Possibly the worst macdonalds I've ever been too. Food ok but on the last 2 occasions I've been waited over 35 minutes for food. Absolutely awful

Good luck with getting anything from here! Twice I’ve been in the last month and I’ve had to wait so long I asked for refunds. Update: and this place NEVER improves. Terrible customer service. Rude management shouting from the kitchen that if a customer can’t be bothered to wait refund them. Waiting half hour for a simple order. Another man waited half an hour, asked four staff members where his order was only for them never to come back with an answer. I just asked how much longer and keep getting told it won’t be long. Fast food? You are joking right?

Waiting in a parking bay for 20 minutes for a big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal not really fast food

I ordered a LARGE coke and they had the audacity to put a medium in a slightly bigger medium and then a large cup to make it seem bigger might i add they didnt fully fill it and its knock off coke from aldi i aint aving this maccies and me food took a good 20 minutes but there was a hefty line so understandable im normally nice but i aimt aving this lad.

Doesn't matter if I order in shop on app or in drive through they always miss at least 2 things off thr orders. Staff need better training at reading the screens

Speedy service. Food hot and tasty

The staff aren't rude but look overworked and unsure of what is going on. From Drive Thru point of order we waited 18 minutes for our food. Standard menu items. We were given the incorrect order twice. We were not given anything for the long wait and all their errors. The worst Drive Thru we've been too. Plus the food quality is not great

I hate writing bad reviews. But I think this Mac Donald's could possibly be the worst Ive ever been to and possibly could be one of the worst in the country. The food is fine. But the wait is appalling. I've ordered inside and had to wait over 30 minutes. And it's always the same. Takes over 30 minutes to get through the drive through on both occasions it doesn't seem that busy. Maybe your kitchen isn't big enough or something, I'm not sure. But this cannot be considered fast food. Sorry to write a bad review. But I've never known a Mac Donald's this bad 😞

Not too bad apart from to many unsupervised children with very poor habits.

Every time I come here the queues are ridiculous! If you want fast food avoid this place . Not returning here

Maccies...it is what it is! Shame they gave me a chicken sandwich when I ordered a big Mac but I survived. Can't knock it.

Thought going in instead of the drive thru due to the size of the queue would of been a good idea. However.... Incredibly slow service and customers repeatedly going back to the counter with cold or incorrectly supplied items. Luckily even though we had to wait 25 mins for our food which was warm we did get the correct order. It's situated on a very small site for the amount of customers it gets so actually getting out of the car park took nearly 10 mins on its own.

Never really go wrong with McDonald's but on this occasion we had had an order of 5 meals and a few of the burgers was a bit cold, also the fries seemed like they been out for a while. Been here loads of times but on this occasion was a bit disappointed.

Ordered on the app, what it doesn't say is how long it will take, 35min wait takes the piss.

Drive thru, very busy food was good but forgot to put I an order of fries and drinks only just over half full. We didn't notice the fries missing until we got home.

McDonald's on Belmont is a waste of space. Its supposed to be fast food lol. We ordered and it took 15mins to get our food. All we ordered was 2 sausage breakfast meals & orange juice. The sausage muffins were literally thrown together. They were more interested in the drive through and deliveries.

Shocking service been twice today never anyone stood at front counter all to busy doing drive thru took over 20mins to get both orders and both orders were wrong joke go to the one in town because the service at this one is appalling

Went for drive through as short on time, sent to waiting bay and waited 20 minutes. Drinks finished by the time food came and pushed to get to next appointment. Food ok and hot just time and information disappointing.

Worst McDonald's you could wish to visit. Slow service in the restaurant while the drive by shoots through. Order frequently incorrect.

Awful tasting food, fries were vile, wouldn't return here. Police notices up on the wall. It felt uneasy. A few cars kept coming back and lapped the place, driving badly for no reason at all.

Over 20 min wait and cold food. Not sure how they got it so wrong? Terrible food and thankfully a rarity we eat this tripe.

As expected it was very busy, but to be asked to park and wit for two drinks was a bit strange.

Used the drive-thru, ordered, paid, no problem, but on asking for KETCHUP, I was told there is a 10p per sachet charge. WTAF? I'd Just paid £15 for two meals and drinks, yet you want to rob me of even more money? Queried at the window and said it's right. And you can check your CCTV. I use McDonalds all over the Midlands and North, and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER have I been charged for ketchup. I've since checked at 4 restaurants ran by different franchises and none say they charge. Maybe the franchisee (McLeans) can explain why there is a charge? Otherwise, the food was acceptable, but fries with no ketchup? Nah.

Pretty average McDonalds. However whenever you order through Delivery apps they often mess up orders or deliver you cold food.

Spacious parking, clean and relaxed surroundings. Feels more of a restaurant than a fast food chain.

The staff were very helpful and service was quick. Food was nice 👌 🙂

9 times out of 10 they will get something wrong with your order, I always order triple cheeseburgers and many many times have ended up with 2 patties so well done to the team for being able to count to 3👍🏻 sit in the queue and fully inspect your meal before you leave because I almost guarantee you will be disappointed when you get home.

Can't comment on the food as the staff blank you if you want to order at the counter. Not great if you want to pay by cash. Went elsewhere. There are some good burger vans in Hereford btw.

poor for macdonalds another cup of water that supposed to be hot chocolate , do they not check their dispenser? chicken strips undercooked burger chucked together with stale salad. not going there again.

Waited 30mins for simple breakfast order avoid at all costs

Treated my son to a Maccies, wouldn't touch it myself. Used the drive thru which was easy enough. Staff were polite, food not exactly cheap but then where is these days? Drive past here most days, usually busy. Very busy road too.

The order got lost and we walked out after waiting 45mins

Touchscreen was practically a disaster as with many of these they are non responsive so punching the screen is required. After probably 10 minutes stood there ordering we finally managed to place an order and waited about 5 minutes in surprise it was so quick but sadly I was given a completely different order and as time went on spotted lots of later orders being produced. After perhaps another 10-15 I tried in vain to get the attention of anybody available but eye contact and engagement are not a priority at this place but eventually our order did turn up and my daughter and I had to eat it quick because neither of our burgers and fries were hot and the soda was room temperature as there was no ice. We weren't given any straws so we went hunting for them as there was none to be found and after asking off duty McD's staff for some they hesitantly let me reach over the counter to grab a couple from underneath. I don't normally do reviews and McD's normally are super but I guess this one must focus on the drive-thru customers as there was no staff in the restaurant side apart from the cleaner.

This is the slowest "fast" food restaurant. Even if there are not so many orders you have to stay a long time here

If you like to wait 30 minutes and have half your food cold or missing then this is the McDonalds for you. Had a simple bacon and egg mc muffin meal, with hash brown and coffee, this is no exaggeration, i went through the drive thru, I was told to park in bay 1 then 30 minutes passed by, until I went inside to find out what was going on, I took my cold coffee with me then the food finally come, hash brown cold, coffee needed to be replaced. It's gone so down hill !

Very busy, cold chips 🍟 and long waits

This restaurant is diabolical, food was cold when it arrived, we were missing items, ordered 2 banana milkshakes and got just 2 cups of ice-cream with no flavour! This is not the first time either, I thought the food is meant to be QC before it's packed, clearly never is, such a waste of money! Maybe hire people that actually take pride in their job!!!!!

This is the worst drive through i ever go.

Everything was cold. Double cheese burger and fries. We didn't eat the fries as very dry. Only ate half the burger as inedible. Dips weren't free. It was one of the worst McDonalds we have ever had.

Nothing fast about this fast food place any longer. Everytime I purchase I convince myself it will be better than the last time but everytime, the order is wrong. Which is no good when you've driven off unpacked it and half the family have started to eat while the other half are either missing food or have a wrong order. Nobody ever answers the telephone. So what do you do. Pack it all back up and drive back there??? This evening once again i was missing a portion of fries and had cheese in a burger that shouldn't of been in there even after I asked for my order to be checked before I drove off!!!

Slow service and burgers were cold. If they were already made why did it take 10 minutes to get them to me? But a cold double cheeseburger is still tasty.

The staff are not preforming up to standard. 20 minute wait on a Sunday morning. No service inside the restaurant.

The food was probably some of the best maccies food I've had in years and all the order was correct first time...

15min wait for my order and then when I got it, I got cold chips and a luke warm chicken sandwich.

Mega queue but got served quite quickly. Got to service window and was told to wait at next window as drinks would be two minutes. As soon as we got to that window, a very rude guy shoved two bags of food into my car, and as I tried to tell him that we'd ordered drinks and flurries only, ignored me and rushed off. I was just contemplating whether to drive away as the order was for £45 food and flurries, another rude man came and asked why I was waiting. I told him that I had someone else's order and he reached into my car, snatching back the bags, which he then spilt over the floor inside. Shortly after, a manager came with our correct order, I told him what happened and he did not seem bothered at all.

Had fantastic service from shift manager, Charlotte and lobby staff were fantastic, lots of Mcds are poor but this one stands out to me as as one of the good ones

Honestly sick of wait times, ordered off just eat a little over an hour ago and still nothing, no one answers the phone and the app shows they are still preparing it, surely it can't take over an hour for 2 burgers.

Food is usually cold , burgers look nothing like the menu, drive through is so far from fast food it's comical .

I found TWO apple pies were missing in my takeaway when I got home. Always check before you leave. McDonald’s never cares.

It's madness in here all the time and they don't seem to have the capacity to rectify this. Staff are always rushing round, and can be quite snappy, it gets way too busy to sit in and enjoy a meal. Drive in is pandemonium around peak times. Food comes out decent when the order is correct. Milkshakes are hardly ever available.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in 40 plus years. Long wait for cold food, lots of people complaining their order was incorect. Car park and drive chaos too. it was Saturday lunchtime but that's no excuse.

The service here is always super slow and things are missed. Slowest Macdonald's I've ever been to but I've persisted because it's on a route I drive often. I just prepare for a very long wait!

Didn’t recieve meal, was given to another costumer, too busy putting christmas decorations up to serve customers properly, come away with no food.

Maccy D's used to be a cheap place to take your kids/grandkids for a 'meal'. Now, expect to part with £30 for 2 adults + 2 kids. Way to much.

Just had a drive through. Apple pie was missing, but fella said he thought it had been given. The replacement had a 'discard at 14.10' sticker on it and the time was 16.30. Chips were stone cold too. Unimpressive ! Could do a lot better, considering MD is no longer a cheap option.

Went through the two side drive through on the right. Same time as a another person. They put their order in and I wait to put mine in. Someone else pulls up in the left and gets their order in before me. How? Is the person on the kiosk blind? Do they have eyes? I swear everytime I get anything from there, the sauces are forgotten too, probably 6 times now. Yeah I'll enjoy my dry nuggets... again... thanks... again. I really don't get how hard it is to put sauces in a bag...

Changed a bit over the years, needs the old pub car park brought back to help ease congestion at busy periods. McDonalds isn’t particularly good value anymore when you look at their pricing properly. Yes you have the bargain menu, but the rest of it is just shooting up. Food if you’re in a hurry. I just needed the toilet so it was convenient to be honest, on a Sunday morning.

The food is great but their mcflury ice cream meeshine is. Never working the service is ok but not the best because they take along time to come some times but not all the time .

Waited about 45 mins in the queue at the drive through on Halloween evening, so I did expect it to be busy. After a very long wait, we got home with the food only to find we were missing a meal. Not a fan at all!

Haven't been for a while and won't be going back in a hurry

One of the quickest serving restaurants I've been to. Addressing area and toilets very clean. Most of the staff are very young and extremely pleasant. Strong WiFi signal if you need it. Overall makes for a pleasant stop off.

Food we had to wait a very long time for, toilets were awful in both however the lobby hostesses made sure children were occupied with wordsearches, crayons & pictures etc McDonald's is not fast food service anymore bring back how it used to be. The current way of serving & the food production is no good

I have visited here a few times over the years and i can say, the drive thru gets stupidly busy at times - to the point you cant even turn in the car park off the main road.

Fairly typical suburban McDonald's. Not a large restaurant area, they clearly do much more drive thru. Like a lot of McDonald's they have touch screen ordering - which is probably OK if used on a regular basis, but is hopeless for the infrequent user. Long wait (about 8 minutes) between ordering and receiving food. Food OK, but not that hot - fairly typical.

Usually quick service. Food good and fresh. Menu always available. They have busy hours. I recommend
