6 of us had an evening meal on Saturdays evening , service was excellent. All of us agreed that the food was of good quality and delicious, best we’ve eaten for a long time. It was nice that it was a set menu and you could choose from British or Indian dishes. Also made it easier to divide the bill. Will certainly eat here again when in the area.

Made to feel welcome and had good service by Mohi who was friendly and efficient. A baby shower clebration lunch for 10 in the conservatory which was light and airy. The food was well presented and they didn't mind us bringing balloons and cake! We are Quad members who have coffee every week in the Aqua Bar, maybe we will start having a few more lunches!

We had a wonderful visit at the Crown Plaza over the Christmas period staying for 5 days. We had Breakfast every day and it was a pleasure to see Bridget every morning who greeted us with a lovely smile and was very interested in what we were doing every day of our stay. She also served us in the bar a few times and was always very pleasant. We stayed in the hotel again at the beginning of January and once again met up with Bridget who recognised us straightaway and gave us the same wonderful service.

The Pizza is really delicious. Deliver on time.

Pizza is ok, close to Travelodge, to be honest a ver strange experience and although the staff were very helpful it did feel more like a delivery only place rather than somewhere you could walk in from the street...not their fault but Google maps has the wrong location and if it wasn't for a previous review we never would have found it...look for the just eat sticker on the fence on the side round next to the carpark...3 star is because I would have eaten anywhere else if there was somewhere, sorry guys

We received fantastic service from all at the hotel. We stayed for 4nights at the end of april/ early may 2023.💥 BRIDGET was very good to us in the restaurant!!!! I was there with my wife & our son who is a toddler

Fantastic all round .Easy to order, quick delivery, Plenty of toppings on the pizza and it was boiling hot when it arrived. Definitely be using Shirley’s pizza again. Highly recommended.

Please don’t take the 3 stars as bad. I’ll explain further. Pizza is better than any fast food place by a long shot. The pizza we had was absolutely delicious and amazing! The family deal (2023 if your reading future prices could change) the family deal is a bargain!!! £27 for 2 large 13 inch pizzas of any choice + garlic bread + a large bottle of soda! And the stuffed crust is better than I could imagine. The staff seem very friendly and relaxed too which was nice. (Normally dominoes pizza give me the toilet runs in the night. Non of this here! Perfectly great home cooked pizza 🍕 ❤️) Okay so why have I only given this 3 stars if the pizza is so great here? Myself and my younger brother and sister stayed at the nearby Travel Lodge for a weekend get away from the North. We figure since the pizza place was local (next door almost) and offer collection and cash 💰 payment we would go there. Trying to find the place was a nightmare!! The address says it’s on Fieldhouse Lane at the Parkway junction. We looked all over the place (about 30 minutes). My brother then noticed a delivery man packing food into his car at a large metal gate. Turns out the restaurant was hidden away in a back alley between all the buildings (if you need to know it’s on a small road between Parkway T-junction and Travel Lodge hotel. A lack of very poor signs (no signs at all) and trying to to find the place made the should be easy night a bit difficult and stressful! When we found the door the inside was a big standard warehouse with a huge kitchen room. Not an issue but a lack of upfront presentation did give my sister and brother both a bit sorry for safety as it seemed odd having a hidden door 🚪 in a back alley way with no signs. (As it turns out the place was completely fine). But some simple clear signs would have certainly helped. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality of the pizza! Great prices! Friendly service! Improvements needed are certainly clear signage and directions to the place.

Tried finding the place on foot gave in so ordered on line whilst staying at travelodge. Amazing service got a call of the driver to say he was outside, pizza was hot full of flavour and will definitely be buying again next time here.

These pizza have so much cheese, arrived melty and hot, curly fries were perfect, generous portion, garlic bread with cheese was amazing. Drink was in stock, extra dips, they are really stressed up their game.

Mohi was an excellent host and waiter, as were all of the staff. The view is always amazing, a hidden gem.

We had a set 3 course menu as part of a spa package. The spa break was a wedding gift from friends and so we were very much looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Given that I have a (relatively recently diagnosed) dairy intolerance, I had looked online beforehand , as I do with most restaurants, to check the menu. In hindsight maybe I should have called ahead (hence the 2 rating and not the 1 my husband wanted me to give!!). We were asked when we arrived at the hotel (around 11am) and booked the table whether there were any allergies. So the restaurant wasn't completely unaware. However, when we got to the restaurant, there did not appear to be much I could eat I placed an order, amending mashed potato for fries. Half an hour later, the staff came to tell me the chicken I had ordered was pre made and contained dairy. Was grilled chicken ok? Yes I replied. They also then told me my starter contained dairy. I then reluctantly accepted that the soup was my only starter option (luckily I am not a fussy eater!). By which point I had eaten my bread (not knowing I was having soup) so asked for more. This took 3 asks to arrive (and my soup was already in front of me). The mains arrived, but no fries. We asked for them and were told the chef had forgotten. 10 minutes, 3 different staff members later, (none of whom seemed remotely interested) and a plate of cold chicken and vegetables in front of me, My husband had nearly finished his meal. I had seen enough and left the restaurant. food was brought to our room but by that point the damper had been put on the evening. I should also point out that the couple at the next table also had a dietary requirement and also found the lack of knowledge/understanding from the staff to be worrying. Maybe some training on food allergies /intolerances would be useful? In fairness to the chef, kudos for flagging up that the neal was unsuitable for dairy intolerances. So someone is clearly on the ball! Some people have dietary issues which are beyond their control and would love nothing more than to come to a restaurant and pick just anything from the menu. To be made to feel such an inconvenience as I was is unacceptable. The table on the other side of us also left before their dessert as they had waited long enough. The hotel itself is very nice, we enjoyed our spa treatments and this just really let the side down.

We had a really great time at the Crowne Plaza Marlow. We did a spa day with 2 course lunch & 25 minute treatment & it was just what we needed to spend time together chilling out. The meal was great! Fresh & tasty & the hostess & waiters were so polite & helpful. We were served by Marshall who was absolutely lovely! Very affordable & not busy so they must focus on not over booking the space as we had our own loungers by the pool for the whole time we were there which was perfect. Only additional touch which would be really nice would be perhaps a tea / coffee vending machine nearby the spa so you can grab a hot drink without having to get changed before entering the main hotel. The treatments were really good only problem was I didn’t want it to end!

Consistently really good food and service

We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was so much better than I expected (compared to the usual hotel food), steak was one of the best I’ve had. Food was fresh, hot and a good variety of choice. Breakfast was also freshly cooked, continually being refilled and we could also ask for options that weren’t already there. We would return for the food alone, however what impressed us the most were the staff. The customer attentiveness and service was nothing less than exceptional. Every staff member we spoke to took went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for and they all recognised us and took time add that personal value. Would absolutely recommend

Marshall has treated very well and Food was really awesome and had a wonderful time and stay with colleagues . Had a marvellous and great experience with the spa, swimming and message. Hopefully will come back next visit will be soon.

Staying at the Plaza in Marlow we found the hotel restaurant was excellent for its buffet breakfast. The wide choice available especially the selections of fresh fruit which was great. The hot buffet was beautifully maintained to ensure freshness of items with a wide choice of extra choice for ordering (eg omelettes, porridge). Staff were attentive and friendly; toasters worked well and tea/coffee dispensers kept topped up and nice and hot. Overall one of the best buffet breakfasts I have experienced over many years.

I don't usually write reviews on TripAdvisor but I was so impressed with the staff service during our retreat stay! Marshall at breakfast remembered our halal diet and the next day before even asking, he had veggie sausages on standby. Victoria was the same and was so kind and constantly checked in on how we were. I've never been to a hotel where staff make you feel remembered- they told us our diet and room number before we even had to say. Victoria, Marshall and Amy you really did make our trip a delight- thank you!

Came here for a Christmas Party on Friday. Bread rolls were nice but they only gave me ONE PIG IN BLANKET? Also, 5 of us now have COVID so we definitely caught it here.

Play option to buy for two course meal is in fact a scam. If you look closely they are on extras that don’t make it a set meal. Moreover, you can’t even order one course! What sort of hotel, restaurant is that?

My wife and I stayed in the adjoining Hotel for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. We ate at the restaurant a total of 4 times across the stay. Each time, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Marshall, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a lovely time.

Bridget , was very polite and greeted us on arrival . Breakfast was great with lots of choice to to choose from. The view of the Lake from the Restaurant was a plus!

Nice wide open restaurant, bar, and observatory combination with a view of a garden and lake. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. We ate or drank here several times during our stay. Breakfast is 4/5 and lunch 3.5/5.

Difficult to find if you go to collect website says next to marlow Tyres it's actually behind and still not easy to see As always the pizza was delicious

Always order our pizzas from here. The service is awesome, never have to wait long even in busy times. Nad is friendly and helpful and all the staff are fab. Pizzas are fresh extremely tasty and they are not stingy on the toppings. Totally recommend.

The order took just under 3 hours to come, when I rang they said it had left and then when I rang again an hour later it was still being cooked. The delivery driver was very apologetic but the food was barley warm when it made it to me! Iv had problems with lateness a few times now

That's so disappointed. I order but an one is missing. I spoke with a man at the door, I ask where it is, he doesn't know and asks me to call the restaurant, I told him I'm deaf, that I can't call them. He acts like he doesn't care and doesn't apologise. He left me really not happy. I left a receipt before order it, I wrote it down like saying if there is any delay, overdue or something else and asking them to text me message. Unfortunately they didn't and the order is missing. Unprofessional

We had our dinner/breakfast included in a Secret Escapes deal. The dinner was very average, not a massive choice of meals. Not bad but not great. The breakfast was superb, massive choice, fry up, hot/cold, cereal etc!

Bravo to Carinne, the new patisserie chef at Glaze. Stayed here for 2 days company event. The dessert we had at lunch time on Thursday 10th Feb, were excellent especially the Millefeuille, It reminded me of the ones I used to est in France.

Food tasted really good. They were running a bit late due to low numbers of staff but was still hot when my order arrived. The delivery guy couldnt apologise enough for being late.

One of the most delicious pizza's I ever tasted, a bit oily and very saucy. Extremely delicious stuffed cheese herb crust. Although not every order has been exactly the same. Occasionally the quality has been average, once the stuffed crust tasted strange and nothing like the week before. Also they keep putting their prices up. They used to deliver for £17 but not anymore.

Kebab meat was barely cooked and had a slight liver taste, served in a barely cooked and torn pita. Pizza was topped with what looked like cheddar and again barely done. Curly fries saved the evening as atleast they were done(not crispy, but warm). Garlic bread was limp.... Nearly everything went in the bin. So angry that I couldn't even call them for for fear of giving the wrong person an ear bending. Will not go back, would absolutely Not recommend.

Very tasty! We ordered on our way back from Legoland. It was difficult to find so we called up and they delivered to our car down the road. The pizzas were lovely.

Absolutely awful, I’ve ordered roughly 4 times now and they have only delivered it twice because I ordered around 45 mins before they close they would not provide any food and the other times they have delivered it it was cold and tasted so bad, I don’t understand how it could be cold when I live less than 5 mins away from the place. Get pizza somewhere else because This place is not worth’s your time

We ordered two pizzas. One was chicken and one was American hot. The chicken is small cubes of processed chicken...definitely not chicken breast! The American hot pizza tasted nice but both pizzas are extremely salty. Woke up at 2am and had to drink 2L of water. Probably wouldn’t order from here again.

Chicken wings were very fatty. Also gave me the wrong flavour ice cream!! Didn't have change for me as i paid in cash!!

Awful service, lies about how long it will take. Says 20 mins took nearly 40. Said 2 pizzas is a big order. No signage whatsoever, you have to collect from the back door to the kitchen which was a total mess, total joke of a restaurant.

Pizza is good, but very often when I place an order via Just Eat around lunch time, my order gets canceled as there is no response from restaurant. Almost like they can't be bothered to deliver a meal for one person only.
