McDonald's in North Hertfordshire

All my food was cold there it was just stilling there and I did not have my drink as they was at the bottom of my bag so I am not happy with this

I ordered 2 x double sausage and egg muffin and they give me single but charge me to double

Chips were cold and tasted old

I missed my lunch time and when the food finally arrived was stone cold

delivery time kept changing food stone cold

Got one Burger I ordered. Ordered Two chilli Burgers and received 1 plus a normal cheese burger , my milkshake was quite runny and chips semi warm

delivery took 1 hour and 10 mins to arrive and the food was so hard and cold I had to throw it all in the bin

One of the drink was spilled out.

Great delivery guy big smile polite and respectful

man arrived with half an order. waited an hour. man shouted at me in front of my children. very rude all because I wanted to check the order. food was cold very poor service over all

Burger came with no cheese. I payed extra for sauces and none arrived. Chips were cold.

Chips were cold and undercooked as per usual and barely any lettuce in my chicken mayo burger, surely they would learn how to cook working in a fast food restaurant, or do they forget people are paying their wages for sh*tty food, re learn how to cook before giving people undercooked or missing food

Driver needs to learn some maners, he kept banging on the door bell continuously and nuisance for me and our neighbour. I asked you do not need bang on the bell continuously

Delivery driver was polite and friendly but McDonald’s forgot all 4 of my dips, a straw and food was stone cold

The only reason I haven’t given five stars for both is because I asked for dips but never received them with my chicken selects otherwise I was very happy

When we received our order the fries were soggy and everything was stone cold like it had been sat about for a very long while, we were not impressed with this service at all.

Food was over an hour later than the first estimate, and arrived cold, not even luke warm. Literally cold.

The muffins were just warm and the porridge was like it came straight from the fridge

Easy ordering, quick on time delivery.

Order arrived over and hour and a half later than the latest estimate. Order arrived stone cold and milkshakes had melted. completely inedible. please refind us without any further inconvenience. We have to order somthing else elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish. 2 hour wait to be delivered stone cold food. Obviously made hours ago, should have the option to either cancel if it’s going to take hours or the staff should have the decency to remake the food so it will be hot on delivery. Bag was also unsealed. This place need to sort itself out!

My order was delivered more than 2 hours ago, it was confirmed. The food was not hot, and the chicken was not crispy enough

We didn’t get any straws with our order and the food wasn’t the warmest but that’s usual I’ve found as fast food tends to go colder once served quicker.

Lot better recently, presume under new management. Food was hot and actually cooked.

They omitted all of the ordered sauces. Devastating.

The place is really clean and friendly, the stuff helped me carry the second trey to the table, toilets are really clean and smell really good! Would definitely recommend it!

Delivery driver was on his phone didn’t even speak to me. I left a message to not ring the bell as I have kids asleep… proceeds to ring bell and bang loudly on the door and woke kids up…

Rude staff shouting across the restaurant dirty toilets and very very loud music in bathroom

We are always happy with our orders but have to say that the fries are always cold on arrival and need microwaving.

Absolutely horrible service, the elder lady there constantly speaks to customers in a passive aggressive tone and does not create a friendly, nice atmosphere at all.

The driver was very rude ! Was on his phone speaking in his own language ! Just asked the code and left ! This is so ignorant and rude towards customers he was constantly on his phone crossed over our lawn and went to the neighbours

This McDonald’s was MASSIVE – and the fries? Low key slap. They taper the salt perfectly so the flavor doesn’t just fade.
