving.

Food took ages to arrive, delivery time kept getting pushed back and it arrived stone cold missing all the sauces I collected.

Absolutely horrible service, the elder lady there constantly speaks to customers in a passive aggressive tone and does not create a friendly, nice atmosphere at all.

The driver was very rude ! Was on his phone speaking in his own language ! Just asked the code and left ! This is so ignorant and rude towards customers he was constantly on his phone crossed over our lawn and went to the neighbours

I waited 2 and a half hours for this order. this is very bad and if drivers are too busy then orders should not be taken. this service is awful

This place is terrible. My teen daughter ordered from them, but they delivered the wrong order. When she called to resolve the issue, they took her order number and promised to call her back in five minutes. They never did and they ignored her calls. However, when I followed up, they told me that I needed to contact Uber to file a complaint. I asked why they hadn’t communicated this to my daughter during her call, and they claimed someone else was assisting her at that time. They hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager. The customer service here is unacceptable.

Food was completely cold when it finally arrived. I watch the delivery driver on the map go the completely wrong direction before heading back with my order. I do not expect to have cold food delivered.

Didn’t even get delivered waited tor nearly 3 hours. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in the area. It either never arrives or they are always missing items. Don’t order of just eat either they are just as bad. Deleting both.

unfortunately ordered a milkshake (cold) which was obviously carried and delivered together with hot food. Result was cold fries.

The driver went into the other side of town at first and when he finally realized his mistake he delivered food late and loop worm not hot as it should be. Very inconvenient driver if he don't know how to use post code in first place.

Was tracking my courier he went to 3 different places before coming to me. Items were missing food was cold so threw it away. courier even said he would bring missing items on next delivery but didn't he was just lying cause he couldn't be bothered. Very unhappy with the service from mcdonalds and just eat.

Usual sub-par experience from McDonald's but the driver was nice and quick!

Ordered at 4 pm, driver was there 4:15. The time then kept changing to later. Finally arrived at 5:17pm. All hot food stone cold. The McFlurry was melted and had no toppings (later discovered they had just sunk) no straws, sauces. Awful.

Two problems. Why have a system that allows you to pick a time for delivery if you are never going to honour it. Secondly, if you cannot check that everything on an order is in a bag against a receipt that lists it, there is an issue.

The app wouldn't process payment so I went in restaurant to order while ordering the payment processed on app. Then waited for nearly 15 minutes to be told they were waiting for mini hash browns. The only food that was hot was the mini hash browns

The fries were inedible - can't believe you served such rubbish. Rest of the order was fine

The quality of the burger is very different from the description and photo of the product
