McDonald's in Wycombe

Food was cold and the drinks and dips were missed from our order. Also very slow even though lots of staff and no customers. On a positive note, he girl that helped sort our missing items was very nice and very helpful.

Stone cold food, chocolate milkshake tasted like plain ice cream.Despite being the only one waiting for my food , I waited 10 minutes for one meal! Staff do not seem at all bothered and are in no hurry

ZERO STARS! Yet again the lids were not put on the hot drinks properly& soaked through the bag causing all of the items to fall to the floor as the rider handed them to me1 I now have badly stained curtains & carpet! ADSA McDonalds is the worst!!

Not a bad macdonalds bit not the best. All usual burgers etc are available here. Quieter than the newer store up the road but sometimes busy depending on asda

Nice pizza and the monk fish scampi was OK but not great. Maybe 3 is harsh but felt that the scampi was a let down. Lovely atmosphere and good service.

Food was old and cold. Chicken burger tasted like the sole of a slow. Teapot one on his you tube vlog rated this McDonald's as the worst in the UK. I tend to agree. If it could award 0 stars I would.

Food was better than the last time, order was correct this time, Staff seemed more friendly which was good, restaurant was also very clean and tidy 10/10.

i ordered from their breakfast menu through deliveroo at 10:43am. the order was accepted and i was told it was being prepared, and hour later and multiple riders have accepted the order then declined it after getting to the restaurant. i eventually called and they said that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have the items i wanted. it took me calling the restaurant myself to be told that my order was cancelled and they just kept turning drivers away instead of informing me through the app. thankfully i got a full refund from deliveroo

AS per usual most of the drink was in the paper bag and not the cup! There were 2 teas and 1 cappuccino ... but it should have been the other way around! 2 cappuccinos and one tea! This branch is a joke!

the hot food was warm tipping on going cold one coke didn't turn up and neither did a fruit bag added with the happy meal

Been just here, machines do not have ticket, informed by the counter and a blonde short hair woman just asked me in a rude and loud tone if I needed... Ordered two meals of wrap of the day (Caesar bacon crisp), mine was asked without source but both came without bacon and sauce... Dear Macdonalds, you may inform your employees the importance of tickets, either to review what was brought, either to exchange or other proof the costumers may need and definitely no one needs to justify the need by the counter. The rude lady if doesn't want to work may give her place to those who want ... And lack of tickets (receipt) on the MacDonald machines is a constant, in this and other stores.... Waited about 15 minutes for my order, no apology about the delay, when I got the order home only the chips were correct. Very disappointing

Food was okay. I ordered a Fanta but it never came. Didn't have to wait too long for food, it's always quite busy in there probably because it's in the high street. Could do with a make over and a bit of TLC but was fine.

Half of the coke was missing and the ice cream was not what I ordered.. Really unhappy with the service

It is what it is, McDonald's!! Staff are friendly and efficient. The ace itself is a tad tired, could do with a bit of a refresh.

No atmosphere in here had to wait ages for my food after being parked only ordered basic off menu food was pretty tasteless like most McDonald's milkshakes not working more than working staff doing a lot of chatting g rather than serving very poor customer service

The quality of the food is horrid. The burger tastes old and dry..I also asked for extra onions and didn’t get any on either burger. I asked for a single cheeseburger also and you gave me a triple cheeseburger. The fries are undercooked also. Awful!

So annoying. Ordered 2 Big Mac meals but one of the big Mac burgers was missing!! Is it really hard to put everything in the bag?

A quite peaceful McDonalds with quick and correct service (some other McDonalds are disastrous in getting the order right)

I believe the food was prepared quickly but it then sat on the side waiting for a driver slowly going cold. they were pr3paring my order for over 45 mins, so everything was stone Cole when it eventually arrived, apart from the ice cream which was just a melted cream drink no longer frozen. only a 40% refund as I assume they feel you got your food it was just cold. it all went in the bin so £12 in the bin. poor poor poor

We were served 2 raw burgers, service was slow although they did replace the burgers

A nice and clean new restaurant located just off the Handy Cross roundabout near the M40. Free parking for 1.5 hours.

Inside the Asda. So you can do your shopping then grab something on your way out. Lots of seating. Food was hot. Service friendly.

Delivery driver spilt all the drinks. I have a trail of Coca cola all across my carpet because the bag was soaking.

Missing all the sauces!! & food is like warm

Never opens on time says 6am on the app and website but went in multiple times past 6:10 to find it still not open. Always have to ask for sauces that you should get with some items like chicken selects because they don’t give them to you even though they have been paid for.

Pretty much as we have all come.to expect.

Cheque your order before leaving, They never put everything you order into the bag. Unfortunately, this is a common incident with Mcdonald's nowadays. The service has become absolutely dreadful.

It was open but due to technical fault could serve me what happened to the old fashioned way.

Disappointing and shameful that a huge company like McDonalds can't 'afford?' to add some lettuce leaves to replace a burger bun for someone who is gluten and dairy intollerent and cannot have the cheese or the bun. I know that allergies are the individuals responsibility and their problem but all that was asked was that given the full price of the burger still had to be paid, they didn't have a gluten free bun so couldn't eat the bun all I asked is that instead of the bun they throw in a couple of lettuce leaves. Answer back...no sorry can't do that????!!!!! No explanation as to why and just computer says no!! I at no point disputed paying the full price but just wanted to lettuce leaves with my burger so that I could enjoy some form of meal with my child. Their approach didn't feel very inclusive or understanding of those that have allergies and struggles with food at no fault of their own. Flexibility and customer service in this place is non existent!!!

It's inside an ASDA, too busy and poorly managed. Food was lacking in quality, and the seating area was dirty.

You wait a long time for the food and the hall and toilet are dirty 😔. The tables are not cleared after each customer.

Great Coffee and some new burgers

The McDonald’s was missing fries and happy meal box. The driver was good just McDonald’s that messed up.

I paid £2.40 for BBQ dips and ketchup and didn't receive any dips at all. So I'm owed £2.40.

The food was lukewarm at best and cold at worst.

Mc Donald’s did not put the sauces in the bag please make sure that everything is in the bag moving forward. Great service !!

This is meant to be a FAST food place. We were waiting for ages .... whilst they prepared all of the delivery orders (which sat there getting cold) I cannot comment on the food 🤮 as I do not eat here

If you order your food to be delivered, expect your food to be ice cold and like rubber. They will ALWAYS give you the food that has been sitting out for hours. It IS NOT the delivery driver…it’s McDonald’s trying to get rid of food they wouldn’t give to customers in store.

The delivery driver ordered my food to the wrong address. I have watched them on the map in the same location (my road) for 10 minutes. Suddenly it said food has been delivered but I have not received it

Food not as great, food not always available, always massive queues of cars bumper to bumper bends around onon the bend to another bend to a third bend :o, I will not buy from this place anymore. And fpr personal reasons, better off buying pack of fish cakes, buns and bags of frozen chips save you alot of money and make your own with hot tea, or chocolate, which be much better, cheaper and quantity be much more. Now what I know I won't be buying anything from here again
